I had a great stay at Jason's place! The space was clean, private, and very welcoming—perfect for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Phillip was a great host: super responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would book again in the future!

This stay is in a fantastic location. Private and just steps away from the beach. If a very back to basics stay if for you then the is the place. No AC and the fan is a little small, could really do with a decent fan. Also no easy access to water and would really benefit from An outside grill to cook basically. This isn’t gripe. Still would 100% recommend this stay and would happily stay again

It was an absolutely beautiful home, exceeded my expectations! Very clean and great amenities. Nicolette was very responsive and accommodating. It was a very nice and safe community. The people I met at the clubhouse made me feel right at home. If you want to stay in a home away from home, stay here. Way better than any hotel or resort in the area, in my opinion.

Absolute Paradise! I'm completely enamored with this stunning property! The nighttime ambiance in the backyard gazebo, surrounded by twinkling lights, candles, and the soothing sounds of the waves, is pure magic. This property embodies my personal style - glamorous and luxurious. The attention to detail is impressive, with sweet treats, tea, and a well-stocked space that feels like home. Amenities like the washing machine and 24/7 security made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, affordable taxis, and nearby amenities like Chukka. I loved it so much that I checked out and returned three days later! I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious Jamaican getaway.

Amazing views! This property was as described and well worth the stay. Chef San alone made it all worth it. This man is magic in the kitchen. Throughly enjoyed our stay, so much so we have already rebooked for my Husband’s birthday in July. Can’t wait to get back… Can’t wait to get back

First I must say thanks to Mr Vinroy and his co-host Miss Kam! They both went above and beyond our expectations! Everything about this place was top tier, from the communation, to meeting our needs with any little thing, we wanted or asked for, they were there and made it happen for us. I loved this place we felt totally safe due to 24/7 security! the location is really calm and peaceful, and so beautiful day and night! the pools were top tier, we actually did a floating basket 🧺 there it was so beautiful! The place was exactly like the picture no false hope I'm telling you the 100% truth!!!! very well kept and clean, best Airbnb in (Reading MoBay) right now. Don't hesitate book! you won't regret it. the location isn't too far away, plus they provide everything you need whether it's transportation or just a spa day, etc. Thank you again Mr Vinroy for making my birthday one memorable one ! I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at [Property Name] in Jamaica. While it's located approximately a 40-minute drive from Montego Bay, its tranquil setting more than compensates for the distance. The property's immediate proximity to the beach, coupled with the peaceful atmosphere of the surrounding neighborhood, creates a truly relaxing environment. It's important to note that the area is very quiet and therefore not ideally suited for large gatherings or boisterous celebrations. I highly recommend this location for those seeking a serene and peaceful Jamaican getaway.

Abdon’s home was amazing!! Calm, peaceful and safe neighborhood in a central location. The beach across the street was quiet and calm. The water is a little rocky but the beach was beautiful! The location was easy to get to Montego Bay and Negril. Lucea town was close by. The house was spotless and AC was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with items to prepare meals. I would recommend 100%. Abdon was easy to work with a responsive to questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Arlenes place was absolutely beautiful! Sunning views, peaceful, quiet and the perfect place to soak in the sun and get some R&R. Arlene was the sweetest, most accomodating host! 💖 For individuals coming from the airport, I recommend asking Arelene for driver recommendations as the road is very steep. Having the right vehicle and to be picked up by someone she knows and trusts was very helpful. I had two uber drivers cancel on me heading back to the airport. Her driver picked me up FROM the airport and brought me to pick up lunch before heading the air’bnb… I really enjoyed O’William’s company. :) I just wish I had asked him to pick me up upon checkout! If coming without a car, I do recommend stopping at the store on the way to get snacks, food and water for your stay. There is a full refrigerator and kitchen if you want to cook your own meals. Though, I recommend trying Arlene’s great Jamaican cooking for at least one meal during your stay! 5 stars!! Thank you for a great stay

Felt right at home. The space is modern, new and clean. I had a good night sleep and was totally comfy during my entire stay. Would definitely come again and recommend others coming to Negril area.

I highly recommend this beach house for families or close friends. The host is amazing! she made sure everything was all set upon our arrival. The place is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. This picturesque place has a small stream that leads into the sea, which is just breathtaking. The panoramic view of the crystal clear water was spectacular, I snorkelled and kayaked almost everyday. Be sure to apply your sunscreen. There was something for everyone to do from my 75 year old dad to my 3 year old kid. I will most definately be revisting this gem. Thanks! this made my vacation in Jamaica a memorable one, we felt so safe and had so much fun!

Tamika is a wonderful host and probably one of the coolest people I’ve dealt with. Her response time was quite fast, and her instructions were very clear. Her place was absolutely beautiful and I loved every minute of my visit. This house is definitely somewhere you’d want to stay, and we hated it when we had to leave. Clean and beautiful, just as advertised! From the moment you pull up you are greeted by the beauty of the property, it is well manicured. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting the North Coast of Jamaica. Great location, was very close to Montego Bay and Negril. The property manager Aleko was also a joy to work with, he dropped by on the first day to make sure all was well with us. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I will definitely stay with Tamika again on my next trip to Jamaica.

The house was very comfortable and clean. Shelley was very responsive to all our queries. We love the Little Bay Country Club location - secure, lovely pool and private beach. It was very enjoyable.

Great stay! Just a 5 min walk down the hill to nearby Marcella pizza, also other lunch & coffee restaurants to enjoy eating while overlooking the ocean. We loved that grocery delivery was available. Everyone was kind and so helpful, washer/dryer aft 10 days was great! It was great having staff on site for towel exchange and small things. Dalton was available as the perfect driver and just a call away.
