Frankie was exceptionally helpful and communicative throughout the booking process, the weeks leading up to our stay and during it. She went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. Even decorating a couple of Christmas trees to make it look festive and welcoming. There was lots of space for all of us and it was comfortable and warm. The location is within easy reach of Gower and the Brecon Beacons. All in all I’d recommend this house as a great space for a family or friends get together.

Really enjoyed our little stay in this lovely home. Gaynor was really friendly and welcoming and the place was even better than expected. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable and we couldn't fault a thing. The views from the back of the property were beautiful too. Thank you so much Gaynor!

Really great stay at this property. It is very well equipped. Lounge and beds were comfortable. We were warm and happy! Only thing to note is that there are stairs up to the door and we found the stairs inside steep. We will definitely look to book again when we return. Thanks for a great stay.

lovely place, lovely location, very well laid out. Only slight criticism would be some lighting out the front would be good but overall, loved it. Will be coming back and will be recommending to family etc.

I had a really nice stay at this property. Very spacious and clean, location was excellent for access to the City Centre and Morriston hospital. Would happily stay here again or recommend to anyone visiting Swansea!

Absolutely beautiful house. The pictures really don’t do it justice. We had an amazing weekend stay. Even seen some flying bats outside ❤️ Would definitely recommend and will be booking again to come back.

This was a lovely place to stay for my birthday weekend. The location was ideal, being 20 minutes away from the Four Waterfalls hike it was just what we needed. It was clean, tidy and homely. Lewis was a quick and responsive host, ready for any questions we had. Thank you :)

What a beautiful, cosy space and a fantastic host. The location is perfect for relaxing and exploring Swansea & The Mumbles. 30 seconds walk to the beach and a few minutes the other way and you're in the city centre. The place itself was clean, tidy and quiet and had all I needed for the 2 nights I stayed. The bed was really comfy and I had the best sleep for a long time (helped by the sea air I'm sure!) As a solo traveller I felt really safe and the separate entrance also gave me privacy to come and go as I pleased. Angela is a friendly and extremely helpful host and I felt like she really cared about how I found my trip. Already looking at when I can head back to recharge!

Such a clean, smart and well equipped apartment and all the extras - ale, juice, milk, sweet treats, plus the basics of tea, coffee, sugar and more were a lovely and welcome surprise. As a newbie lone traveller it’s been such a relief to have such kind hosts who’ve been able to answer my rookie questions. You really have been so helpful. And finally the hand soap in the bathroom smells wonderful. Thank you both for everything.

Perfect place to stay for the weekend, great restaurants nearby (Italian only a few minutes walk away was gorgeous food) and only 10 minute walk to the arena! Property very clean, tidy and comfortable.

Apartment 6 at Ice House is even nicer than the pictures, I assure you. The apartment has a huge open plan kitchen, living, and dining space, very tall ceiling with a lot of natural light, plus a whopping great big L shaped balcony with a table and chairs. It's the perfect spot for entertaining, so very good if you're visiting friends in Swansea and want to cook a meal or share a bottle of wine. We were treated to fantastic weather as well, so were especially appreciative of the balcony. The location is great as you get lovely views of the marina, with restaurants and bars just a stones throw away. If you want a particularly quiet evening though, the music from the surrounding bars may put you off a bit, but it's lovely and quiet in the actual apartment once you shut the balcony door or go to chill in the bedroom. Check in and check out were both very easy, and there's a 24hr car park just a few minute's walk from the building, so all in all, very convenient. This apartment has definitely set the tone for staying over in Swansea, I may never be able to go back to a Premier Inn again. Lovely place, 10/10.

Sian Place was lovely, we were greeted on arrival and shown around which was great. Sian was very friendly, The cottage was well equipped ,shower was great and beds were comfy. Would like to stay again if in the area and would recommend Sian's place. Parking was on the drive which was good and felt secure .All in all a very nice stay and would recommend .

Great place to stay near the marina and sea front! Host is very responsive and provides lots of info about the area! Great place to stay - would definitely recommend for a short stay in Swansea.

We enjoyed a gorgeous stay at this perfect little spot. Immaculate, had everything we needed as a family of four and we loved the extra touches - current movies, games, G&T, toiletries and Welsh cakes. Fluffy towels, extra blankets for cosy nights in and a local pizza truck were very much enjoyed! It was ideal for exploring the area - Waterfall Country a couple of minutes down the road and perfectly positioned for Bannau Brycheiniog - we climbed Pen y Fan and were very grateful for such a lovely place to collapse in afterwards! A lot of care and thought has been put into making this little place extra special - highly recommended.

Nicky’s place was 10/10 , clean, beautiful and had everything we needed , Nicky was so responsive and helpful when trying to plan our stay. The house wowed all of the guests and was perfect for a large group , the views were stunning and it was very close to the water fall hike we wanted to do. Thank you Nicky for our wonderful stay we appreciate all of your help and will be recommending to anyone who wants to stay in the Brecon Beacons. Perfect from start to finish

This letting is absolutely fantastic, and well worth the money. The location - its in a lovely quiet street with heaps of privacy and nothing but fields and mountains as a view. Despite that, it’s within close driving distance to a few shops and takeaways, so it has everything you need. The house - the entire place has a wonderful rustic yet homely vibe. It’s incredibly clean, a lovely bathroom and kitchen, and a beautiful garden in progress. There are multiple rooms to let, and all are spacious and private. The house also has a coal/wood fireplace perfect for those winter trips. It’s an amazing house! The host - Gerwyn was incredibly helpful with check in, showing me around the house and introducing me to his two amazing dogs, Lola and Zeus. He is incredibly friendly and helpful during the stay, and made the best natural tea I’ve ever had!

I can’t recommend Lucy’s place enough, such a lovely little spot for a very reasonable price. The host was even kind enough to leave a little treat for my partner as I had mentioned we were travelling for his birthday, so incredibly kind and unexpected! Thank you Lucy! :)

Apartment I currently recommend, flat on the first floor with parking space, clean and organised flat, I loved my stay, I highly recommend it, I would love to come back again!
