Had a great stay! While the location is a bit outside the city center, it's still convenient with small convenience stores nearby and a transportation option provided by the hosts that made getting around easy. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating, which made the stay even better. Overall, a great value for the price—would definitely book again!

Kuya Bam, the caretaker, was very very helpful and nice. He was always assisting us in everything, he even helped us get rides to stores and back.

My family gives this accommodation a seal of approval! The exterior is deceivingly small, but the interior is well laid out, bright and spacious. The beds are firm and linens are high quality. Kitchen is well-equipped for home cooked meals. Our host and co-host are pro-active and always in communication for our inquiries.

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

The place was very nice, my family liked it because they were comfortable and felt just like at home. Everything stated on the description of the place, the pictures from the inside and the outside of the house are all accurate. Great time when you are with your family. We checked in a little bit late in the afternoon but I already informed the host about it. She was able to respond quickly and very helpful before and after our stay. Also the caretaker of the place was very nice and very much helpful to us. She immediately showed and informed me everything about the house, rooms, bathrooms (etc.). She was very nice. We had a great, comfortable and relaxing stay at this place, very much recommended guys! Looking forward to coming back again soon and I would chose this place when I wanna go back to southern part of Cebu. 😊

Amazing and Awesome to say the least. Last month we did a review, this month will do another one and will keep doing so and will love doing so all the time. The place, the great people and the service keeps getting better and better, "par excellence" may be an understatement. Will be coming back again to stay in this lovely sanctuary this month. Very responsive host. Flexible check-in and check-out. Room is very clean. Restaurants and convenience store is just near the accomodation. Highly recommended if you have a trip in Bacolod.

It's very cozyyyy! And has a lot of useful stuff. It's very clean. Has fast wifi, hot and cold shower, and a good air conditioned room.

Host is very accommodating. Check in is flexible. We even enjoyed the swimming pool of the clubhouse. Thank you!

Title: Excellent Stay at Jenia's Condo! I recently stayed at Jenia’s condo and had a wonderful experience. The space was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it very inviting. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the unit. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. It was great to have everything within reach while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Jenia was an exceptional host. Glad to find a place where we can bond with families while in Bacolod. The place can accommodate up to 12 persons. My nephews and nieces enjoyed the night swimming at the community pool in the subdivision. We enjoyed our stay this house❤️😊

very accommodating and responsive

As an American we tend to have different living standards as to Philippines. Ellyn went out of her way to pick us up late at the airport (11 pm) and give us a ride to house. The place was as described and pictured. A nice cozy place for 23 days. The road in gets a little muddy when it rains. I had no problems here. Internet was good. Ellyn was always responsive to me and gave me a ride back when my stay was over. This is a nice house and has AC in the bedrooms. It was worth the money to me and I would stay again.

Manong Ben’s house is very cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed staying in the big house, even though we were having a hard time with water at first but manang Lourdes sent maintenance to get the water pumped fixed. The house has an open space which we love so much. Manong Ben and Manang Lourdes are so friendly and kind. Very close to shopping like SM and lots of little markets for easy meals. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house manong Ben. I will certainly recommend this house to my friends.

The owner is responsive, easy to talk to and so considerate. The place is clean and has nice smell, peaceful neighborhood, near to malls, stores and restaurants. I higly recommend it to those who want to have a place to stay in bacolod.

Fabulous Checks all the boxes and then some. Great apartment. Newly renovated. Hot shower, good WiFi, aircon. Spacious and comfort. Fabulous southern view looking over the sea. Sunrise sunsets. Nice people. Family atmosphere. Well Maintained. Hop skip and a jump to the center of town. Sea wall night life. Great wet market and Prince super market. Right on the main road. Plenty of triks and buses. Bus 20 minute ride to dalaguete beach park beach. Look it up on YouTube. On and on. Don’t miss out!

We booked this place on short notice and loved it! We were staying in a different location in town and the hotel we were at was very loud and uncomfortable so we checked out early and luckily Leah’s place was available! It was perfect. Walkable to restaurants but also in a quiet location. Very clean place, comfy beds, and lovely patio/yard that was a nice place to relax. We felt right at home here! Thank you!
