I had a wonderful stay at Gail’s place. Her staff is warm and welcoming and treat you like family. The location is great arguably one of the best locations on seven Mile Beach. I will definitely return.

We loved Ethan’s place-perfect spot to stay when you visit Negril! When we come back we can only stay there again-right next to the water, lots of places to eat all to, friendly people, good food, music and very peaceful and safe. Wonderful Place!

This was a very grand, authentic Jamaican experience beginning with Jillians excellent communication skills&patience answering all questions. We came with a party of 10 ranging in ages from 6 months to 60 years old. Not even a teenager had a complaint. & when the babies were fussy everyone went above&beyond to help get their needs met as if they were their own children. I have never even visited a hotel or resort that was as clean, comfortable or accommodating as the BNB was for us. Whatever we wanted to do there were no worries or problems doing them, from partying &tourist activities to relaxing$regrouping Food was delicious, from local spots and out on the town but the BEST meals were made at home from the heart. You could taste the love put into each meal. Thank you so much Mama Janette, Jillian, and Jason for making us feel so much at home it was like being a part of your family. And don’t forget to stop at the local bar and tell Big Daddy(the owner) Chastity said Hi

Fantastic view, private quiet beach steps away, well equipped kitchen.

Overall, I was very happy with my stay. Elvis is a great host and did so much for us while we were there. It felt like having our own personal guide & cook the whole time we were there. Elvis gave us recommendations of places to go, cooked authentic food for our whole group twice a day (7 people), and took us around Negril to the beach & supermarket when we needed. Seriously, he's really great and elevated this AirBnb from mediocre to amazing. The accommodations themselves are pretty basic (no hot water, no AC, yes fridge, yes fan), but they're roomy and don't have any glaring problems. The only thing I disliked was the loud bar across the street, but even they were willing to turn off the music at a reasonable hour most nights. Also there are some annoying roosters in the neighborhood that make noise early in the morning, but what can you do. It's still Jamaica haha. You can walk 5 minutes to catch a taxi or have Elvis take you places in Negril.

Beautiful accommodations, well situated to the beach 150 feet! Bar, chairs, umbrella and the vibes were fantastic! The best part for us was having Susan as our housekeeper who cooked authentic Jamaican meals every night and kept our fridge full and facility clean! Fitzroy is the grill master and go to guy for everything else. Never had to leave our sunny home and the service was over the top! Great place and will be back!

I would recommend this place because we needed something on short notice and she responded immediately with options that worked for us. She was also great in communication with whatever you needed or if something was wrong she fixed it as soon as possible instead of just waiting. It does rain a lot and she did warn us which was also nice so we knew when we could do stuff and when we could not. She also allowed us to extend our leave time with no problem and we appreciated it a lot.

Debbie’s place is perfection. The place is well-maintained, the surroundings are peaceful, walkable and beautiful. I look forward to returning!!

WOW! Our group of 10 had the best experience this past week! Richie was the most gracious, helpful, fun caretaker. He showed us around town and took us to some secret gems. Auntie Jo and Runa were fabulous cooks. The porridge is TO DIE FOR! We also had Runa make us an authentic sweet potato pudding for our last meal and we all raved about how delicious it was! The rooms were all very well kept and had comfortable beds. They are separate and it allows for a private feel even amongst a large group. We were able to swim in the ocean on the first 2 days when the water was calm and it was like heaven. We recommend having a drink and playing some skill games at Carl's (a 2 minute walk from the house). There is also a small market right next to that to get any essentials you may need. The locals in the town were all very nice to us and made us feel welcome. Our group will DEFINITELY be back to enjoy the house, Richie and his family, and the awesome town of Little Bay. Thank you!

Really lovely stay. Shekeria was welcoming and helpful. My 6 year old daughter was unfortunately sick for the first few days and she brought ginger tea and made us feel so comfortable. The space was clean and comfortable. The swimming off the rock outcropping was so unique and fun. It’s rootsy in all the right ways. We would not hesitate to come back again. Thank you !!

