Loved this place, it was big, comfortable, and in the perfect location for a visit to powderhorn.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kale’s cottage! It was comfortable, private, cozy, quiet (except for the train at 3AM-but I think everyone in Paonia must hear it!), modern and had such a comfy bed! There were so many amenities like the coffee beans to be ground for fresh coffee in the morning and assorted teas. Since we heat with wood at home, the wood stove helped us feel right at home! I could see this place being amazing in the summer as well.

Just perfect. Felt like home. 💯 recommend. Ric was very attentive in making us feel comfortable in his home.

The Sunflower Cottage was perfect! The location was gorgeous and quiet. Charley was able to accommodate for an early check in, which was appreciated! The guest book had great recommendations for local activities and restaurants, but we also enjoyed relaxing in the tiny home and in the private fire pit area. There is also a beautiful sunset watching spot within a 10 minute walk! Thank you, Charley! We will be returning.

We loved every bit of our stay here! Montrose is breathtaking, the home is on the outskirts of town which was private and peaceful with unobstructed views of the towering mountains. The home is centrally located to Ouray, Telluirde, Orvis Hot Springs, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison which made our adventures convenient. Comfortable beds and home layout with the master being separate from the two rooms we used for the kids. Alex was very responsive, attentive to a small issue we had with the water heater- coming over right away to check it out, gave local recommendations, and even brought us some Elk meat to try! We plan to be back and will absolutely stay here again!

Victor and Kseniya, are wonderful hosts. Their attentiveness made our experience truly exceptional. We especially appreciated them checking on our grocery situation before we arrived. Victor’s consistent communication and dedication to ensuring we had everything we needed, along with the diligent snow plowing (thank your friend Victor for us), were invaluable. The McClure House is perfect. It is comfortable, spacious, cozy, clean and well-equipped. Finding the house was easy thanks to the clear directions and ample lighting. Although WIFI was a convenient amenity, it’s a great place to disconnect and immerse yourselves in the stunning natural surroundings. The drive to the cabin is breathtaking and adds to the overall Colorado mountain experience. The convenient location near Snow Pass, Aspen, dining options, and other attractions was a definite plus. We absolutely loved it and will without a doubt be returning in the future. We wholeheartedly recommend your property to others.

Had a great stay in this adorable tiny home! It was perfect for just me, but could easily sleep 5 people. The kitchen was so cute and seemed well appointed. I loved the location- easy to find and far enough off the road to not be bothered by road noise. The tiny homes are extremely close together, so luckily this one had plenty of curtains for privacy. The bed was comfortable and the AC and fans were really nice for some airflow. I would stay here again!
