From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

The house is spacious and well-maintained, ideal for families or groups. One of its highlights is the opportunity to see sea turtles during high tide. The host is also very responsive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. A fantastic choice for a stay in southern Cebu! 👏🏽

House is clean and safe. Owner is very nice, my siblings were able to visit me during dinner time and stays until almost midnight, I felt comfortable and safe every time they leave the place. My daughter and son arrived 3:30 am, the guard made sure they came to our place safely. The guards are really nice. If I’ll visit Bacolod in the future again, I would like to stay at Tricia’s house again.

We recently stayed at Puesta del Sol and it was truly a memorable experience. The location is breathtaking, perfectly capturing the essence of a serene getaway. Our room had a fantastic view of the sunset, just as promised, which we enjoyed from our private balcony each evening. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and the range of activities offered, which added so much value to our stay. We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend Puesta del Sol for anyone looking for a special place to unwind and enjoy nature’s beauty.

Very clean. Caretaker is very attentive and helpful. Pool is outstanding. Very nice space with a million dollar view.

Great place in a gated community! Great area and was very peaceful! Would stay here again.

Check In: They were kind enough to let us check in early with no additional charge and we were lucky too since there’s no guests before us. Best to ask the host politely first if early check in is possible. Communication: Very responsive and helpful. Quickly replies to inquiries and concerns. Very friendly indeed and approachable. Location: Tricky to find if it’s your first time inside Lumina Homes but once you found it, it’s easy to get to upon entering the gate of Lumina Homes. Lots of stores nearby and in every block. Amenities: Considering that the place is new, it still has rooms for improvement in the long run. Take note that the home doesn’t have WiFi yet and data signal is unstable inside the house at times (not always tho). It does have the basics (Essentials for bathing, bed, electric fan, water dispenser, AC, kitchen utensils) and that was enough for us. Cleanliness: Again, given the fact that the home is still new, there were still ongoing improvements.

Four times in a row we booked the place. Overall, it is highly recommended. Ms. Angela our host are very easy to deal with, especially if you have request. Still we will book the same place everytime we visit Bacolod.😇🥰🤩

Great location away from the busier streets in panagsama. still walkable to most of the restaurants. place is as described. we managed to rent the scooter for 400 pesos for 24h which is just parked right at the accommodation and fuel station is down the road. so very convenient. hosts are really friendly and approachable. they were really nice and provided a change in towels on the third day upon request. Would definitely recommend this airbnb if u are heading to moalboal and prefer a quieter location.

My family gives this accommodation a seal of approval! The exterior is deceivingly small, but the interior is well laid out, bright and spacious. The beds are firm and linens are high quality. Kitchen is well-equipped for home cooked meals. Our host and co-host are pro-active and always in communication for our inquiries.

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

We had a wonderful stay at Shemuel Transient Homes! The place was spacious, with big rooms and clean bathrooms, making it perfect for our group of 15. The house was well-equipped with cleaning and cooking materials, which made our stay even more convenient. Everything was well-maintained, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others!

We had a very comfortable stay in the place. The rooms were big and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. The place was peaceful and was very close to the commercial center which made access to groceries, shops, and restaurants very convenient. I would like to commend Ate Dyna also. As a caretaker of the house, she was very warm and welcoming. 10 out of 5 stars for this place.

We felt safe and peaceful in the house and in the neighborhood area, had clean and much ample space, and most importantly, the hosts were very understanding of our needs and responsive throughout our stay. True to its name, it truly is a cozy attic. I had a great stay and the owners are warm, friendly and helpful. The property is also situated in a quiet and peaceful subdivision but is not difficult to locate. Thank you to Ms. Angel and Tita Christine!

Beautiful place inside and outside. Private territory, spacious house and well maintained. They offer a bigger size like new scooter for a good price. The caretaker, Wilma, takes good care of the place and will assist you if you need something. Will recommend!

This is a very nice place to stay. If you are in town, I would suggest it you do have to travel a little to get into town, but it’s well worth it.

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

Location itself was perfect for what we wanted. 7/11 a minute or two away in case we need some water, etc. The Supermart is across the street as well as Coffee Break for some fresh coffee in the morning. Someone is always there to help with parking inside the compound (except at night of course). Festive Mall was 6-7 minute walk. The place was mainly used to rest after some day and night activities out and about. Perfect for our plans.
