Great stay in a very comfortable and well furnished apartment. Right on the south end of Nazaré and one of the few places with on site parking. I especially loved watching the impressive storms coming in from the west and the big swells in the sea. I would definitely stay again!

This place is awesome! You feel so cozy and at home. We loved the walking distance from everything (cafes, restaurants, the beach!) We will def come back often! It's the perfect relaxing spot to recharge your soul. Thanks Vito and Vera!

We loved the location, it was clean, nice towels and bedding. Quiet and secure. The only thing we had difficulty with was the wifi… it was not a strong signal and we kept getting bumped off.

Really nice apartment in a fantastic position, in the centre of Nazare, 1 minute walk to the ocean. Clear check-in and check out instructions really. Marie was really friendly and effective about answering to our needs: this is my personal most appreciated experience.

We spent 3 nights there with my wife and daughter. The apartment is superb, so equiped like a home. Very modern, very new and in a great condition. Huge roooms and balcony with furniture and a distant view to the beach. Everything was clean and tidy, got towels rolled up on our beds like in a hotel. The place comes with its own underground garage that allows to keep your car safe. However quiet tight and tricky to manouver. However front of the building there are parking lots that are also free. We had a little issue with the boiler at first nights, but the owner was very responsive and helpful, showed up quickly and solved the problem. It felt we were in good hands. The only problem we had is we booked only 3 noghts, but could have stayed for the whole week. The beach is in walking distance, 15 mins, but downhill, so coming up takes more time. I really recomend the place fantastic apartmant at a beautiful place.

Aconselhamos sem dúvida nenhuma este apartamento. Perfeito para passar umas férias na Nazaré a dois. Obrigada pela estadia!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Grégoire ! L’appartement est grand et la vue est magnifique !! Dormir au bruit des vagues il n’y a rien de mieux ! Je recommande ! L’emplacement est parfait ! Et très facile de se garer !

Das Haus übertrifft die von den Fotos geschürten Erwartungen bei weitem. Ruhig gelegen, mit Blick auf das Meer und einer hervorragend Ausstattung. Wir (5 Erwachsene +2 Kinder und 1 Baby) haben uns dort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Francis ist nicht nur ein sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter, sondern hilft einem auch bei sämtlichen Anliegen oder Wünschen. Er hat uns sogar einen Kinderstuhl, der nicht vorhanden war, für unseren Aufenthalt besorgt. Ansonsten mangelt es einem an nichts in dem Haus. Mit Ausblick aus den Schlafzimmern direkt aufs Meer oder aber auch aus dem Wohn- bzw. Esszimmer lässt den Tag gut Starten. Auch der Kaffee auf dem sehr gemütlichen Sessel im Esszimmer mit Blick auf den Praia do Norte schmeckt nochmals besser. Zusammenfassend kann ich nur positives über unseren Aufenthalt berichten. Wir kommen gerne wieder

L’hébergement proposé nous a permis d’accéder facilement à plusieurs parties de la ville. Vous pouvez librement à pied accéder à tous les commerces nécessaires et flâner sur les hauteurs de la ville de Nazare avec une vue imprenable sur la plage. Le grand + est l’accès au téléphérique à trois pas de la maison qui vous permet d’arriver les pieds dans l’eau en 3 minutes sans avoir à prendre la voiture et ouvert tard pendant la saison. Vraiment le logement nous a facilité la découverte de la ville et profiter au maximum des activités. Pour la maison en elle même rien à dire, le linge est propre l’éponge et la microfibre étaient neuves et pour moi cela signifie beaucoup de l’hygiène, la literie très confortable … À savoir, le linge ne sèche pas facilement à Nazare mais à 100m se trouve une laverie avec des sèches linge et un programme de 8 minutes rapide et efficace. Voilà vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, pour nous prochain passage à Nazare nous reviendrons. Merci aux hôtes!

