Great Condo - lovely view! Watch whales from the balcony. Easy to prepare meals. Nice shower and bed. Grocery store within walking distance - easy to uber around. Pools are very nice - especially loved the single lane pool for lap swimming which is kept a little cooler temp than the other pools. Bonus points for having a fan for white noise!

All pictures were accurate. The pool area is resort style, beautiful with lots of chairs available. The consigliere team is fantastic! Our internet was spotty from the bedrooms, advised the host & immediately he had a technician come to install a boaster! . Highly recommend.

place was in a nice quiet part of the town, near convenient stores and an ATM - we felt very safe walking around at all times of the day and night

El departamento es muy cómodo y agradable, tiene todo lo necesario, la cocina está muy buen equipada, un refrigerador de muy buen tamaño para guardar lo necesario para varios días. Ell refrigerador con una sorpresa que pone contento a cualquiera, unos refrescos y una botella de vino tinto listos para servirse. El mueble de sala muy cómodo y la televisión de un muy buen tamaño y calidad para disfrutar una película, hay Netflix. La recamara tiene una cama muy cómoda, se agradece que tiene 4 almohadas muy acolchadas, el closet de un tamaño que no se llena con lo de unas vacaciones. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores en la sala y la recamara. El baño con un lavabo donde cabe todo, solo la regadera es difícil de domar porque supongo que tienen un calentador de paso. Aún cuando el departamento está al lado de la carretera no molesta el ruido del tráfico, y hay mucho, ni para ver la televisión ni para dormir. Grácias a Laura y Lorena por sus atenciones

Un excelente lugar, muy bonito, privado, es ideal para descansar, los demás departamentos estuvieron reservados por personas muy tranquilas. El tener acceso al restaurante del lugar mientras conoces Bucerías te ayuda muchísimo! El departamento está súper equipado, muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario pensado en vivir ahí por un tiempo prolongado. Está muy cerca de la playa y cerca de supermercados. Te dan los mejores consejos y recomendaciones del lugar. Te prestan sombrillas, toallas y sillas de playa para que tu estadía sea lo más fácil posible! Nos quedamos con nuestra mascota y un bebé. Gracias a Tom y Felipe por ser grandes anfitriones !

Maria was a great host. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. I will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. It is a very nice apartment in a quiet residential area facing the mountains. Host was excellent in responding to any inquiries or any issues. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was equipped enough for cooking some light meals at home. There were enough dishes and cutlery for 4 people. The two balconies were great as you could take your pick from a full sun to some shade at different times of the day. Because we had a long stay we were offered a weekly cleaning service with fresh sheets and towels. The wifi worked great and there was always hot water in the shower. The rooftop patio with the grill was an added bonus. There is a fresh fruit and vegetable market plus fish and meats a couple of blocks away. There is a great seafood restaurant nearby. Every Friday, there is a market by the ballpark with many items for sale. We found that it took about 15 minutes to walk to the Malecon.

This unit isa great place for a short or long long-term stay. it has all the needs required as well as Netflix and HBO. it's street level location, a clean unit, easy walks to the beach, melacon ,supermarkets, Saturday markek (best fresh fruit in PV), an athletic field with large soccer fields to walk or jog in. Carolina is a super host, she responds to any issues within minutes! it is not super luxury, but easily fits all your needs and the price is right. I stayed over 2 months and I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Hailey’s place was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive and very clear with instruction on how to check-in and the use of every aspect of the house. My family stayed for a couple days and had a super great time that we will remember forever. The pool was clean and just the right depth to not be too scared of. The house was PRISTINE. Air conditioning was a great thing to have in the climate of the town but being outside on the beach chairs felt like a dream. I highly recommend staying in any of Hailey’s properties with how good our short stay went I could only imagine how it would be for a longer stay!

Très belle et grande maison. La cours est magnifique, la terrasse sur le toit est génial. Les chiens ont adorés. 20 minutes de marche du centro.

I have stayed in many airbnb’s. in the US, Mexico, Canada and Europe. Silaan’s was fabulous. Probably the best, ever. Beautifully decorated, excellent quality and had everything one could possibly want without having to bring with you, water bottles, great kitchen. beach chairs, speakers to hook up to your phone etc. The pictures posted on her site were acute and all in great working order. She has great taste. If I had any questions I immediately got a response and help if I needed it. My only word of caution is as much as the tub/shower is beautiful, if you have mobility issues it may be hard to get in and out. The pictures accurately show the tub so no suprises. She’s a wonderful host with a gorgeous private yard and I look forward to returning. I highly recommend it Thank you!

Beautiful spacious condo, we can't wait to be back !

This is our second stay at Avida and our new favorite condo there! Everything was fantastic, nice working A/C, pristine furniture and design, secure space + building, nice appliances + TVs in each room. Every day we made friends on the rooftop. In the winter, Avida’s rooftop gets some of the best sun of all rooftops. Wonderful bed (the second bed is Murphy bed in living room, but there are 2 bathrooms). The WiFi does not work well in the bedroom. Will stay again!

We had a great stay at 171 harbour ! We stayed at a different unit last year & I preferred the 4th floor as I don’t enjoy the higher balcony’s ! Spacious balcony we were able to enjoy for meals ! Great layout ! The kitchen is good but tight, not much room to prepare or store food but we made it work 👍 amazing beach views as always 🐋❤️ we would definitely book again !! Miss you already PV xo

I had so much fun I extended my stay. Loved the space and the rooftop pool with an amazing view. Lots to do in walking distance. Sergio was a great host. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

We arrived at Roger’s apartment and it was just as described. We were very comfortable, and our questions and concerns were taken care of promptly. The neighborhood is very nice and walkable. We had a great time eating the local food. Highly recommend this place! Host was terrific! Thank you!

Peter was an amazing host. From the moment I inquired about his place, he was extremely responsive usually within minutes. We had a couple of minor issues and Peter went above and beyond to resolve the issues. The place was exactly as pictured and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

El departamento rebasó nuestras expectativas, la sala cocina y comedor están en un área abierta y espaciosa con grandes ventanas, tiene otro comedor y otra sala exterior en el balcón. La alberca está muy muy grande. Las camas súper cómodas, vas a dormir bien. Este lugar está perfecto si estás buscando descansar, muchas veces la alberca estaba sola y éramos los únicos.
