Willkommen im Paradies. Alles war perfekt.Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt . Mit das Beste an der Unterkunft war Jagath , der jederzeit da war wenn man ihn brauchte. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Ein Highlight war die Tour durch den Garten wo alles mögliche wächst, von Zimt,Mangos , Sternfrucht und anderen exotischen Früchten. Der Pool und die ganze Einrichtung war sehr modern und luxuriös. Die Unterkunft war das Beste am ganzen Urlaub.

The hosts are lovely people, we stayed an extra day, that's why I have a previous review. They did everything to make us comfortableand happy. Karu was also helpful and a great cook. We would highly recomend this place to everyone.

Upul’s beautiful property is the perfect location to unwind after a long flight. It’s close to the airport so we were sitting round the pool within a couple of hours landing. The lovely housekeeper Saja deserves a special mention as she was so helpful and kind and nothing was too much trouble. Saja cooked a delicious curry for us on our first night and on our second and final night we went just next door to the newly opened Crab Cove Restaurant which is highly recommended. Upul’s communication throughout was outstanding and he always responded to my many queries before and after we travelled sometimes within seconds! The property itself is stunning backing onto a lagoon and we took a boat trip out to Monkey Island which was very enjoyable especially as we were collected and dropped off at the bottom of the garden. It was the perfect place to get over our sleepless flight - a beautiful and peaceful location to start our Sri Lankan adventure. Thank you Upul, Saja and Gaya for everything!

Superbe logement. Propre. belles installations. Correspond a la description. Proche d'un supermarché et de restaurants. a 40 min du centre de Colombo. Proche de la route et d'une école hymne national le matin. wifi plutôt bon. L'hôte est très reactif et le gardien sur place très gentil. La salle de sport et la piscine est très agréable ainsi que la douche exterieure. Parfait pour notre séjour de 2 nuits en famille.

We booked 'A place' for a group of 6. The place was exactly as seen in pictures. 'Dilan' - the host was always available for questions. He gave us a good tour and encouraged to use all the amenities. The home caretaker 'Anusha' was on the property 24*7 and available to assist in the group activities and daily chores. We were also introduced to a local guide 'Champika' who virtually got everything done for us. Since, we didn't speak Singalese, Dilan and Champika made sure all our needs were taken care of. Over all: - Great place and Stay - Friendly and helpful Host - Excellent care taker and his availability - Very reliable and trustworthy people - No hidden charges or trying to squeez extra It was a wonderful experience over all. I highly recommend this place for a Professional meeting, Family or friends get together. Nice and Quite with access to the beach right there!! And most importantly - 'Friendly, trustworthy and reliabile' people for a stay in a foreign country!!!

We loved our stay at Samudra house and can absolutely recommend it, especially with kids. In our six weeks in Sri Lanka, it was one of our favourite stays. It was everything we wanted it to be: - Beautiful house, just as described and shown in the pictures, generous rooms, big garden, great pool. - Between about 11 and 1, the pool was in the shade of a hotel, which we loved, since it allowed the kids to be in the pool during the hottest hours of the day without having to put on sun lotion. A big plus, in the kids and our opinions. - Beautiful beach with a very friendly and relaxed vibe within 2 minutes walking distance. - Various beach restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance - Three big grocery stores within 10 minutes walking distance. - It was the only airbnb house in Sri Lanka without a caretaker, which we appreciated, since we felt like having the house to ourselves. - It is really close to Colombo, we did two day trips to get to know Colombo.

This place is absolutely worth the price. I stayed with my family and my kids loved it. Great host and very helpful caretaker. However for any muslims wants to stay here please check with the host first to avoid any surprises. There are lots of statues in the house. Gayan is very nice and always willing to help. Thank you

Great place to stay with lot of space and everything was as described.Janith was responsive and very helpful. Nothing to complain about and I recommend to a family or group of friends to stay safe and private.

Peaceful location close to many food outlets and supermarkets. Very spacious and modern house with a lovely rooftop. Bungalow keeper Karu was very obliging and contactible. Initial shortcoming of "no microwave" was immediately remedied. One notable shortcoming was that showers were open leading to wet toilets. Hope Prabha will sort this out soon. Quite surprised this was overlooked in an otherwise lovely building. My overseas guests spend 2 weeks there and were very happy. Thank you

Anandi is a kind and lovely host and raises the bar of what a superhost can be. Her level of care and support throughout my stay was outstanding. Always available and at reach. She invited me for dinner with her family, offered to do my laundry and helped me arrange taxi and train tickets the day I left Colombo. The apartment was great value for money, the kitchen a good plus. The location is great, close to city centre and Victoria park is just 10 minutes walk away. Nearby the house you can find some good restaurants walking distance which Anandi kindly recommended. I will certainly be back when I am in Colombo again!

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

It's a great place to stay. Very clean ans tidy. Felt right at home. Sumal was a great host. He was very friendly and professional. Always available to communicate at anytime of the day. Very clear instructions on everything and very thoughtful of every little detail. Never felt any uneasiness at Sumal's place. Would definitely come again! 😊 ❤️

I had a fantastic stay at Damith’s place. The location was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Damith was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was just right. For the price, it was absolutely worth it. I truly loved my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Great place for a family. Spacious, clean and matches the descriptions. Helpful host too. Some advice for foreigners… take mosquito repellent and something for red ants. The kids got bitten!

The house was very nice and we highly recommend it. It was very close to the swimming pool and several shops. It was also very easy to communicate with Ransika and her father. We overall had a wonderful time at this house.

We had a perfect stay at Elisach Serenity House. We were warmly welcomed by kind people. The house is very nice, clean and well equipped, and we could enjoy the very nice garden too. The beach is just about 1.5km away and we could just walk. Also there are some shops at about 10 minutes by walk. Definitely recommended! Abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno alla Elisach Serenity House. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente e con gentilezza. La casa è grande, con un bel giardino, e ben curata. C'è la spiaggia a 1,5 chilometri e ci si può andare a piedi. I commerci più vicini sono a una decina di minuti a piedi. Assolutamente consigliata!

So close to the main road, banks, supermarkets, etc. Nice Garden, Spacious rooms, and kitchen equipment. Clean Rooms and Bathrooms. Sumanasiri is so friendly and supportive. Flexible with Check-in and Check-out timings. Highly Recommended.

This is my third time staying at Yas's place. First 02 times I was traveling Solo but this time came with my wife. Self and wife had a great stay here! The host was extremely helpful right from booking all the way to check out, always checking up on us through messages to see if we had any problems, and always replying promptly. she had been really prompt in communication Short walk to local supermarket and Tuk Tuk stand. Local amenities include pharmacy, Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sri Lanka. would recommend the place for everyone who comes to this part of Colombo.

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

Very comfortable. Noise from construction in the area. A problem during the day not at night. Barking dog in the neighbourhood. Seemed to stop late at night. High vehicular traffic.