Mon amie et moi avons passé un excellent séjour Je tiens à préciser que les photos sont moins jolies que la réalité !! La maison est très bien équipée Bel espace, très calme, la vue sur l’océan à couper le souffle ! Je recommande ++++

Die Wohnung hat eine außergewöhnlich gute Lage. Zur Strandpromenade ist die Entfernung kürzer als von der Strandpromenade zum Meer. Fußläufig sind zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants gut erreichbar. Wer mit dem Auto kommt, muss allerdings wissen, dass er in der Straße nur kurz ausladen kann, um dann in der Umgebung einen Parkplatz zu suchen. In der Vorsaison war das kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Was wir jetzt schreiben, ist uns ein bisschen unangenehm, aber es soll nur zeigen, dass sich Maria offensichtlich um alles kümmert. Obwohl die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet ist, fehlte zufällig die Toilettenbürste. Da wir am Wochenende kamen, wollten wir diese Lappalie nicht anzeigen. Am Sonntag Nachmittag klingelte es plötzlich und Maria brachte den fehlenden Gegenstand persönlich vorbei. Wir führten noch ein nettes Gespräch und die Wohnung war wieder "vollständig". Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Salt n’Soul was easy to find with our navigation system. Mariana sent very precise instructions for access to the unit. She was quickly responsive to a couple questions we had about the appliances. We were delighted to see that the apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. The first floor location in the front of the complex and overlooking the pool, and then the marina and sea, was the best! The unit was clean, comfortably furnished, and well-equipped. Great shower and mattresses. It was close to “town”, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Exploring Nazare and surrounding area was delightful, and a day trip to Tomar worthwhile for us.

Great location with a friendly host. Spacious, clean rooms, and a stunning view. the internet could be faster, but overall everything went great. Highly recommended!

The hosts were very responsive to any questions I had before the trip. They provided numerous restaurant recommendations and they were available to answer any questions during the stay. Their place has a great view of the beach. The kitchen has plenty of space and we had the windows open for the entire time.

Casa do Varatojo is a tranquil and healing location in a small town, offering warmth and hospitality beginning with Sara and her family, and continuing throughout the surrounding communities. I've lived in Portugal for three years in the southern part of the country, and was so impressed at how uncommonly welcoming and accepting of a total stranger the community members have been in this area. Casa do Varatojo itself is a great place to relax and unwind and explore surrounding destinations nearby, including Nazaré. The casinha where I stayed for several weeks was warm, cozy and clean, with a nice shower and little terrace. Sara and her family were helpful and always available if I needed help and information. I had a special request for my reservation, and Sara couldn't have been more accomodating. Finally, Sara offers yoga classes several times a week, and generously offered to let me use her yoga studio many times. It was a great stay! Thank you Sara and your lovely family!

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Apartment in São Martinho do Porto verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment war sauber und gepflegt, genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war atemberaubend schön und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht. Ein besonderes Highlight war der frische Obstkorb, den uns der Vater der Gastgeberin aus seinem eigenen Garten gebracht hat. Diese persönliche Geste hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Gastgeberin Ricarda war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie hat uns ein sehr leckeres Restaurant empfohlen und uns schöne Ausflugstipps gegeben. Für Fragen stand sie jederzeit zur Verfügung, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Wir haben die wunderschöne Zeit hier sehr genossen, die leider viel zu schnell vorüber ging. Ricarda ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die wir jederzeit und gerne weiterempfehlen.

Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa, los anfitriones nos recomendaron , paseos, mercadillos , cocina portuguesa etc… la casa tiene vistas al océano y una bajada preciosa hasta la playa , si te gusta pasear o relajarte está casa es para ti El clima es fresquito , difícil bañarse por la fuerza del océano y la temperatura del agua , pero en la piscina se está en la gloria. Recomiendo Óvidos, Coímbra , Baleal, Nazaré, Caldas (cerámica ) y el mercadillo de Pataias dónde comprar quesos , frutas , verduras y hasta toallas … Gracias a Antonio por su cercanía y resolución. Volveremos, es el paraíso !!!
