Lovely villa, clean with great facilities and fabulous pool, close to the beach which had lots of activities available.. paddle boarding, banana boat, jet skis & diving school. Great restaurants within walking distance, especially likedThe Bay tree .. great food/drink and friendly hosts and a shop with all the necessities.. loved our stay. Thank you ☺️

We spent a lovely 3 days - the villa was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed. We all loved the pool and the closeness to coral bay. The hosts were extremely responsive, my children left a gaming device in the villa and they went out of their way to make sure it was returned to us which is much appreciated !

I don’t have a few words to say, I have hours to say this is one of the best places to stay. If you want traditional, this is the place to go. It’s like going back to Nans house. It’s is a frozen in time family home, with family photos and family history still around for you to enjoy. It only takes 1/2 a day before you feel at home. Hundreds of blankets to snuggle up in, especially on the cooler winter nights. The garden is fantastic (although the pool a little chilly). You don’t see or hear any neighbours.. the pool guy drops in Tuesdays and Friday, and Natasa’s wonderful mum comes and cleans the garden once a week. She picks the ripe fruit and insists you enjoy it! You will need a car if you stay here, but then you get to go out and adventure. The local letymbou Tavern is amazing and they are lovely. There is more here than at the edge of Paphos, as our friends found out. WiFi brilliant , phone signal brilliant. Previous guests left toiletries and beer in the fridge. Amazing place. X

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotless and clearly well-maintained, showing the host’s great attention to detail. The parking spot right next to the house was super convenient, and the entire area was wonderfully quiet. The outdoor space is impressive—perfect for a BBQ with everything you need, and the pool area is amazing. The views are great, and it feels completely private. Savvas, the host, was incredibly thoughtful, super friendly, and provided very clear instructions, making the stay even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

Christophe is a great host! He asked us in advance if we had any additional requests, and since we were planning to stream movies, he upgraded the internet connextion. He also provided a detailed guide to the house. There were a lot of useful utensils and supplies for a washing mashine and dishwasher. On New Year's Eve, Christophe also helped us with an electrical problem, which we quickly solved together. Overall, the villa was very nice, equipped with every imaginable kitchen tool, barbecue and gas fireplace. We were happy with our stay in Cyprus thanks to the substantial contribution of Christophe and his villa!

Pobyt w tym miejscu to była czysta przyjemność! Przede wszystkim – kontakt z właścicielem zasługuje na najwyższe noty. Bardzo miły, pomocny i zaangażowany. Wskazówki dotyczące dojazdu i zameldowania były niezwykle dokładne i przejrzyste, dzięki czemu wszystko przebiegło bez najmniejszych problemów. Sam dom zrobił na nas ogromne wrażenie – jest dosłownie wszystko, czego można potrzebować. Nawet jeśli o czymś zapomnisz, to tu z pewnością to znajdziesz. Ogromny plus za dostępne przejściówki do cypryjskich gniazdek, turystyczną lodówkę z plastikowymi kieliszkami i wkładami chłodzącymi – idealne rozwiązanie na plażę! Lokalizacja bardzo spokojna, na wzniesieniu – idealna na odpoczynek. Do miasteczka i plaży można dojść spacerem w około 20 minut. Na dole znajdziesz sklepy, restauracje i dużą, przyjemną plażę. Wow, Luca's place is amazing. This is a pricier place to stay but the heated private pool alone was worth the cost. It is a salt system pool, no sun cream allowed, come prepared with coverups. You will need a car to get around but Paphos airport is close. We rented with Sixit, v easy pick up/drop off. The property is part of an apartment block, a corner ground floor apartment with a very large outdoor living area. The pool area is just beautiful. The house has 3 bedrooms, the master has a huge bed (quite firm) with an ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms are twins on the opposite side of the house, with a small, slightly snug but very functional shower room in between. The kitchen was well equipped, as a late night arrival we had no access to food but the highly overpriced resort supermarket did open at 7am. There are other supermarkets within 10-15 mins drive and much cheaper. We did a cheese tasting, visited Paphos & Mount Olympos, Aphrodite rock at sunset, Kourion Beach was stunning.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern dort. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber perfekt gestaltet. Für uns war es besonders gut, dass eine Waschmaschine, Gewürze in der Küche und eine Vielzahl an Handtüchern vorhanden waren. Die Kommunikation mit Sev war einzigartig und er hat uns viele Dinge empfohlen. Tipp: Von der Wohnung gelangt man innerhalb von ca. 30 Minuten zu einer Vielzahl an schönen Orten, wobei uns die Avakas-Schlucht am besten gefallen hat. Fazit: Ich war in diversen Ländern und vielen Airbnbs. Dies hier war mit Abstand die am besten organisierte Wohnung von allen.

We wanted to enjoy two weeks of winter sunshine in Cyprus, Pissouri Bay looked ideal and Georgios' villa perfect for the two of us. The photos represent the place accurately and we were not disappointed. A real bonus was having Georgios as our host; he was there to meet us in Pissouri. He showed us the villa and gave information we needed. We were also grateful for the generous food treats left for us - true hospitality thank you ! The facilities are great for self catering and relaxation. Two comfy sofas and TV with Netflix; outside there's a private garden where we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts in the sunshine. The place is just across the road from the 'Bay Cafe' and 'Vine' tavern (excellent); also a nearby handy mini-market. Pissouri Beach is a short, easy walk away; we paddled and swam. There are also some good walking routes up over the cliffs. In summary this is a welcoming place to be, we enjoyed our stay and want to return. Finally thanks again Georgios for rescuing my coat!

