superbe appartement, avec des services très appréciables (fitness et piscine enfants au 7eme étage, piscine rooftop superbe avec vue magnifique sur la Lotus tower. grand appartement luxueux au 28eme étage... Savon, notre interlocuteur sur place très réactif et amical. seule petite remarque: il faudrait 2 cartes et 2 clés (nécessaire dès que vous voulez prendre l'ascenseur!) car quand vous êtes plusieurs et que tout le monde ne fait pas la même chose c'est un peu pénible. on entends un peu les bruits de la circulation en bas le matin. sinon logement TOP!

was a fantastic place and nikola and benjamin were super helpful.. the spotlessly clean house was in the middle of the city with many eateries and tourist attractions nearby.. bathroom mats weren't provided by Benjamin responded to all our requests promptly and attended to them. will highly recommend this place..

Luxury apartment in the heart of Colombo. The view from the 26th floor is incredible, with the city and the harbour making for a gorgeous vista, especially at sunset. Thaths was very welcoming and helpful- especially appreciated the essentials like tea and milk. The apartment itself is cozy and luxurious. It's wonderfully decorated and equipped with modern utilities. The beds were extremely comfortable and I had the best sleep I've had in a very long time. Location couldn't be better; everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. The pool and gym were a nice bonus. Can't wait to stay here again - will definitely be coming back!

It’s the second time I have stayed at Fazly’s place. I had to change my itinerary for my trip & Fazly was very accommodating in meeting my requests. The check in very easy with great communication & Rashid is there to help you check in. The apartment is exactly as described & is very comfortable. Havelock City has the mall next door with lots of shops & restaurants so making life easier. I would recommend the apartment to all & hoping to stay there again on my next trip.

Extremely spacious apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Location very central for a 15min tuk tuk to most places. A full gym with rowing machine, tread mill and weights. Fantastic 25min pool. Great views to the east across the Royal Golf Course (with trains through the fairway). Mini mart on the complex.

Especially remarkable were the possibility to check in early, since I arrived in the morning already. Initially the WLAN did not work, but Sumudu was immediately available and able to solve the problem within a short time. The rooftop pool was wonderful, the staff in the builing was helpful and extremely friendly. All in all a perfect experience. I look forward to come back.

Highly recommend staying at Silmiya’s place. The apartment and the block it’s situated in js stunning. The view from the apartment over the Lotus Tower makes the experience more beautiful and magical, especially when it’s lit up at night. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy. Essential items were provided to make it a home away from home. Silmiya is an excellent and responsive host.

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

Thilak’s place is awesome. The pool is a game changer. Thilak is very helpful and responsive for any questions we had.

Booked this place for a visit back home to Sri Lanka along with two others, and was pleasantly surprised by the apartment building, and the convenient location. Asanka was very gracious in welcoming us and showing us the apartment and providing sufficient instructions for us hit the ground running. The amenities were excellent (specially the assortment of snacks he had set up which hits the spot with nostalgia filled joy for a Sri Lankan who grew up in Sri Lanka), Apartment was very clean, there was a washing machine and a drying stand, and the balcony was amazing with views of the western beach and a bit of the city skyline, two bathrooms and massive beds with clean sheets and clean towels. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and cups, pots, pans and everything you need to whip up a quick meal. We even baked some cookies in the kitchen. Loved the place overall. Chathura arranged indoor parking in the 5th floor, and the building is close proximity to everything you need!

The appartement is very big, has AC and Fan in every room and a nice view! We would come again! Arjuna was also really nice and helpful! Thank you! :)

I had an incredible stay at this apartment! 🌟 The side sea view was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sight of the ocean every morning was a dream. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls made the space feel bright and open, offering stunning views throughout the day. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out effortless. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and shops. I can't wait to stay here again — highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The apartment was nice and cosy. Had lovely views of the city and the sea. Located in a safe area with security at the ground level. Lots of amenities within walking distance or a short tuk ride away. Ahmed and Shaira are also sweet and very responsive hosts. They personally came to check us in and out. They even have a little guide with recommendations for tourists. No regrets staying in Alfred Fern. Definitely will go back again on our next trip to Colombo!

It is my second time stay at “Mystical Rose”. Mr. Wilhelm is a great host and made my stay felt right at home. Walkable distance to restaurants and supermarket. It is very quiet and has a great view of Colombo skyline from the balcony. Wilhelm communicated very well and also very proactive to intimate about power breakdown due to maintenance work. It is located at a very safe and quite gated community with 24x7 security. Great host.

This is my third time staying at Yas's place. First 02 times I was traveling Solo but this time came with my wife. Self and wife had a great stay here! The host was extremely helpful right from booking all the way to check out, always checking up on us through messages to see if we had any problems, and always replying promptly. she had been really prompt in communication Short walk to local supermarket and Tuk Tuk stand. Local amenities include pharmacy, Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sri Lanka. would recommend the place for everyone who comes to this part of Colombo.

A very "cozy" apartment indeed: it suited our family of 3 adults perfectly. Amazing views & ambience. The apartment is located in a very central part of Colombo with easy access to many eateries, hotels & shopping outlets. There is a supermarket directly opposite the apartment building, which was extremely convenient. The apartment building had excellent security staff, who were so very kind & obliging, a BIG THANK YOU to them for helping us with all our luggage & shopping bags at varied intervals & also helping us safely navigate the many cabbies we travelled with.😀 The owner of the apartment was flexible with check-in & check-out times which was so helpful. He even met us at the apartment when we checked in way early in the morning. Disappointingly the wifi in the apartment was very unreliable. All other appliances including the washing machine & hot water system worked fine though, no problems. A fantastic holiday stay all in all! 🌸

We had a wonderful stay at Villa 199 in Millennium City Ja-Ela, located just 10km from the airport in a serene resort area. The resort features beautiful natural surroundings including a lake, children's park, and a clubhouse with a swimming pool and gym. The house was incredibly quiet and peaceful providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The inhouse garden with its unique and well-maintained trees added to the charm and tranquility. It was the ideal place to unwind, rejuvenate, and relax. We are very grateful to Mr. Rathnasiri, he was an excellent host who ensured we had the best experience during our stay. The nearby restaurant offered high-quality food at very reasonable prices, and Mr. Rathnasiri assisted us with grocery shopping and local transportation. Overall, our stay was extremely relaxing and exactly what we needed before our long international travel. We look forward to staying here again!

My stay in Indica‘s home was absolutely perfect. I wanted a chance to see Colombo but still have a nice relaxing oasis outside of the big city, and I picked the right place! The house is absolutely beautiful, sparkling clean and has a very welcoming vibe to it. Indica was an incredible host. I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. I enjoyed delicious meals, a great swim in their pool, a wonderful night‘s sleep in the comfy bed, and lovely chats with Indica and her husband. They were happy to give me tips for my journey - how to reach Colombo by bus (super easy, and cheap!!) and they helped organize my train ticket with reserved seat to Kandy, which was a relief to have taken care of so I didn’t have to figure it out at the train station the day of my trip. I’m so happy I stayed here - I totally recommend their spot, especially for travelers who wish to visit Colombo but would prefer a more cozy relaxed vibe a bit outside the city.