We arrived a few minutes ago at home in Germany and we are full of exciting and heartily impressions! We went to Jamaica to meet my son and his friend during their work-and-travel in central america for Christmas. At least were 8 people. The communication with Karen was fast, professional and heartily from beginning. She organised our privat shuttle with the perfect driver and cold drinks. We arrived in Negril and felt home from the first moment. The stores were almost closed for Christmas, but she filled up the freezer for us, we had nice snacks and local food, a perfect breakfast and delicious Christmas-dinner. Always not intrusive but opend for us. She had interesting ideas for us for different trips with perfect organisation. I think, she knows everybody here. We talked to other tourists from the hotels and now we know, it was definitely the best choice for us to book tropical breeze. Fresh food and legume directly down the street, we had seen real Negril! It‘s in our hearts…

Our stay at Spring Mountain Villa was the most unique and nourishing experiences we’ve ever had through Airbnb. The location was simple, serene and beautiful—nestled in the mountains, with a view of ocean, the occasional goat, and distant music. Surrounded by fruit trees and healing plants, birdsong and a gentle breeze, we were often reluctant to go anywhere else! Marvia was our direct host while we were there. Both she and her husband, Demar were an absolute delight to connect with. We were so moved by their deep care for their community and the tremendous work that they do. We learned so much about the land, the people, the food and the complex and powerful history of Jamaica. CJ and Sheldon were also amazing people we connected with thru Marvia. And Marvia’s cooking is outstanding! We are SO grateful for our time there! We couldn’t recommend this experience enough and we are already envisioning a time when we may return.

I had such a fantastic time staying at this property! This is a well loved and well taken care of place. The home was welcoming, cozy, and absolutely spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space was all well appointed, spacious and absolutely breathtaking! The proximity and location can’t be over emphasized. Look forward to come back endless amount of times. Thank you for absolutely everything.

Our stay at Nathaly’s was serene. Our first night was an adjustment due to a variety of factors, but by the next morning we realized that the few imperfections that we encountered could never overshadow the surroundings. The accommodations were spacious for our family of 3 and everything that we needed was within reach. The resort, beach and pool were fantastic…..something very special and very different from 7 mile beach. The best of both worlds for sure. I would return in a heartbeat. Nathaly was so helpful throughout the process and stay.

Karen is a wonderful host. Very responsive, helpful and generous. The Location was a great place to safely bring our teenagers. It was such a luxury to have a quiet beach and a swimming pool. We enjoyed cooking our own local fish and produce, but also only a short drive to several good dining and live music options. We particularly liked the Westend at sunset. Within the grounds there is a nice little corner store with ice cold drinks. Also a jerk chicken food truck and a fresh produce truck make regular visits if you don’t feel like going anywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

We keep coming back to this place - wonderful complex with its own two beaches and the lovely walking area along the coast. Fantastic for swimming and snorkelling. The condo was spacious, very close to the beach, with two large verandas and a balcony. Nicely decorated in soothing white and blue colours. We cooked our own meals, and the kitchen was fully equipped for that. As this time we spent the full 8 days, it was great to have the washing machine take care of the clothes and beach towels.

Windy & Carl are absolutely amazing hosts! They were literally a text or phone call away if you needed anything. Windy was very understanding with the flight situation I was having issues with. Carl made us feel right at home and explained every part of the home in detail. The home was beautiful and made my birthday so special. Thank you Windy & Carl 💕 looking forward to staying with you both again soon!

Sehr schönes Haus. Unglaublich toller Pavillon an der Klippe. Super Aussicht. Alles sehr ruhig und sicher zu der Zeit als wir da waren. Toller Strand und schöner Pool. Die Gastgeberin hat sich beim Check-In um uns sehr gekümmert. Vielen Dank dafür.

A great house in an incredible community!

We felt very comfortable at Errol's villa from the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by AnnMarie. The home definitely delivers on the beautiful views promised and it was shiny clean, uncluttered and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need including good quality cookware, dishware, glasses, cutlery and knives, as well as a nice selection of spices. There are wonderful outdoor spaces - including the private gazebo which is great for morning coffee and for those incredible sunsets! In the afternoon, the backyard provided some nice shade to lounge in. The community was safe and everyone, from security guards to other residents, was friendly. It was a 10-12 minute walk, including about 5 minutes through the jungle trail, to get to the start of Bloody Bay beach. Both Errol and AnnMarie were responsive and easy to communicate with. Great recommendations for a local driver (Nie) and a massage therapist who came to the Villa (Moya). Highly recommend Errol's villa.