Breath taking view. Sun sets right in front of the swimming pool. Close to populated area yet still feels secluded. Perfect place to spend summers with family, has space for multiple people. Love, love, LOVE.

I would highly recommend Bodil Lemon tree house. It’s perfectly located in a quiet residential part of Pissouri and is very well equipped. The use of the car was an added bonus and much appreciated. To see Cyprus in the spring time was such a pleasure. It was so green and beautiful wild flowers and deserted beaches. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Une très belle expérience. La maison et son jardin sont de très belle qualité. La maison correspond aux photos. la literie est confortable. C'est une magnifique maison avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un merveilleux séjour. le plus avec le jacuzzi et la piscine. tout est très propre. Merci à Demi qui est à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Grâce à vous notre séjour c'est très bien passé.

Maison très pratique pour un séjour en famille. Le nombre de salles d’eau et de toilettes étaient très appréciable. La proximité avec la plage était idéale, on y allait le matin, on rentrait pour manger et retour l’après-midi. Nous nous rendions au centre ville à pied, ce qui était très pratique. Ekaterina a été une hôte très à l’écoute et très réactive. Le seul bémol a été le montant de l’électricité que nous avons trouvé un peu élevé, 235 euros pour 15 jours, seulement une chambre sur les 6 a utilisé la climatisation. Sinon tout était très bien.

Ligesom alle de andre gæster, som har været hos Margarita, kan vi fuldt ud tilslutte os alle de positive ord. Billederne i opslaget lyver ikke - der ER så flot en udsigt både fra terrassen og poolområdet. Vi havde 14 dages ophold, hvilket betød, at vi kunne veksle mellem stille og rolige dage i solen ved poolen og bil/vandre- og cykelture i det smukke Sydvestcypern med både strande og bjerge. Margaritas bolig er et perfekt udgangspunkt for (ret anstrengende) cykelture i de nærliggende bjerge. Der er rigtig mange gode kroge med siddemuligheder, så man altid kan finde et sted med enten sol eller skygge. På denne årstid (slut oktober/start november) er poolen ret kold, så det var begrænset, hvor meget vi var i vandet, men der er virkelig dejligt - og med masser af læ - hvis man vil læse en bog eller hygge sig på anden vis i poolområdet. Margarita er en fremragende vært - hele tiden opmærksom, men aldrig påtrængende. Alt i alt en STOR anbefaling herfra!

Endroit calme et reposant avec une vue magnifique. La grande piscine, rien que pour vous, est bien adaptée aux petits et aux grands. Pambos est un hôte très réactif. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Великолепный дом с великолепными хозяевами ! Провели в этом замечательном месте 4 дня и не хотели уезжать. В доме есть все для комфортного проживания, приготовления еды, и даже больше ! В деревне есть несколько хороших таверн, до моря на машине 10 минут, а тропы для пеших прогулок доступны прямо из деревни. В деревне есть два магазина, где можно купить товары первой необходимости ( воду, алкоголь и местное вино, масло, хлеб, закуски, оливки, колбасы, овощи, батарейки, и пр) Из дома открывается потрясающий вид на море и горы. Хозяева на связи, отвечали на вопросы, и готовы помочь при необходимости !

It was a spacious lovely home. Everything was clean and ready to have us. We had everything we need inside the house. And it was a step far from the supermarket and the main road. The owners are very generous and kind, they even helped us to plan our stay. We will miss them!

Wir haben die Zeit in Kallia‘s Haus in dem kleinen Örtchen Cholou sehr genossen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Die Unterkunft ist exakt wie beschrieben, besonders die Küche empfanden wir als sehr gut ausgestattet, zudem wird man mit einer kleinen Jause im Kühlschrank begrüßt. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geräumig und in einer schönen Lage – ideal zum Entspannen. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend: schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Die Unterkunft in Pachna ist vor allem durch den schönen Essplatz vor dem Haus sehr attraktiv. Man bekommt täglich Besuch der Katzen aus der Nachbarschaft. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die wir aufgrund der Temperaturen gerne genutzt haben. Wer einen etwas leichteren Schlaf hat, sollte wissen, dass sehr früh morgens viele Vögel im Baum vor dem Haus den Morgen begrüßen, was durchaus laut ist. Aber auch romantisch.. Gegen Moskitos sollte man sich ggf. auch Schutz mitbringen. Es gab sehr viele in unserer Reiszeit und es ist kaum möglich ihr Eindringen ins Haus zu vermeiden. Pachna ist ein guter Ort, um die Insel mit dem Auto zu erkunden, da es recht zentral liegt. Es gibt eine gute Taverne und mehrere Kneipen im Ort und zwei kleine Supermärkte. Die Ruhe ist phantastisch, die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und reagierten sehr schnell bei Fragen. Falls man die Waschmaschine nutzen möchte, empfiehlt es sich ein paar Tabs von zu Hause mitzunehmen, dann muss man vor Ort keine besorgen.

Top Unterkunft, nicht günstig, aber fair. der Einrichtungsstil ist einfach gehalten, es ist aber alles da was man braucht. Pool und Terrasse sind mega und definitiv das Highlight der Unterkunft. Küche vollkommen ausreichend. Große Einfahrt für mehrere Autos. Die Bäder und Zimmer machen einen etwas älteren Eindruck, an der ein oder anderen Stelle könnte eine Modernisierung nicht schaden. trotzdem ist alles da was man braucht. sehr zufrieden, die Unterkunft macht einen gepflegten und angenehmen Eindruck.

The house was fully equipped with every amenity we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. It exceeded all of our expectations in terms of both quality and convenience. Very peaceful view. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!
