Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con área de asientos al aire libre en Nea Roda Beach

Am avut partea de cea mai frumoasă experiență de când petrecem vacanța în Grecia. Meritul principal pentru acest sejur reușit este al gazdelor care au făcut tot posibilul să ne simțim ca în familie. Casă a avut toate dotările specificate în descrierea de pe Airbnb. Punctul forte este terasa cu vedere la mare, unde am admirat apusul soarelui. Locuința este așezată într un sat liniștit, cu multă verdeață și acces ușor la plaja. Plaja nu este foarte mare, dar este cotată Blue flag, cu nisip și intrare lină. Poți ajunge cu mașina în 2 minute și 10 minute pe jos. Le mulțumim din suflet gazdelor noastre Eleni și Ștefan pentru tot.

Casetta piccolina ma curata e moderna. Giardino tenuto benissimo, gli ulivi secolari gli donano un tocco di classe. Aria condizionata potente un entrambe le stanze e con le persiane possibilità di fare completamente buio. Soggiorno molto piacevole.

It was a nice place to relax and have peace. You have your own beach in front of the house and it was amazing. Very clear and the colour its magnificent. House was very very clean. The kitchen is full equipped; even the coffee and spices. Rooms were a little bit small but its okey for a summer house. The garden was amazing! The big olive tree we love it. You can say good morning to sea and the night full of stars. Hosts were very very kind. They solve our problems very friendly and we got help from them anytime we wrote. We didnt want it ends but hope to go again! İ really recommend the place from the heart

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz den Bildern. Der flexible Self Check-In war auch sehr einfach zu realisieren. In der Unterkunft selbst hat es an nichts gemangelt, alles was in der Beschreibung genannt wurde, war auch dort zu finden. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen, denn ich würde sie bei Gelegenheit selbst auch noch mal buchen. :-)

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

We hebben een daneasrifantastisch verblijf gehad in de villa van Alexander. Alexander is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. alles was aanwezig. iedereen had een eigen appartappartement en we ontmoetten elkaar in de gezamenlijke keuken/eetruimte buiten. De kinderen konden heerlijk spelen in de afgesloten tuin met veel speel mogelijkheden. de zee was op loloopafstand en in de omgeving genoeg te zien en te doen. het was een hele fijne week met de hele familie.

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

We really enjoyed staying at Eva’s place - it’s really close to the beach and to all the nice places to grab a bite in Toroni (and Eva gave recommendations!). The place is peaceful and has a big porch with a place for leisure with a garden, which is also really nice. Eva and her family were all really nice and helpful and the stay overall was great. Recommend it for a quiet calm getaway with the option to go to great beaches nearby!

Wir kamen erst Mitternacht bei der Unterkunft an. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und gleich noch zu einer Gartenparty eingeladen zum essen und trinken. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Küche top ausgestattet. Pool sehr schön und sauber. Gibt überhaupt nichts zum kritisieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pantelis was an excellent host. He was proactive and very kind. Communication with him was super-easy and quick. His place is well-equipped and peaceful, and only a 5-minute walk away from the great beach. Definitely recommended home!

Great and cozy please, extremely central and yet so nice and quiet and peaceful in the bedroom. The building is unesco protected and has eloquent characteristics. Nice classic vibe in the apartment with wooden floors and high ceilings. A great little place.

This is a nice place. It’s split with the kitchen and bedroom on one side and the living room and balcony with table on the other. The space felt roomy and clean. The bed was comfortable and had nice linen. The kitchen was comfortably equipped and had a large pot and frying pan. The laundry worked fine. The bathroom and shower were on the small side. The balcony is very nice and large. The apartment is on the 7th floor and accessed via elevator. You can hear the elevator from the bedroom, but it didn’t bother us. I would not recommended staying here with children as the stairs has an open shaft in the middle and widely spaced railing. I was quite nervous entering and exiting the apartment because the stairs are very close to the door and quite steep. Other than the stairs being a bit scary this place was quite nice and we would stay here again. The area was safe and has a local feel. The restaurant directly across the street is amazing!

