Really enjoyed my stay at Karl’s the place is as the ad describes it. Location is perfect. Other than that all I can say is stay here if you are looking for a great located Airbnb that's spacious and has wonderful views.

Absolutely loved the location, the house felt like home no negative comment but maybe a suggestion in terms of the security check in process maybe a pass given to airbnb guest to display in their vehicle for the duration of their stay. Everytime we left the property and return we went through security screening of validating who we are, not a big deal but more of an inconvenience as some security we more courteous than others. Overall we enjoyed our time at the property.

This is our second stay and we will definitely visit again. Very nice community with a pool and park for the kids.

This place is just so amazing, the view is unbelievable waking up to like something you will see in a poster, the host is extraordinary at messaging and making sure everything is okay, any time i come jamaica, i will definitely stay here again

Super logement vraiment et à deux pas de la mer bleu et chaude comme on aime. Le logement comprenait tout le nécessaire. Il y a une douche avec de l’eau chaude et un ventilateur :) Bridgette et son fils ont été très réactifs et se sont bien occupés de nous. On a eu une coupure d’eau un soir qu’ils ont remédié rapidement.

This place is really nice! From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt so at home and so uplifted by the bright modern decor. It's clean, bright, and modern with absolutely everything you could need, from games to kitchen appliances. The laundry room was so handy and made keeping laundry clean and organised a breeze, especially with our 18-month-old baby. Adding to the interior, the gazebo at the back is beautiful and relaxing. Although the outside T V was not present at the time we stayed, we didn't miss it one bit. Sitting and taking in the beauty of the hills was a real treat. The development is calm and friendly and having the car was crucial as there is quite a distance to shops and we had no problems with it at all. We even drove down to Negril and had a stress-free day at the beach. The only one negative was that on a couple of less sunny days - the water wasn't as hot as we would have liked. Kimone was responsive, helpful and we would definitely stay again.

Debra upgraded us to her other villa called "Soon Soon" as one of her regular visitors wanted ours and it was wonderful as you walk right out onto the veranda and onto the 7-mile beach. We had Michelle looking after us, who made great food each day. Just buy the groceries and she will cook, no need to go out to eat at all. Other reviews have said the property is dated - we didn't think it was, everything worked and the location is to die for. Others have mentioned the bar next door but it did not bother us and music was always off by 9pm. Debra was very accommodating and a great host, we will definitely be visiting again soon.

We enjoyed our stay. The Airbnb was very clean and we felt safe. The location wasn’t too far from anywhere we needed to go. The owners were very responsive to our questions and made sure we were okay during our stay.

Firstly, the location of this location was breath taking the neighbourhood was quiet, with friendly neighbours and amazing staff. The beach was a walk away and the amenities were great. Starr was an amazing host response quickly and made sure we were comfortable. The house was so clean, the decors looks like photos and even better in person. The backyard was nice and breezy with the ocean view. The backyard also had space for family fun! The jerk bbq pan was amazing made alot of amazing meals on it. Starr has everything you need in the house to be comfortable. We felt like we were on an all inclusive resort but with a big space and privacy. We will be returning for sure thank you Starr! My family and I enjoyed our stay <3

Nicolette’s place was absolutely amazing I have been here more than once it always feels like a home away from home. Not to mention the host always goes above and beyond to accommodate. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here if they are looking for an amazing stay. Truly 10 out of 10 experience definitely wonderful. My husband and I appreciate Nicolette for all that she did for us during this trip. She is responsive any hours which was very helpful.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zwischen Montego Bay und Negril war gut für uns. Zu einem kleinen Strand musste man nur über die Straße gehen. John war immer erreichbar. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb for a week! The pool and playground were perfect for my kids, who absolutely loved it. The nearby shop and food delivery was convenient, and the place was quiet and peaceful. The host was absolutely amazing—she was very understanding and responsive, even helping us out when our car made a mess in the driveway. Highly recommend!

Bak A Yaad is a beautiful place with very friendly and helpful staff, my wife and I have just visited as we celebrate our honeymoon and it was the perfect place to be. There are some amazing restaurants within short walking distance and the whole place has a very Jamaican vibe to it. We’ll be back again next year for more beautiful and uplifting memories. We loved our stay here! We felt very safe and comfortable. Being on the Bay was lovely. We’d have our morning coffee at the gazebo/pool area, (about 20 seconds from the townhouse) and we’d watch as the cruise ships pulled in. We mostly had the pool to ourselves when using it. The private beach was fantastic! A short walking distance about 7 mins or so. Anytime we went, there would hardly be anyone there. Super clean as well and a security guard who’s there the entire time. There wasn’t any locals on the beach trying to sell you something. The local restaurants were great and some are within walking distance. Everything else is a 10-15 minute drive. The townhouse was fantastic! Lots of space inside, comfortable beds and couches. There’s a small backyard for each unit and they’re quite private. It seemed as if we were the only ones sitting outside in the evenings as it was super quiet. Great communication with the hosts who were also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Definitely will be back. My family felt right at home. The apartment is as pictured. It was clean, the fridge had a few beverages, and snacks…which the kids enjoyed. The pool and beach are less than a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The host was amazing! She definitely puts thought into her home and thinks of what guests may need during their stay. If I could give 10 stars this would be the place.

Andre and Heather were amazing! This cute and cozy villa was beautiful and quite pleasant to stay. The process easy super easy from start to finish and I appreciated the timely response if and when I had a question. I would highly recommend your Airbnb to anyone that visits Jamaica. I have been on a wonderful adventure in Jamaica for the last 2 1/2 months exploring the whole country. I keep finding myself back in Little Bay at this wonderful place. It doesn’t absolutely great village to hang out in so much to do so many people to meet. Different bars and restaurants in the area. My husband and I just absolutely love hanging out at the High top bar. Prophet is the coolest Rasta in the neighborhood. Very friendly guy very awesome to talk to will show you his awesome Rasta ways. Make great vegetarian Rasta food.

If you like the beach life style as if you were at home...This is the place for you!!!! Falling asleep to the sound of the waves...and wake up with the incredible view of the crystal blue water!!!!! If you like to cook everything is there...if not almost everything is nearby by walking distance. Moreover the communication with the host is a 5 star rating....The host is really very attentive to make sure that everything is perfect for you to enjoy your stay!!!! Dont hesitate to book this dream place, its 100% worth it!!!!!

➕ Totally worth the cost! If you're looking for quiet and private location with great cost/value ratio - this is it! Great view of the marina and cruise ships, even tiny little beach but "kind of" restricted access. Great kitchen and appliances. More than enough space to comfortably sleep. 2 pools to have fun and relax. ➖ A bit outdated property that needs some updates, like new faucets, door knobs, lights, lamps, etc. Also, unfortunately the only beach available to Freeport residents is on the territory of permanently closed Seawind Beach Club, which is 5 minutes walk away but is very tiny and requires check-in and check-out by the guards. Not fun at all. So either stay near beaches or make sure you're aware of this nuance. Overall we were happy to stay here, since we've rented a car and moved around a lot. Highly recommended place to stay 👌🏻

This was our second time here and many more to come. Absolute paradise for people like us who stay away from resorts and pushy tourism. It’s away from the hustling and bustling of Negril, tucked in a quiet little fisherman town where you get to meet local families and rastaman. The house is simple, beautiful, and has just enough what you need to have a nurturing retreat. Fanette is the sweetest and coolest lady that will vibe with any vibe, and is very responsive. To us, this is as good as it gets on Airbnb. Superb!
