This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Angela is a great host and Nelson is a great city. I won’t hesitate to stay again if the opportunity arises.

What a lovely little spot. Less than a 5 minute walk from the beach, with lots of local restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The apartment itself was a good size and was stocked with everything we needed while we settled in. We would have happily stayed longer if we could.

Such responsive and welcoming hosts and the place is fantastic. We loved the industrial funk vibe and being so close to everyting in the city. I definitely recommend this and would stay there again in future.

I would highly recommend staying with Joanne and David. Lovely people who greeted me when I arrived. Very modern well appointed apartment with plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal. I look forward to staying with them again.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places all around the world, but this place outshines all of them. The views are absolutely beautiful. The host has thought of every single possible thing you could ever need. I wish there was a stronger word to use than well equipped. Maybe perfectly equipped? I wish we could’ve stayed longer and if I was ever in the area again, I would definitely stay there. I would say don’t bother looking for any place else. Just book this beautiful home. You can occasionally hear people walking on the floor above you, but it was barely noticeable and rarely happened. It is extremely spacious. I mean extremely spacious. It’s huge. The host left snacks, fresh fruit, champagne was chilling on arrival. Outside space was absolutely beautiful. Comfortable furnishings on the deck. I could go on and on.

Mes parents ont passé un agréable séjour dans ce beau logement offrant une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le logement est propre et confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Ils ont apprécié siroter leur vin blanc à chaque happy hour en profitant de cette vue. Cuisine équipée, parking à l’extérieur, restaurants accessibles à pied… Super ! Je recommande ce logement. I had a very pleasant stay at Sally’s place in Nelson. It was quite spacious, rooms were bigger than they appeared in the pictures, could have accommodated more than just myself. Nicely decorated with a restful ambience, clean with well equipped kitchen, large bathroom where washing machine was located. Quiet at night with plenty of privacy. I liked that central Nelson with restaurants and shops was an enjoyable 1 km walk away. Sally had good recs for dinners, “Fish Stop” on Alton street a very affordable hit!

Great location and good dining nearby. Uber to town was about $12 for four. Bus about the same with drop off nearby.

Overall- very charming cottage with a lot of unique character! Pros: - dedicated parking in the driveway and easy street parking in neighborhood - one of the prettiest neighborhoods we've been to in NZ - lots of space for four people - fantastic use of outdoor space - loved the outdoor tub and dining area - SO MANY PLANTS both inside and outside, and fresh herbs! - comfy beds/linens - really enjoyed the book with the house's history and pictures - walkable- a few shops 5 minutes away and easy walk to the downtown - provided two physical keys which made it easy for our group to split up - you can tell that the owner poured a lot of love into this property Cons: - lots of antique wood furniture, so we were a little worried about messing something up or leaving water marks in places

Elaine’s place is a clean and comfortable place to stay. Nice views over the city and ocean. Filled with interesting artwork and had everything we needed. The proximity to town meant everything was in easy reach. Elaine was responsive and friendly, we had a great time.

A very comfortable home, Megan is a very accomodating Host and will answer any questions you have and ensures you are settled and Happy. We were very impressed and had a relaxing comfortable stay, we even had a Christmas Gift left for us in the Fridge, which we enjoyed. Very Happy and grateful to have stayed, Fabulous Host, A+++

Very comfortable and tidy home, hosts put the fire on before arriving which was great. Impressive views and large home.

This place had everything as listed - place was even more spacious and inviting than the photos show! Super friendly and responsive host, spotless place with plenty of room for a group booking. Went down with my family for a wedding and would stay again in a heart beat!! The morning views with your coffee in hand were a highlight!

A lovely,spacious home in a quiet residential area in the valley near stoke. Close to grocery stores, swimming pool and local walking trails. We stayed for 2 weeks and had everything we needed. I loved all the plants …indoor and out!

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Spacious and clean with floor to ceiling windows and great views. Only concern was the lack of air conditioning. We were there during a period of beautiful weather in the high 70s and the house was uncomfortably hot in the late afternoon and evening. Fans are provided in the bedrooms which helped at night. Otherwise the house and location were perfect for our family of three adults.
