We had a great trip! We loved the house. It had everything we needed! It was well stocked. All of our questions were quickly answered. The driveway was plowed for us as well. We had a two wheel drive vehicle so this was helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone! Thanks for a great vacation!!

What a unique experience! An old schoolhouse turned home. The windows were breathtaking, the master bathroom was an open layout and huge! There was lots of Elise’s artwork and pottery around. The sun glistening on the pond was beautiful this morning, and it was nice and quiet. There were fresh eggs, cracker jacks, apples, and granola. There’s restaurants nearby, but yet the place is tucked away for the serenity. Will totally return! Thank you Elise!

Majestic location and great place to unplug from distractions and unwind. Peaceful and relaxing amenities, lots of interesting health, spiritual, fitness literature available in this space. The stars were sooooo visible and beautiful. Great sunrise & sunset, cool seeing the lit train go by at night. It is very windy atop this hill, with a great view of the river below. There is also a way down to the riverbed at the base of the driveway, maybe a quarter mile further down. The pictures haven’t been updated since new bed spreads & some rearrangements. There was tea kettle with lots of tea options, spices and seasonings available, meditation room, and the waterfall/jet shower was amazing. Very available and communicative host. Good wifi. There are meditation retreat/activities locally, that we wish to explore on our next trip here. Thank you and enjoy!!

I loved the place, excellent location right in front of the river. They didn't say that we were going to have a doggo visiting us during our stay so it was a very nice surprise. The neighbors were very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Deanie’s place. It was beautiful. It was comfortable. Everything was clean and neat. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds and linens were super comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool, the view and the people! Everyone was just wonderful. I highly recommend!!!!! Also, don’t forget to get on the list for breakfast. We were only there two mornings, but the food was very good and my family is still talking about it. I hope to return there again in the near future.

Beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. The host is responsive, respectful, and reactive to your needs. Worth every penny, and every minute spent to get there.

We've spent over a week at the cabin and couldn't be happier with our decision. The whole property is truly private and serene. If you're looking for an escape to nature this is the place to choose. We loved sitting on the front porch and listen to the birds, walking the paths and sitting by the waterfall. There was also plenty of wildlife to see. Besides all that, the cabin has all the modern conveniences. A wonderful place.

This was such a peaceful place. Our favorite spot was the screened in patio on the porch swing in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a drink. It was the perfect spot for a couple of days of respite. The only feedback I have is for tall folks to be aware that it is a loft! My husband and I are tall (5'9" and 6'4") so the loft felt a bit tight at times, but the bed was super comfortable and we adjusted pretty quickly. Its such a cozy, quiet spot for a solo traveller or a couple. The owners are amazing communicators if you have any issues, as we had a few questions when we were there, and were extremely helpful and responsive!

We spent a few days after Christmas with our extended family here, 7 total people. Lots of space to spread out and it never felt crowded. Three full bathrooms was great. The walk down to the river is steep, both down and up, and might be tough for some people as well as many steps within the house. This was not an issue for us at all, but wanted to make others aware. We had a great time at the property and local breweries. Don’t miss the meadery that does honey flights! Mary Stuart was awesome to plan with- most helpful host ever. Thanks for these special Christmas memories! Only thing missing was snow.