I enjoyed an endearing month remote working from Augusta’s apartment. Thessaloniki was fabulous and Augusta’s charming apartment was a great base to explore its allure. An ideal location with convenient access to both the centre of town and the acropolis and the upper end of town. The apartment was great and had everything needed to make it a very comfortable and well equipped home/office - including a reasonable internet connection. Augusta was friendly, informative and very responsive to all queries.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene a casa di Maria e Dimitris. Bravissimi host. Posto da consigliare e nel quale tornerei.

Anna was a very kind host, even though we didn't meet, she answered my messages immediately. He was also flexible regarding the reservation of the accommodation, considering that after a tiring journey we booked it earlier than we had agreed. We can only say good things about the accommodation. If you look at the pictures, you will see that it is a new, tastefully furnished apartment. The pictures speak for themselves. The neighborhood is also a newly built part. We had fun. Thank you for your hospitality!

Guy calls his apartment “Lovely Small Apartment. Lovely the apartment certainly is. Guy has cheerfully decorated the apartment in his own creative way. Sometimes almost fairytale-like. Small I wouldn't call the apartment. On my own I had more than enough space. But it's also fine for two. The apartment is located near the center. Within walking distance are many places of interest; including the Roman Forum, Rotunda and the Arch of Galerius. To the north, Ano Poli, the picturesque old upper town, is easy to reach on foot. Near the apartment there are numerous good restaurants. Right around the corner there are two supermarkets. Guy is an excellent host. Is there for you, helps where needed, responds very quickly to messages. Together we had coffee in a near coffee kafe. Among other things, we talked about how the apartment could become even better. Guy took suggestions along these lines eagerly. I will come again next year.

Accurately described and super cute with a view to die for! Maria is an incredible host. She went above and beyond to help us get our daughter’s special Spider Man back to us after he was left behind. We loved exploring the old city. There are restaurants and a monastery in one direction and supermarkets (downhill) both a 10ish minute walk away. The parking space is a godsend if you have a car and we found a Toyota Corolla to be a great size for the parking spot and for navigating the narrow streets in that part of the city. Comfortable beds a plus! We recommend it!

The apartment was good. All 5 of us had space and did not felt crouded. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, we did not used it but it is there if you fell like cooking. The beds were comfortable. The house is surrounded by a lot of green so is very cool compared with the outside temperature. There is also a large garden with a lot of shade. Even if it’s located near the national road and the main road to Nea Vrasna resort, the windows isolate very well. From the house to the beach is not so far, it took us around 5 minutes to reach the beach on foot at children’s pace. Maria was a great host. Very friendly and very receptive. The communication was perfect! We even checked-in earlier than the check-in time. All in all it was a great experience! Thank you, Maria!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο και πολύ καθαρό. Είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα για να κάνουν την διαμονή σου όμορφη , πάντα είχε ζεστό νερό και ζεστή στο δωμάτιο . Ένα πρόβλημα που προέκυψε με το ανσανσερ τα Χριστούγεννα μετά από επικοινωνία με τον Θανάση λύθηκε αμέσως παρά το δύσκολο τις μέρας. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα πάλι αν επισκεπτόμουν ξανά την Θεσσαλονίκη

Ένας υπέροχος χώρος, ζεστός και με ζεστό νερό! κεντρικά μπορούσες να πας παντού με τα πόδια! όλα ήταν τέλεια και η Nancy πολύ καλή σε αυτό που μας παρείχε!! Θα ξαναπάω σίγουρα !!

Wir verbrachten mitte bis Ende September2024 einen herrlichen Urlaub in Argiris Unterkunft. Mit Wetterglück noch spätsommerlich🏖️☀️☀️ Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und ist über eine Treppe direkt mit dem Strand verbunden. Bei ruhigem Meer können mit dem 2er Kajak die nahgelegenen Buchten erkundet werden 😃. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt um die Chalkidiki Region zu erkunden. Sehr saubere, eifach eingerichtete Appartements abseits vom Massentourismus. Ca. 15 min. Von Nikiti entfernt.

Πολύ καλός χώρος, πολύ καθαρός, ζεστός με όλες τις ανέσεις, με πολύ ωραία θέα. Ιδανικό σπίτι για μια οικογένεια ή μια μεγάλη παρέα. Ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος και εξυπηρετικός.
