Neil's place is perfect for families with dogs. Outside, we enjoyed our short walks to the beach with our dogs on a creative gravel trail. Inside, we had plenty of room for the family to spread out when we needed space to sleep or be alone. The dining table is perfect for game playing and our kids enjoyed the ping pong table on the lower level. There is a fantastic view of the ocean in the family area where we all sat together and read one afternoon. The hot tub is an added bonus for good conversations. Thank you, Neil. We appreciate your hospitality.

We’ve stayed at many AirBnB’s along the Oregon coast and this was by far one of our favorite stays. The guys loved having access to the kayaks and having the option to fish on the private lake or 5 minutes away on the beach. The little girls loved all the toys that were available on the loft and enjoyed the slide attached to the bunk beds. The beach was a 5 minute walk across the street. The Barview jetty was a 5 minute drive and perfect for the kids to play in the tide pools. The space was absolutely perfect for what we needed. I would highly recommend this space and do see ourselves coming back.

Great home close to the beach and lots of parking.

Christal and I loved staying Huckleberry House with our pups. It was a welcoming and comfortable house and we were able to settle in and have a wonderfully relaxing stay. It was perfect for reading, catching up on Netflix, and the kitchen was well stocked and made it so easy to make healthy meals at home when we weren't dining out in Manzanita. The access to the beach was easy and the space was just perfect for two people. I would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend it!

We are so excited to come stay again. Host was amazing and the property was so well thought out - stocked with many extras that made the stay so comfortable and worth every penny. We cannot wait to come stay again! Additionally, the beds were comfortable which is hard to come by with rentals I've found - we all slept so well.

The photos don’t do this home justice. The home is beautiful and spacious. The views as soon as you walk in are breathtaking. The home has everything and anything you could need. We felt instantly at home. We 100% will be coming back! This is such a special spot and we are beyond happy.

We had a great time at Vanessa’s house. The location is very walkable- only a block to the beach, a few minutes to Sea Level Bakery, and a few minutes more to the Fresh Foods grocery store. You have an unobstructed view of the ocean from the living room and front porch. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace. Would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved this cozy waterfront cottage at Nehalem Bay! Kids especially appreciated all the games, books and toys. I was grateful for the incredibly well stocked kitchen and high quality appliances. It made cooking out meals easy and fun. A highlight of our trip was kayaking over to Riverside Fish n Chips followed by Buttercup ice cream cones. Also highly recommend Wanda’s for brunch. We stayed four nights and already want to come back again!

Beautiful clean home! We loved it! Very peaceful neighborhood. Amazing view. Love this vacation spot. Had everything we needed. Nice that we could bring our dog too. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Great place and great view it was very homely

Worked just fine for our needs but maybe a bit expensive without direct access to beach.

Our stay was incredible. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the ocean. The beds were comfy and the place was immaculate. We never had any problems with communication and we will recommend this place to any of our friends.

The kitchen setup was awesome. The balcony looked over the water. I loved the location. Bed was new and firm. I didn’t use the tv or pool. Highly recommend!

Lovely getaway. Lincoln City is a great location to visit the Oregon Coast. Lisa offers personal recommendations that make your stay even better. The fun motif and attention to detail make the vacation feel truly special and Lisa’s place is as cozy and relaxing as it gets. Everything is easy and well explained. We will definitely stay here again when we get the chance!

The pictures do not do this place enough justice! This may be the nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The views especially at sunrise and sunset are breathtaking. We were informed a couple of weeks before our stay the hot tub was not working, but they did refund our hot tub fee and let us use the community facilities (although we never made it over there). This place has everything you will need, and an especially well stocked kitchen.

Cute place! One bathroom downstairs in the master bedroom, one upstairs. Clean, and super quiet neighborhood! The beach is really close, and there are quite a few beach toys, chairs and a wagon in the garage. The town is very quiet, not a lot going on but all the locals were very friendly. We had a great stay, and the space was perfect for 3 adults and 3 kids. Thank you!

Oh my goodness, such an amazing gem of a home! Spacious, well appointed kitchen, very nice bedrooms and showers were much appreciated. Short walk to Pelican Brewery and restaurants. Free roaming adorable bunnies at the campground just down the road topped it off. Also, amazing shoreline. Cape Kiwanda was amazing!

We spend Thanksgiving at this wonderful home. Lots of space and fun things to do for everyone. Just down the road is the beach, fun little store, and great food. The host was amazing and responsive. The holiday was amazing thanks to great weather and the perfect place to stay.

Extremely clean and well laid out. Loved the snacks when we got there! Very well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and spacious living room. Loved that we could walk to the beach. The only few small down sides are that the house is right on the main road and the two bedrooms on that side of the house were a bit loud. The shower is also kind of awkward to get in with two seats that make it feel cramped in the shower. And the last small thing is just that the garage opener had been lost and it was tedious to get in and out of the garage, so best to tell guests to just park on the street. But Ammy was very responsive about the garage and communication was smooth, helpful and friendly throughout. Our family of 7 were very comfortable and glad we could bring our dog. Thank you !!
