I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

Thilak’s place is awesome. The pool is a game changer. Thilak is very helpful and responsive for any questions we had.

We had a great stay at Sonali’s. The apartment is modern and practically the entire place has air conditioning. Very central location in Colombo. Jogging trails are nearby as is a Spa Ceylon. The caretaker was very helpful. We would highly recommend Sonali’s for a family stay.

What can I say other than don’t miss the opportunity to stay in this exceptional home. I was doing some work in Colombo for two months and was fortunate enough to come across Chandi’s & Lucy’s place online. Photos can’t do justice to the true sense of calm which you experience as soon as you walk through the entrance door to the property which separates the garden of Colombo Retreat from the street (a quiet private road which runs off a busier street with a few shops/restaurants within easy walking distance). The property is all on the ground floor with a private garden for your own use which wraps itself around the space. Completely private. Inside the space is beautifully furnished with an easy blend of antiques and more contemporary Sri Lankan furniture. You know that this is someone’s home but you never feel like you are intruding. I could not recommend this beautiful home more. Finally, a shout-out to Asta (co-host) and Asuntha (housekeeper), both of whom were so attentive.

Himali and Wasanthas place on 20th floor of a residential complex was super comfortable. It’s easy to get around by Tuktuk. We stayed there for 2 weeks for some remote work and city life. The hosts were always responsive and quick in finding solutions to minor issues we raised. There is a minimart downstairs, a laundry, and pool in on the 7th floor good for lap swims (20-25 meters we believe). If you want to explore the city from a quiet and homey base, we can highly recommend the property and the hosts.

Tamara was very helpful… the place is good and clean.. only one comment you need to know that you have to take your luggage up the stairs to reach your rooms.. one room in first floor and 2 rooms in second floor .. that’s it.. otherwise the place is good and clean and tamara was very helpful.. thanks for hosting us

We stayed at Anuka's place for 6 days while we were visiting Sri Lanka. Everything was exceptional.. Beautifully designed, decorated interiror with well maintained garden made us feel comfortable during our stay. Mostly friendliness of the host/ Nilan. We felt home away from home and will highly recommend Greensvilla to our freinds and families..

It is my second time stay at “Mystical Rose”. Mr. Wilhelm is a great host and made my stay felt right at home. Walkable distance to restaurants and supermarket. It is very quiet and has a great view of Colombo skyline from the balcony. Wilhelm communicated very well and also very proactive to intimate about power breakdown due to maintenance work. It is located at a very safe and quite gated community with 24x7 security. Great host.

I needed a place to stay the night before my place and wow this was seriously an amazing place. I would absolutely recommend booking here! looks exactly as in photos. really nice and spacious. bed was super comfortable and I honestly wish I had stayed longer.

This place looks exactly like the description. The place was generally clean. The bathrooms, bedrooms and the kitchen were pretty clean. A/C, the hot water, water pressure are all up to date and in good working conditions. The safety system in place is really secure. The place is in a central location where 30 minutes can get you to Pettah, or other tourists places in Colombo. Easy to give directions to Uber drivers, family or friends who are visiting. 1-5 minutes to food places and other grocery shopping. It’s very quiet and it feels like you are not even in the middle of Colombo. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I would reserve again when I am in Colombo.

This place is amazing I stayed 11th floor of same place when it was kingsburry Residences’s. So this is my second visit to platinum one suites. I like the place and location, Mohamed ur staff was amazing. Thank you for late checkout. Thanks a lot and will be back soon.

Hashantha’s place was great, Saman and Sandamali who greeted us were very kind and lovely. The kitchen was stocked with milk, tea, coffee and fresh fruits on arrival. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay a few nights in Colombo.

Shilpi is a wonderful host. Even though I didn't get to meet her in person, she had everything set up for our check-in and was very active in responding to my queries.. The apartment is beautiful, very peaceful and is equipped with the basic necessities. The terrace opens to a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. The staff was very kind and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will consider this place during our next visits. Thanks!

Beautiful, spacious well arranged apartment that we felt like our second home during our stay. Place is well presented neat & tidy & had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Has good security around the clock. Great host. Good communication & very helpful. We look forward to staying there again & highly recommend to anyone looking for a holiday home.

We dealt with Jenny who was very responsive and met us at checkin to show us around. The place was great, beautifully decorated and supplied with everything we needed and more. I didn’t expect hair dryers in both bathrooms, pool and gym towels and access to Netflix were all amazing additions. The location was great, walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. We felt safe as it’s a very lively area full of restaurants and shops, plus having security guide at the entrance helped. The only negative is that the pool area didn’t have any chairs or places to put belongings, but this is an issue for building management rather than our wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanks Luckimika for maintaining a lovely, clean apartment. It felt like a "home away from home". It was in a well placed location with restaurants and a supermarket literally a stones throw away. Adrian, the co-host was just a phone call away and was readily available to resolve a couple of small issues we had (which were quickly resolved). All in all a great place to stay.

It was a beautiful and clean place! Extremely spacious, probably the most spacious stay I’ve had on Airbnb. There were two bathrooms, which made it really convenient for four people and each of the bedrooms either has a queen or king bed, so definitely large enough to fit two people per room. She was also very responsive and got us an extra blanket when we asked. The AC in each of the rooms worked well and quickly, and there was a balcony in each room which had great views. There is a rooftop pool which is nice and the views from up there are gorgeous. There’s also security downstairs, which is reassuring. Overall a great stay!

Shamika’s place was a home away from home. We had everything we needed. It was a spacious apartment, clean and had plenty of storage space. The location was serene and was very convenient. There were beautiful walking paths, places to eat out and places to see in the neighbourhood. We were quite satisfied with the security provided for the flat and the parking area. The gym and the swimming pool were added bonuses. The restaurant available in the block was said to be a good one although we never got a chance to try it out. The host, Shamika and his parents were very friendly and approachable at all times. This is a place that we can recommend to anyone staying in this area of Colombo and we hope to stay there again in our future visits to Sri Lanka if it’s available.

We had a very comfortable stay at Radha's place. This is in Colombo 02, walkable distance from the famous Park Street. Its on the 34th floor of a high-rise with a large lap pool and gym as amenities that you can use! The 2-bedroom apartment was squeaky clean, matched the photos and the kitchen had all the cutlery that we needed to make a banoffee pie for our friends in Colombo! Radha even has a french press and 1-2 other types of coffee makers; I regretted not carrying my coffee grounds from India! There's great lighting across the house. There's a small balcony with a great view but the master bedroom possibly has the best views of the sea and city below you. The pricing is what it is because the apartment is in one of the best parts of the city and you get to access the pool and gym!
