The condo was perfect for what we were in town for. The location was peaceful inviting. We had a great stay and we look forward to booking it again next year.

We had an amazing stay at Stephane's house in Vegas! From the start, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly prompt with communication. The location is perfect—just 10 minutes from the airport and the Las Vegas Strip, and only 3 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants, all in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The house itself is clean, bright, modern, and very comfortable, with plenty of space for our group of 8, both inside and in the fenced backyard. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and Stephane even replaced a broken appliance with a new instant pot on the first morning of our stay—talk about responsive! He also let us borrow a luggage scale for our departure. We would 100% recommend this house to anyone visiting Vegas and would love to stay here again! Jesse’s spot is absolutely wonderful. The home is beautiful, the layout is really cool and modern and the LED lights throughout give a really neat vibe. The house appears to be in a quiet neighborhood not far from the strip. The master bathroom walk-in shower-tub is top-notch. We traveled with 3 adults and 8 kids under the age of 14. There were ample sleeping areas and blankets and pillows. I think the most outstanding part of our stay is this: we needed a pack-n-play for our 2-year-old traveler and Jesse ordered it and had it to the house before we arrived. The pool was wonderful to look at, however, it was too cold outside for us to go for a swim. Our kids made an attempt, but the air temperature and pool temperature turned a quick dip into a polar plunge. This, by no means, is not a fault of the host! You can’t expect to swim in March when the air temperature is 50 degrees. Thank you, Jesse for a wonderful stay!

Tim was really helpful in guiding us to find the house and his response was prompt every time we had any questions. Stay was really good and it is a 10 min drive to strip which made our lives easier.

Exactly as described! Quiet and convenient. Secure parking garage and laundry on-site (pay per load) was a big plus! Comfortable bed and very clean. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

DJ was very flexible and accommodating. We had a little issue turning the hot tub on due to a brand new system, but he immediately sent someone to check on us and help out. We had a great stay.

Our family absolutely adored this home, and a huge part of that was due to how attentive and friendly our host, Xiao, was throughout our stay. The place was just as described, if not even better! It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities we needed to get started. The modern decor added a lovely touch, making it feel both stylish and welcoming. With a family of 11, we found plenty of space to sleep comfortably, and the house itself is quite spacious, complemented by an incredible backyard that everyone enjoyed. There’s something for everyone to appreciate here, and it’s clear that the host has put a lot of thought into making this a perfect getaway. Plus, the pricing is surprisingly affordable for such a beautiful find. We truly appreciate everything, Xiao, and we can’t recommend this place enough to our friends and family. Excellent house and quiet location. We used this house for a family friendly launch point for Vegas shows and excursions in the desert. Two car garage for your rental or personal car, 15 minutes to the strip, close to airport, grocery store, interstate, etc. Clean, well equipped, thoughtfully laid out, inviting, lots of nice touches. From extra batteries for the garage and TV remotes to plentiful towels, the host knows how to set up travelers. You will not run out of towels or DW detergent. They had laundry detergent, trash bags, coffee, etc. All the things you don’t want to have to pick up when you step off the plane or purchase for a 5 day trip. There was a bag of ice in the freezer, olive oil and vinegar bottles, nice appliances, extra toiletries if you forgot something, etc. We use Air BnB often and this was one of the best. The host was fantastic to work with from beginning to end.

Went for my wedding and had family stay with me a few days. Everything was great. Great safe neighborhood, quiet. Easily accessible. Beds are super comfortable. Pool was not accessible at the time, Barry tried his best to satisfy our needs. Easy to talk to and willing to make it right. Will definitely be back again!
