As we arrived check in was fast. The security give me a key pod to open the gates and main door to the building(perfect). Didn't have to stop at the gate for the remainder of the time. Now the condo the veiw of the skyline of Montego Bay and the ocean was spectacular. If you're looking for a nice, clean place to stay this is it.

Amanda was amazing I truly appreciate her quick response and attentiveness to everything during my stay with my family. The place was beautiful! I felt secured with the security at the gates they were literally top flight! It was my sister birthday and they decorated it for us I truly appreciate that! I would highly recommend them to anyone for a quick get away. Definitely will book them again my next stay in Jamaica! Thank you!

Patrick was an awesome host, and helped ensure we had a great time! His place was cozy and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. He responded quickly and shared local places to visit, checking in with helpful tips. His apartment was a very short walk to the beach, local supermarkets, and a Digicel for sim cards. If I find myself back in Negril, I’ll be reaching out to Patrick again.

Evan’s place was great. Home was clean and very detailed. He is also a great host whom was easy to communicate with.

Thank you David & Nicole for hosting me. I had everything I needed away from home. Comfortable, clean, modern, beautiful view. Location is perfect, walking distance to shops, bank, great restaurants, super friendly locals. David & Nicole responded within minutes when I had a question which was great. Beautiful location! Very, very secure. All the staff in the building were friendly but professional and made us feel at home and safe. The actual condo was clean and had a great view. Lots of time on the balcony and We used the pool a few times! Thanks for sharing this space in paradise

great stay for rest and relaxation but close enough to local beach and restaurants as well as excursions. very peaceful and quiet. Awesome A/C in bedrooms and it was great to have a washing machine and clothing line outside. I was to pack less by doing laundry every few days. overall satisfied with my experience and value. thank you 😊

Exactly as described. Very relaxing & comfortable, felt like home. Hosts & Caretaker go above and beyond. They quickly responded to any of my inquiries. Very helpful and accommodating. Looking forward to my next visit.

This stay is in a fantastic location. Private and just steps away from the beach. If a very back to basics stay if for you then the is the place. No AC and the fan is a little small, could really do with a decent fan. Also no easy access to water and would really benefit from An outside grill to cook basically. This isn’t gripe. Still would 100% recommend this stay and would happily stay again

I couldn’t believe how beautiful and peaceful this place was. The outdoor space was truly magical. The country club had its own private pool and beach, with a golf cart to get there. Not much to eat in the area but lots of good suggestions in the guest book. Definitely READ THE GUEST BOOK! Which we neglected to do until the last day. It’s a bit of a drive to get to town but Perfect spot if you want peace and quiet and an absolute gorgeous view. I would definitely go back!

Nadine's place was centrally located for my visit. It was clean and accommodating. Based on timing of visit after Beryl there was nothing missing as in electricity,water and Internet which was really good. Host was very reactive and accessible. Property came with cleaning services. She was a pleasure to meet.

We loved our stay in West End! Dwayne was an awesome on site host - always available to answer questions and give recommendations. This location was very private and a short walking distance to great food and attractions in West End. It was just a short drive or about a 45 minute walk to the Seven Mile Beach in Negril. Thanks for hosting us!

I had a wonderful stay here with my family. it was very spacious, clean and just as Caroll has described it on the listing. The listening mentioned coffee as one of the amenities. I informed her there wasn't any in the house and she had the house caretaker run out and get it for us right away. There was some issues with water pressure and hot water but the care taker explained the water was on a pump system. we also found out that we couldn't shower at the same time to have hot water in both showers. It wasn't that big of a deal and understandable when staying on an island. The kitchen was very clean, plenty of towels were provided and the rooms had very comfortable beds. 10/10!

Irie House was wonderful. We travel to Jamaica frequently and are very familiar with the house's location in Little Bay Country Club. The house itself is in one of the most prime locations in the Little Bay Country Club - facing the sea with direct access to the beach from a very well-appointed large deck and terrace. The bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet and peaceful at all times. This location is perfect for those travellers looking for a bit more independence and are comfortable driving and exploring (and taxis are also available). Grocery shopping is relatively close-by as are the restaurants and activities on Seven-Mile Beach and the cliffs beyond "downtown" Negril. The beach and pool at the Country Club are excellent as well, and always uncrowded. All-in-all a great find!

This was our family's third time staying here. The furniture and description matches. it feels homely, but clean and free of clutter. I appreciate the small touches like spices and cooking supplies available. It's only a short walk to the beach and the pool is also directly in the same area. There are a few choice restaurants about a 15min drive out. they also have some that will deliver. I've only had o e small hiccup in all my stays here and there was quick communication to get it resolved. Beautiful community and home.

The apartment was specious and clean also cozy and personal, I ended up leaving my passport at the airbnb and I was called by the host and my passport was kept securely until the following day …overall the stay was beautiful, thanks again…will recommend

This home is beautiful, much better in person aswell the photos do not do this apartment any justice. The welcome drink and snacks are always a lovely suprise so we was happy to find these on arrival. Gabbi was amazing and the house keeper is an absolute darling. The security are very good and kept us feeling safe at all times. The pool areas is perfect. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week away from the cold Wisconsin winter. The beach is beautiful and the people are so lovely The condo is perfect for 2 couples, exactly what we needed. This was our second time staying at the beach club and would not hesitate to book again

Jodie’s place was perfect. Perfect location as it’s walkable to beach and walkable to town where you can easily catch a route taxi or chartered. It is fully loaded with all the things necessary for a comfortable stay if you like to fill the fridge and save some money on eating out. I really loved the attention to detail, really did feel at home. I Will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 !

We enjoyed staying at Felicia’s place at point Village. Her place has all the accommodations and amenities we needed, and Felicia was an extremely responsive hostess. would definitely stay again.

This is a beautifully manicured, gated community. The unit itself felt homely and very clean. Would definitely recommend to others If you need comfort, luxury and privacy and still walkable or short drive to shopping, food, banks, etc.

The place is amazing, so close to the water that you can hear the ocean. Hubert is very communicative and responds very quickly. I really appreciated that. We had some issues with the neighbors being loud and unruly, Hubert did the best he could. He even went further to refund one night stay. With the things being beyond his control on the above issue, it was very nice of him to work with us. The airport transportation was included in the stay which is a nice touch, especially when you visit a new place. The place is amazing, the host (Hubert) is one of the friendliest person you will come across. He is awesome, which makes the stay so much better.
