The location was perfect, with easy access to grocery shopping at my favorite supermarket, Cherry’s Supermarket. I especially appreciated the massage services, and airport transfer. Although my family and I travelled to different parishes each day during our stay, I strongly recommend using the local amenities listed in the manual for this property. We absolutely loved our stay in Jamaica. You should absolutely stay here. The house is in an amazing location with stunning views and an oasis-style backyard. The house is large and great for couples; each bedroom has an en suite so privacy is no problem. The outside area is amazing with a gorgeous infinity edge pool and tons of lounge chairs for relaxation with umbrellas and shady spaces. The house and spaces are super clean, and it’s obviously carefully maintained. The entire team needs a shoutout: Our driver, Mr Baker, had great recommendations and was always cheerfully available. The cook, Amera, delivered amazingly delicious authentic Jamaican meals! And finally, the housekeeper Nisha was attentive but also careful not to be intrusive. Truly, they have a spectacular team ready to pamper you and help you find fun activities! Also, Ralph was always responsive when providing checkin information and when asked questions. A big THANK YOU for an awesome vacation!

Community complex is beautiful , clean, top notch security and quiet . Only cons I had was you will need a vehicle to get around . They do not have grocery stores or restaurants near by or in walking distance. We chose this location because 1 of the neighbors is a friend of the family and has a vehicle to transport us if needed.

I don't even know where to start if I'm being honest. Deana was so proactive and communication was so exceptional. She checked in on us during our travel to the listing, she checked that everything was ok and up to scratch. Next day after check-in she ensured everything was working we had no issues and wasn't in need of anything. The place was spotless and exactly as described. The kids loved the place. Overall experience was just 10 out of 10. Not only because of the place but the hospitality and the small touches of thoughtfulness. The lady who checked us in and checked us out she was so amazing too. All I can say is this place isn't to be skipped. If you're reading this review and thinking about staying here and you know you've got respect for the space being offered just go ahead and book this you won't have any issues as long as you're respectful of the property and the hard working team. I'll definitely be going back with my family.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at [Property Name] in Jamaica. While it's located approximately a 40-minute drive from Montego Bay, its tranquil setting more than compensates for the distance. The property's immediate proximity to the beach, coupled with the peaceful atmosphere of the surrounding neighborhood, creates a truly relaxing environment. It's important to note that the area is very quiet and therefore not ideally suited for large gatherings or boisterous celebrations. I highly recommend this location for those seeking a serene and peaceful Jamaican getaway.

Felt right at home. The space is modern, new and clean. I had a good night sleep and was totally comfy during my entire stay. Would definitely come again and recommend others coming to Negril area.

This stay is in a fantastic location. Private and just steps away from the beach. If a very back to basics stay if for you then the is the place. No AC and the fan is a little small, could really do with a decent fan. Also no easy access to water and would really benefit from An outside grill to cook basically. This isn’t gripe. Still would 100% recommend this stay and would happily stay again

Great stay! Just a 5 min walk down the hill to nearby Marcella pizza, also other lunch & coffee restaurants to enjoy eating while overlooking the ocean. We loved that grocery delivery was available. Everyone was kind and so helpful, washer/dryer aft 10 days was great! It was great having staff on site for towel exchange and small things. Dalton was available as the perfect driver and just a call away.

We loved our stay in West End! Dwayne was an awesome on site host - always available to answer questions and give recommendations. This location was very private and a short walking distance to great food and attractions in West End. It was just a short drive or about a 45 minute walk to the Seven Mile Beach in Negril. I had a wonderful stay here with my family. it was very spacious, clean and just as Caroll has described it on the listing. The listening mentioned coffee as one of the amenities. I informed her there wasn't any in the house and she had the house caretaker run out and get it for us right away. There was some issues with water pressure and hot water but the care taker explained the water was on a pump system. we also found out that we couldn't shower at the same time to have hot water in both showers. It wasn't that big of a deal and understandable when staying on an island. The kitchen was very clean, plenty of towels were provided and the rooms had very comfortable beds. 10/10!

This was our second stay at Big House and we loved it as much as the first time. We chose to walk around this time instead of bringing our bikes and it was really nice to reconnect with people that we usually scoot by. we also found a couple little restaurants in the area that we had passed by for years. Bonus!! As a Rasta friend said "Once you stay in the Westend you don't want to go back to the beach". Wendy and Gummy D were always available if we needed any likkle ting. Counting the days til we get back!

Lovely place Brian was very responsive. The house matched the description and photos, was very neat & organized, had complimentary snacks & drinks 10/10 would book again.

Truly enjoyed staying at the villa. Loved that it was nestled behind the hotel and felt more private and secure. The distance to the beach access was awesome, it was so close. All amenities were as advertised. The showers were hot and the A/C was cranking!! Valeria was very responsive and helpful, the villa was cleaned at no extra charge twice during our 9 days stay and for a small extra charge the cleaner washed our laundry for us. Highly recommend the villa and the area in general.

Daniel was a great host. Communicative and helped us when we needed it. The spot is great. Right across the street front the beach. Powerful AC, very comfy beds, and fast internet, and good shower pressure/hot water. We felt safe and secure. Would recommend his spot to my friends in the future. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

Windy & Carl are absolutely amazing hosts! They were literally a text or phone call away if you needed anything. Windy was very understanding with the flight situation I was having issues with. Carl made us feel right at home and explained every part of the home in detail. The home was beautiful and made my birthday so special. This place raised the vacation bar for us. The view absolutely stunning and the area was peaceful and quiet. The property, with multiple staircases down to oceanic caves, was just an adventure within itself. Waking up with a view of the ocean and cliffs each morning was such a treat. And swimming down at the caves and exploring them was like nothing I had ever done. The property was a huge garden with many unique plants all around it. The area was very walkable but if you didn’t feel like walking you could go out to the street and find 3 taxis within literal seconds haha. The house itself is a work of art. We are outdoors people so we really enjoyed the open air feel and the rustic aspects of the home. If you exclusively like to stay at the Ritz this might not be for you, but if you enjoy the ocean breeze, adventure, and discovering new and fun things at every turn then this spot will be perfect.

The place was a great stay- clean, comfortable, and quiet. It’s a bit off the main road, but if you have a vehicle or access to one then you’ll be just fine. Kereen was detailed in the directions and I had no problems finding the place or checking in. I would recommend!

First I must say thanks to Mr Vinroy and his co-host Miss Kam! They both went above and beyond our expectations! Everything about this place was top tier, from the communation, to meeting our needs with any little thing, we wanted or asked for, they were there and made it happen for us. I loved this place we felt totally safe due to 24/7 security! the location is really calm and peaceful, and so beautiful day and night! the pools were top tier, we actually did a floating basket 🧺 there it was so beautiful! The place was exactly like the picture no false hope I'm telling you the 100% truth!!!! very well kept and clean, best Airbnb in (Reading MoBay) right now.
