⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic 4-night stay at Chandi’s place in Sri Lanka. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline. Chandi was an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and always responsive. She kindly allowed us to check in early, which made our arrival much more convenient. When we informed her about the air conditioning issue, she had it fixed promptly, ensuring a comfortable stay. She also went out of her way to help us find a car to visit Sigiriya, making our trip even smoother. The highlight for my family was the pool—my kids absolutely loved it! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend staying here. I would definitely love to return in the future!

Extremely spacious apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Location very central for a 15min tuk tuk to most places. A full gym with rowing machine, tread mill and weights. Fantastic 25min pool. Great views to the east across the Royal Golf Course (with trains through the fairway). Mini mart on the complex.

It's a lovely, very private and clean place. Lots of art around and an art atmosphere. Many artists also come to absorb knowledge and help. An excellent place for a long stay, especially for those involved in art.

For the dehiwala apartment review : The apartment was clean and well presented. We enjoyed watching the sunset each evening from the balconies which all have an ocean view. The location was great, the bedrooms and aircon comfortable and the bathrooms were clean & fresh. The hosts were responsive and flexible giving us a late check-out as there was no booking after us. The assistant organised for check-in and check-in was easy to liaise with.

Grateful to have this stay at Havelock City - close to so many helpful shops and food court, amenities, etc., for our final days in the country. The place was a generous size, well maintained, great common spaces and bedrooms, very secure and wonderful location. Highly recommend for a family or small group! Thanks for hosting us!

We had a fantastic stay at Tash’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has very comfy beds. The view from the balcony is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed sunbathing and using the pool on floor 6. Tash relplied to our messages quickly, was very helpful and left clear and precise check in instruction. This is my second time staying at Lahiru’s place. It was a very pleasant experience. Lahiru and his father were very warm and friendly, and had all amenities mentioned. The layout of the house is luxurious and very pleasant. The place has an attractive jogging path around the lake, and the tranquility that comes with it makes it a pleasant place to stay. If I had to describe the area in a few words, I would say “peaceful environment to live in”. I definitely hope to come back for a third time.

The property is conveniently located just few steps from Nawala Road. Lots of dining options around . The decent size air conditioned bed room and two toilets , can park a car . Kitchen is fully equipped. Large roof top space suitable for bbq or party. Over all good place .

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

Ms. Udeni was very helpful when we stayed and her place was very peaceful, had wonderful surroundings and is very clutter free and clean.

The house is beautiful with well maintained garden area and ponds. On several occasions we got to witness beautiful birds taking bath in ponds and drinking water. everyday early morning we woke up to the peaceful sound of birds chirping.. The house is well maintained with a personal touch by Mr. Sumal. It had all the amenities and facilities we could ask for. Mr. Sumal is an excellent host who was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I would certainly recommend the place and this would be my first choice to stay whenever I visit colombo. The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

We had a great stay at Sonali’s. The apartment is modern and practically the entire place has air conditioning. Very central location in Colombo. Jogging trails are nearby as is a Spa Ceylon. The caretaker was very helpful. We would highly recommend Sonali’s for a family stay.

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. This was a very cosy warm place. He was really a good host. Host told me about many places in Sri Lanka. I got lots of information from him.some one received us from the hotel. He decorated our room for our anniversary beautifully.the Host does the extra mile if he has to. Very friendly and cordial. We simply loved this apartment and the neighbour hood. Peaceful safe neighbour good. And many things are nearby in walking distance. We will surely be back in the same apartment when we come to Sri Lanka. Pubudu is a gem of a person. Although our stay at his home was only 3 nights, he was helpful for our entire holiday in Sri Lanka. He even provided extremely reasonable prices road travel.options within Sri Lanka. As regards his home, it is a great options for those looking for a peaceful and serene location. His home is exactly as listed and in fact has more than what is listed. Pubudu has taken care of everything one could possibly require on their travels. There are a few supermarkets within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped for those who prefer to cook for themselves. The building complex also has a nice swiming pool which can be used. The apartment is a home away from home.

Pushpa’s apartments are set inside a lovely gated garden next to their home, the place is very calm and tranquil. A great place to stay for the first or last few days of your trip if you are flying in/out of Colombo Bandaranaike airport. The apartment is really pretty with views of the green garden. Close to some nice restaurants and bars, and of course Negombo beach. Pushpa is friendly and welcoming.
