I had a fantastic stay at Krassy’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, close to restaurants and coffee shops and the neighborhood was peaceful. Krassy was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and they even provided bottle of water and sodas. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Athens!

Very clean place, well equipped, exactly as described. Only downside, wifi had small issues. Host was really good to communicate with!

We had a great time, the location is great and we had everything we needed in the flat such as AC,TV, Kettle, coffee machine, Iron, outdoor private space and lots more! I would highly recommend a stay and we will be coming back. Maria is a super host :)

We needed a place to stay completely last minute for the Athens Marathon. Alexandra’s place was not only available, but reasonably priced, near the beach and some nice restaurants, but not in an area with a lot of night life (perfect for us since we wanted a good nights sleep) The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a very cute shopping center with great restaurants within walking distance, and Plaka (shopping district near landmarks) is only a 30 minute Uber ride away. We were mostly in Athens for the Marathon, but this apartment was a very cozy home base, and we really enjoyed our time there. It’s simple and homey, just what we were looking for. We highly recommend it!

One of the best places I’ve stayed in, the location is perfect, the house has everything we needed and more and the host was fantastic very fast to respond and super helpful. Would love to come back.

Le logement est très agréable près d’une plage. Près du centre sans être dérangeant. À deux pas de l’aéroport. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Un supermarché où l’accueil n trouvé tout ce dont on à besoin pas très loin en deux mots si doit je dois revenir dans la région je reviendrai dans cet hébergement.

Es hat wirklich alles gepasst und die Ausstattung hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Es ist wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Erst hatten wir Bedenken, dass wir frieren müssen (weil wir im Februar hier waren und die Temperaturen im einstelligen Bereich lagen) aber die Heizung hat optimal funktioniert. Einzig die Dusche war kalt, aber uns konnte schnell geholfen werden. Es hat vielleicht noch eine Handbrause an der Dusche gefehlt, aber erst wäre übertrieben dafür dem tollen Haus einen Abzug zu geben. Vielen Dank, dass wir da sein durften.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une courte nuit mais Mike a été très réactif quand nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver l’emplacement. Super endroit juste au dessus de la mer avec possibilité de baignade à 2 mn. Magique ! Seul petit bémol il faisait assez chaud à l’intérieur, et la chambre adulte n’a pas de grand lit mais 2 lit jumeaux, avec une literie assez limite pour un dos un peu fragile. Nous avons trouvé des bouteilles d’eau et des bières fraîches à notre arrivée, tellement sympa ! Merci Mike ! super adresse, on serait bien restes !!

Verwacht waar naar je geld. Alles is super schoon. Maar verwacht geen luxe. Goed bed! Prima douche. Parkeren kan naast de woning, ruimte genoeg. Maar de parkeerplaats is lastig op te rijden. Kleine auto gewenst. Gebruik coördinaten die je ontvangt voor navigatie, anders ga je het niet vinden! Katten van de buren zijn constant aanwezig en willen naar binnen.

We had a fantastic week in Greece. Villa Dryas has everything you need and the outside space is what really makes it special. Our 14 and 7 year old were fully entertained with indoor and outdoor activities at the Villa. The swimming pool is great. The location is just outside of Athens (only 20 mins from the airport) and we would recommend a car as there was lots to see and do in the surrounding area. Thanos is a great host and responded very quickly to any queries we had. We would recommend Villa Dryas! :-)

Everything you need for a comfortable stay, even long-term. The bed and linens were so comfy and cozy. Plenty of counter space for cooking and storage. Easy to transport luggage with no stairs and an elevator. Location to supermarkets, shops, tram and sea was perfect. Very clean and the necessary cleaning tools were provided. I really enjoyed my stary and plan to return the next time I come to Athens.

Wir waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber den Co-Gastgeber. Und dieser hat uns alles Wichtige in und an der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Einziger Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt an der Riviera-Straße und die war sehr laut. Wenn man die Fenster nicht schließen möchte und auf die Klimaanlage verzichten will, dann wird es unruhige Nächte geben. Alles andere war super, Bus, Straßenbahn und Strand sowie Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man unkompliziert mit Bus und Bahn. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist diese Wohnung und deren Inhaber absolut empfehlenswert.

We are Americans who came for a wedding and didn’t know what to expect. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building (has an elevator, but we didn’t use) and very quaint and clean. Afrofiti was a pleasure to work with - extremely responsive and worked with us to help us check-in a bit early and drop our luggage off. There’s a washer in the unit, the water pressure is fantastic, and the windows/AC units give you plenty of options for temperature adjustments. There’s a market open 7 days a week right around the corner and a 5 minute walk to main square where you can find restaurants and coffee shops. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back to this sleepy little beach town.

A wonderful and cosy appartment next to Varkiza beach front. Very quiet area to relax at without any disturbances.

I was in touch with Veronica since June when I was booked another listing of her. For unforeseen circumstances we couldn’t make it and she was nice enough to wish as well and refund the amount paid. I promised her one day when I’m back to Athens I’ll stay at her because of her kindness and professionalism and here we are after 6 months my father and I had a great time staying and dealing with her.
