We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

This house worked really well for our family. the rooms are well-proportioned, the beds were comfy and the house was clean. there were a few bakeries and eateries within walking distance and a star market a 7 min drive away. There's a public park with a runni g track 2 min walking distance away. Overall great house!

This is a wonderful place for a family gathering. There can't be too many 17th century rentals (1686?) with amazing original fireplace and wood. We enjoyed exploring the house - 3 staircases, many fireplaces, surprising rooms and passageways. Very nicely decorated rooms. Large kitchen and pantry, comfortable seating in living area, on screen porch, outside on large lawn.

We were looking for a quiet retreat for our day trips to and from Boston, and this house was perfect - quiet, peaceful, and beautiful.

A wonderful place that felt even larger than in the pictures, surrounded by beautiful scenery, offering complete privacy, and the perfect touch of a delicious hot tub experience under a snowy night.

My family and I needed to find a place to house us all to attend a family wedding and Andrea‘s house was just the spot! Conveniently located to the venue as well as close to town, we found a little oasis tucked away in Cohasset. We will definitely be back the next time we visit the area. The property is beautiful, unique, private, and very large. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Very large space. bedrooms are equipped with the necessities. Kitchen isn't stocked immensely well if you plan to do any real cooking but it's fine in a pinch. The house is a little draft in the winter, probably because the window ac units were left in and the exterior doors have large gaps on the bottom of them, but for the price is was fine. There is a park nearby which is convenient for those bringing pets. Communication was sparse but existent prior to the stay and covered the explanation regarding how to get in, but nonexistent during and at checkout when concerns/questions arose. There is only parking for 3 cars, even though the house sleeps 8. Something to keep in mind. It is very obvious that the house is exclusively used as a budget airbnb and it shows in the care in which the property is kept. that said, it gets the job done.

We had a lovely gathering of friends here. Anh was helpful in answering our questions ahead of time and during our stay and helped us with an early checkin and flexible checkout. We kept a fire going in the woodstove to keep it cozy, walked to town and the water, and explored nearby trails and a quarry. We’d love to come back sometime.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect for our family trip to Boston - a short walk to Boston Commons, and close to the T to get anywhere in the city quickly. We loved the historic charm of the house, and the well equipped kitchen made breakfasts easy each morning before we took off on our Freedom Trail adventures. Thanks for a great stay!

Great little spot! Love the view from the balcony. The decor and kitchen were very updated, clean and easy to use. It was comfortable for my husband and my two teenage boys.

I've stayed at Mary and Frank's place twice already and just booked my third stay. I love staying here when I'm in Boston. Some highlights are 1) the fully stocked kitchen -- I like to cook when I travel and find everything I need. The dining table and chairs are so comfortable (seats 4) and I just love the morning light! Honestly, I think the place is even prettier than the photos show. 2) The beautiful living spaces face out onto woods--from the many windows in the kitchen and also the french doors in the living room, all you see is nature. Just lovely, very peaceful. 3) The fireplace! Being from a warmer part of the world, I just love the gas fireplace, which I can turn on or off without a worry. It's lovely to set my mug on the stone hearth to warm up as I prepare my morning coffee, and I just love spending time cozying there with a book at night. 4) Convenience and quiet all in one: the house is near a main highway connecting to Boston, but the neighborhood is very quiet!

Susan’s place was stunning. I grew up close to this area so I knew what to expect, but in all honesty, the back yard was still a bit unreal. You can’t beat open ocean views, a hammock, and sitting area, and a porch/deck with levels leading down to the ocean. The space itself was more than enough room, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and our young son had the space to enjoy himself. We would definitely book with Susan again!

Lovely stay. Very quiet throughout the building and on the floor of our stay. The shower drain had been clogged prior to our stay, and when that was communicated to Ryan, he had it serviced right away. The location is great, it was only a 10-15 min uber to Fenway Park & TD garden. For nicer weather I’d highly suggest this location for quick access to the beach and nice restaurants close by.

This was a great stay. Clean and exactly what it looks like in the photos. It was such a relief to find a place that could accommodate our family of 4, my need to telework while I was there, and also be clean and relaxing and close to family in Roxbury. Oh, and having off street parking is so incredibly valuable. Grateful we found this place & we'll definitely be back. There was a little technical difficulty that was no one's fault that delayed our ability to get in. George was responsive, apologetic, and addressed it immediately to our satisfaction. I'm delighted.

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s my family has visited. Very spacious and clean with the most comfortable beds. Had a great time relaxing after a day in exploring Boston. The hosts were very helpful with local recommendations and very quick to respond to any questions. Without a doubt we will be back to visit!

It is an unbelievably beautiful location and the place is well-kept. This is the perfect spot for anyone looking to be near nature and the Boston area.

This is my third stay at Anna & Samuel! The house is always very clean, warm and comfortable. The neighbor is quiet and inviting. Anna is always very accommodating, helpful and friendly. She is a sweetheart and takes pleasure and pride in hosting.

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

I stayed with my friends for one night and it was an amazing stay. Anna and Samuel were very nice and the room was beautiful, clean and well kept. location was excellent as well.I recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Boston.

Beautiful well appointed home with lots of space for sleeping, bathing, and common spaces for gathering. Beautiful modern kitchen with everything we needed for our seven person group. Comfortable beds and overall surroundings, beautifully decorated in great condition. We stayed in the winter so we did not get use of the pool or hot tub, even though I believe the hot tub was ready to jump right in, but it was 25° out with wind chills in the teens. The master bathroom suite was probably our favorite thing about the home, heated floors and towel bar with a soaker tub and multi outlet shower as well as a heated toilet seat with modern bidet features. Didn’t use the fireplace or the sauna, but the massage chairs were a hit. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Gary's beautiful home. We were a gathering of extended family, and we were looking mostly for a place where we could all gather together - our group of 16 and 1 to 3 dogs, depending on the day. The great room that included kitchen, dining area, and two sitting areas was spectacular - allowing us to cook together, play games, catch up. Exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen was very spacious with multiple work areas and a massive refrigerator and freezer. There was central living area with two L-shaped couches that allowed all of us to sit together. While table had six dining chairs, between folding chairs (very comfortable), and counter stools that worked well, we managed to get 14 people around the table. The private, wooded views from the living room were also spectacular. Lovely light coming into the house. Bedrooms were simple and plentiful. Gary and his wife were very responsive to the few questions and needs we had. Highly recommend.

Visiting Anna and Samuel's home allowed for an immediate positive impression of Boston/MA. We felt lucky to be in such an enchanting house and room. More importantly, Anna was extremely kind and helpful. She was always present to guide us and all of her efforts for us (and other guests) felt genuinely friendly - I'd never seen anything like it, but she truly brought guests together and created a cozy environment for all of us. Very unexpectedly nice... I'd love for us to return next year! I recommend this place to any visitors of Boston/MA.
