If you like privacy, peace and quiet, this location has two rooms overlooking the sea and an excellent protected coral reef for experienced snorkelers, a view of the channel and Cebu. If you want Dumaguete nightlife and restaurants, its a 45 to 60 minute drive. A bit tricky to find the red gate the first time, just past the CK gas station going north from San Jose. There are lots of carendarias nearby, and a nice rooftop resto at Wuthering Heights about 5 min drive. Best enjoyed if you have a car, but local transport is cheap/abundant during the day. At this time, the highway north from Dumaguete is under construction in numerous places, and at night, many motorcycles and tricycles drive without lights -- so you really need to pay attention. There are many new fast cars, trucks and buses, but these are often blocked in single lane areas by slow moving motorcycles, tricycles and jeepneys -- so beware -- lots of illegal passing going on... Super nice host and staff.

We were lucky to book Lily's last minute while traveling Cebu and leaving Oslob. Having the separate bedroom and 2 queen beds was a treat after staying at smaller Airbnbs for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids 10&8). Plus, real quilt blankets which isn't common from our experience. The place is tucked away from the main strip, so it is more private and quiet at night. Lily gave us good directions to the house, but the turn is easy to miss, so go slow. There are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Shout out to the Hungry Monkey, Mila's, and Papabo restaurants. Lily also set us up with her friend Junjun, a licensed sardines tour guide for the following morning. It was awesome! He also showed us where to swim on our own later. Lastly, Lily's family has a massage studio below the Airbnb and my husband and I were able to book a massage while the kids watched a movie upstairs. Thanks Lily, for helping make this our favorite part of our trip!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Hosts were really accommodating letting us check in early. Cirila was really helpful during our stay and made sure everything was ok for us. She provided plenty of recommendations. Scooter rental was available which is really handy.

This place is so memorable; this was our first ever trip with my sister! This is where I celebrated my 22nd birthday! All of them are approachable. Our tour for Oslob whale shark and sumilon got a problem, but luckily I found Kuya "Tingkoy." I don't know if it's his real name, but I think he is the brother of the owner. He offered us a tour of whale sharks and sumilon and met Kuya Joel! The cost was cheaper than the tour! They also recommend going to Tingco Beach; it's like a 30-minute ride from the accommodation, and it's worth it! The beach was so amazing! This place and people are recommended when you go to Oslob! Honestly, 5 days is not enough for me! I will definitely go back to Cebu again! 😁

Charlie is a great, welcoming host. Answered all my questions and gave some useful advices. The room is exactly as I expected. Very clean (cleaned every day). Comfortable bed, room has everything you need. The house is located in a closed area, which is good, as it eliminates additional noise. All the key points of Moalboal are literally a few steps away. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Our stay was amazing! The host was so warm and welcoming, like a long-lost auntie. The house is well-maintained, clean, and has everything we needed. We loved the fully functioning kitchen and the fact that the whole house was air-conditioned, making our stay extra comfortable. A bonus was the host’s nearby restaurant, which serves delicious seafood and sugba dishes—perfect for enjoying fresh local flavors. The location is a major plus! It’s close to the beachside for morning walks or sunset views. Getting around was easy with tricycles or Grab, and Mohon, one of Iloilo’s major bus terminals, is nearby, making city exploration convenient. With great hospitality, a cozy home, and easy access to good food and transport, this place truly felt like a home away from home. We’d love to stay here again!

Lady's home was cozy and beautiful. There is "Lovers Nest" and "Apartment" on the second floor and Lady's home on the first floor. The gardens are very well designed and maintained. The pool in the yard was small but nice. It was a bit of a walk to Panaksama Beach. This makes for a quiet and relaxing stay at the property. There is a small shop right next to the entrance where you can buy drinks and other things. They take a deposit on bottled drinks, which the owner says is for recycling the bottles.

I had a wonderful stay here. The apartment overlooks the sea and was very comfortable. Reliable wifi, kitchenette, aircon, comfortable bed. Only cold water shower, but can heat water for a bucket wash. Great balcony , can feel the sea-spray it's so close. Not much going on in Dumanjug, and the local beach is a garbage dump. But Moalboal and some lovely, white sand, tourist beaches are only a short bus ride away. After a little communication hiccup after booking, the hosts proved to be most helpful, hospitable, and kind. There is a lot of noise from the neighbors music system and dogs. Not the hosts fault and not a reason not to stay here. Just remember quality ear-plugs. Overall, a very nice apartment, in an unusual area. Live like a local, and enjoy. Highly recommended.

We had such a great time here, the pictures don't even do justice how beautiful the area and the property really is! Paul was very helpful with giving tips and making sure everything was fine during our stay, and Gloria and Johnny were just amazing and such sweethearts helping us with everything we needed. We did island hopping, went to nearby beaches, town central and mango plantation with tricycle and participated in karaoke party with locals. What a great experience and would love to visit again! One thing that I'd do differently next time is to get breakfast items and snacks with us beforehand before arriving to the accommodation, as the location is quite remote! But Gloria helped and cooked for us when we arrived so we didn't get empty stomachs :)

Have a nice yard. The location is not too central, and the road at the door is not very good. One of the toilets is outdoor and inconvenient (privacy)，The rest can only be said to be perfect! The price is right at the same time! Of course, the only drawback may be that the landlord's reply is relatively slow! Make preparation time in advance. I don't think this is a problem!

One of the best views from top of the hill to the sea and jungle. Huge personal pool with nice depth and width, which is cleaned twice a day. Solid appliances inside, including multiple ACs, TV, huge side-by-side fridge, etc. The only downside is some repair works done in neighboring villas in a very lazy manner (but still a bit noizy), which could take ages to complete. Despite that hosts are very welcoming, special thanks for fruits and late check-in possibility! Highly recommended if you can find it available ))

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Kleiner abgelegener Strand vor der Haustür (mit Schildkröten, Achtung aber viele Treppen zu gehen), Tumalog Falls und Waleshark Area sehr nah und auch mit einem kleinen Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Ansonsten fahren auch Busse direkt vor der Tür, mit denen man überall hingelangt. Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen dafür sehr privat. Der Host war zudem sehr nett und hat und mit der Buchung unserer Touren toll geholfen! Danke dafür! Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

We didn't spend much time in the room as We booked 2 rooms and me and my friend hang-out in her room but this unit is what you can call "premium".It has everything you could have needed and I wish I had time to cook as the kitchen was well equiped. Will definitely book this room for future staycations

Amazing place in Oslob. Maria was very accommodating. The house is perfect for a group of friend travelling together. Private swimming pool and the view is gorgeous. We will be back…

Stayed at Rosemarie’s place for 3nights,Place is okay very accessible,walking distance to the mall,Only one thing is our Issued during our entire stay toilet was flooded daily,My sister and I we used mop to clear daily water,we are shocked when we arrived , I messaged the host and she is very friendly responsive. We recommend Ms Rosemarie Place.

Basic but that’s all we were looking for. Internet worked awesome! Would recommend:)
