We had a nice stay with my family. The place is very comfortable stay and the host is quick to respond. The gym is excellent and there is a resident exercise physiologist on hand too. For a small fee they can also set up and help you follow a routing. This worked really well for my father, he was at the gym everyday. There is also a really nice view. The pool was kept very clean and we used it nearly everyday. The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent non-stick (healthy non-stick with no PIFA as I have at home) so we really liked this. There are a few excellent restaurants close by, great food, walking is possible but it really depends on you, but the roads to it may not be for everyone. But certainly excellent dining options. You can always order food to the apartment and it is very easy for delivery folks to find the place, so no issue there. Normally we stay in Colombo but this time we couldn't find a nice place, but this space turned out to be fantastic and served us well.

I enjoyed staying at Melissa's place. It is located with easy access to Galle Road and Marine Drive where you can find plenty of places to eat, easy access to public transportation or tuk rides and shopping. There is a supermarket up the road, and a pharmacy close by. The security/reception is very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is well maintained with all amenities you would need for your trip. The kitchen has flatware, plates, dishes, pots/pans, a kettle and toaster. A kettle is much useful to boil water before you drink, we didn't have to spend on bottled water. The air-conditioning and fans kept the place cool even during the hottest time of the day. The best and my favorite thing was that the flat came with a washing machine to wash your clothes and hanging racks to dry them outside on the balcony. This meant I don't have to do laundry when I get back to the US. Melissa, thank you for sharing your place with us. We enjoyed our stay and will be definitely coming back

We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

We chose Sanira's apartment as our place to stay while we worked on our wedding arrangements since it was at the center of Colombo and made it easy to travel to our vendor appointments. The place was impeccably clean, tidy and modern, which are all extremely important to my wife and I. The only problem we encountered frequently (which isn't a reflection on the host) had to do with the building's security. They've made it unnecessarily strict and complex to the point where it almost felt like they were constantly interrogating us and our guests, despite having stayed at this place for almost a month. Besides the few altercations that we had with security during our stay, this was an excellent pick and we were extremely satisfied. Highly recommended!

Especially remarkable were the possibility to check in early, since I arrived in the morning already. Initially the WLAN did not work, but Sumudu was immediately available and able to solve the problem within a short time. The rooftop pool was wonderful, the staff in the builing was helpful and extremely friendly. All in all a perfect experience. I look forward to come back.

Had a wonderful stay at That Place! The ambiance was absolutely serene and cozy, making it a perfect retreat. The outdoor pool was lovely, complemented by a well maintained garden area that added to the charm. A truly relaxing and delightful experience!

we had a wonderful stay at Sepalinka. we wished to have more evenings. she is a very responsive and available host, helped by two very gentle housekeepers who are always close by to help you with any requests. One of our best stay. thank you for every, we will come back!

The hosts are lovely people, we stayed an extra day, that's why I have a previous review. They did everything to make us comfortableand happy. Karu was also helpful and a great cook. We would highly recomend this place to everyone.

One more time I can say that this is beautiful place with amazing hospitality. We felt here as at home. Definitely will recommend to all my friends and family’s, and hope will come back soon again.

Udeni e il suo marito sono stati molto gentili e sempre disponibili in qualsiasi orario della giornata, questa è la secondo volta che ci siamo visti ed è stato come essere a casa, Udeni ci ha aiutato molto ed è una brava cuoca, ci preparava “kola kanda” e tante altre cose buone del paese, nel momento che siamo stati male ha preso cura di noi come se fossero i suoi figli. La casa è molto spaziosa e ordinata come sempre, sicuramente ci torneremo di nuovo.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. We had no issues during our visit . Added extras like tea/coffee, crackers , chocolate biscuits, soft drinks & bananas were a sweet touch . Would highly recommend this accommodation.

I needed a place to stay the night before my place and wow this was seriously an amazing place. I would absolutely recommend booking here! looks exactly as in photos. really nice and spacious. bed was super comfortable and I honestly wish I had stayed longer.

What can I say other than don’t miss the opportunity to stay in this exceptional home. I was doing some work in Colombo for two months and was fortunate enough to come across Chandi’s & Lucy’s place online. Photos can’t do justice to the true sense of calm which you experience as soon as you walk through the entrance door to the property which separates the garden of Colombo Retreat from the street (a quiet private road which runs off a busier street with a few shops/restaurants within easy walking distance). The property is all on the ground floor with a private garden for your own use which wraps itself around the space. Completely private. Inside the space is beautifully furnished with an easy blend of antiques and more contemporary Sri Lankan furniture. You know that this is someone’s home but you never feel like you are intruding. I could not recommend this beautiful home more. Finally, a shout-out to Asta (co-host) and Asuntha (housekeeper), both of whom were so attentive.

We stayed at Anuka's place for 6 days while we were visiting Sri Lanka. Everything was exceptional.. Beautifully designed, decorated interiror with well maintained garden made us feel comfortable during our stay. Mostly friendliness of the host/ Nilan. We felt home away from home and will highly recommend Greensvilla to our freinds and families..
