I love this place! Riwaz was so helpful, he was here to meet me even though I arrived quite late in the evening. He's been a great host the entire time, so easy to communicate with. The space looks exactly like the pictures, the location is beautiful, super close to many temples and great restaurants, everything in walking distance. I loved staying here ✨

I visited Kathmandu for a quick new year vacation and stayed at this apartment for 4 nights. This is honestly an amazing apartment which gives cozy vibes. The host is very welcoming, shared all the necessary details on time and was always available whenever I reached out to her. The apartment was neat and clean, can easily accommodate 4 people as it has got 2 separate bedrooms, a big living room to enjoy group conversations, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils to cook food. This is definitely a great place to stay if you're visiting Kathmandu. I'll surely be staying here again when I visit Kathmandu again.

Beautiful and well-furnished apartment. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything that we needed for our short stay was present in the room. The furnishings were very comfortable and all listed amenities were available. Shazia and Farhan were responsive and were accommodating in terms of early check-in and late check-out. Location was great. A couple of things to note were that there were a few power cuts, which proved to be somewhat uncomfortable and that the room could use sunblock curtains, since it gets very bright quite early in the morning. All in all, we really enjoyed staying here and can see ourselves coming back if we visit Kathmandu again.

Good stay, considerate hosting. Old style hospitality missing in most of South Asia nowadays. Homely and seeped in knowledge culture.

A lovely place for our family of 3. We could go out and explore and enjoyed rooftop garden, hammock, and festive string lights at night. Morning coffee was much appreciated!

Asmita's place has the greatest view of Pokhara from the balcony. We sat there and enjoyed the Pokhara coastline whenever we got a chance, especially at night. Also, we found great comfort in Asmita and her family's hospitality as they are such good people with warm hearts who always greeted us with a smile in their lips. The place had everything we needed, providing great value for it's price. It also has a restaurant downstairs run by the family where you can get delicious local cuisines. We tried the local fish platter and it was great! 100% recommended.

Lovely place, Bishnu, who takes care of the place was very kind and helpful. Well located, just set back from the main road, great view from the balcony and terrace. The only negative is it is quite basically equipped - they could do with a few more day to day things for the apartment (like sponges, tea towels, bin bags etc). Otherwise all was great. Highly recommend!

這是一個很好的住宿體驗，房子太漂亮整潔了，佈置非常有品味，用具也很齊備，很適合多人家庭入住，連嬰兒床也有提供。但因為是太陽能熱水器，很遺憾在冬天的晚上熱水並不足夠4人洗澡，這是唯一的缺點，如果在夏天入住或者習慣白天洗澡的話應該就沒有問題了。

Great place! Very friendly and helpful hosts. They welcomed me and made me feel at home more than any other Airbnb. There is also a good restaurant downstairs with a fire pit in the back. Highly recommended!

Quaint, clean, well lit place in a nice neighbourhood. And Devendra is a fine gentlemen amenable to our requests. I would defo stay here again.

My stay at Silu was wonderful. The space is very cute and the location was great! So many places, restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions were walking distance. Lots to explore and easy to get pretty much anything you need. It's close enough to touristy type of activities but also in a wonderful spot to be a part of the local community. Everyone from Rabi, to Andrei and Maria, to Dipa and the Mulmis, you couldn't ask for nicer, more welcoming people. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely check to see if any of their apartments are available before looking anywhere else.

I ended up staying at the unit above this, but both are comfortable, modern and thoughtfully designed, with amazing views. The building is in a quiet residential neighborhood with everything you need nearby. A great escape from the bustle of Kathmandu. Pratima is a super nice and attentive host, highly recommended.

Had a fantastic stay! The property is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. It’s clean, well-maintained, and has a cozy, welcoming feel. Dolma was a super host—friendly & attentive. Highly recommend!

Girish is super friendly, always available and kind. He helped us plan our day trips and provided responsive instructions and always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is super beautiful and cosy. It’s very close to Patan Durban Square and surrounded with plenty of local food/snacks and grocery stores. We loved Patan and think it was a great idea to stay there rather than in other more touristy areas of the city. We felt welcome and safe as women. We warmly recommend it!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Shristee's place! The apartment was more spacious than I expected, it was clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, it was close to Jhamsikhel, with plenty of lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance. Communication with Shristee and her mom, Jayanti, was very easy. They were incredibly accommodating, promptly addressing any requests or questions we had. Since we stayed for three weeks, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing extra bed sheets, towels, additional kitchen items, and even a small bathtub for my 5-month-old. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. We’d gladly return for another visit!

Bisauni has always been my first choice to stay at kathmandu. Great location and very responsive host and manager.

Le logement est parfait, il ne manque d'aucun équipement et les hôtes sont supers, ils répondu à tous nos besoins (machine à laver, poubelles etc.. pris en charge) et nous ont apporté des fruits tous les jours. Logement plus que recommandé.

My family absolutely loved the place and were impressed by its maintenance and cleanliness. They were able to locate it easily - thanks to Ashin's guidance. Also the recommended restaurants were great too! Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Pokhara with their family. I hope to visit again too!

An absolutely wonderful host, Very soulful, attentive and radiating of love. Always there to help. Raju’s family occupies part of the building- they did their utmost to help and attend to our needs whenever they could. V peaceful, a bit of a walk to Tamel but overall a really nice and friendly area that grew on me during the stay. Extra homey- couldn’t recommend more. 😁

This place is absolutely amazing! It's like a little oasis of calm and luxury right in the heart of Banepa! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a beautiful courtyard, perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea in the sun (bonus: there’s a spare bathroom down there too). Upstairs, the apartment is stunning! There’s a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a dining table. Then, up in the loft, you’ll find a super cozy bedroom with two comfortable beds, plus a chill-out space with a spare bed, perfect for reading, unwinding, yoga session etc. My friend and I were here for research, and we honestly felt like we could have stayed for months. Hands down the best place to stay in Banepa! On top of that, Rashil is an incredible host! He's super attentive, easy to reach, and full of great recommendations. He went out of his way to help us with anything we needed and made sure we were completely comfortable throughout our stay. What a find! Thanks Rashil!

Amazing location right near the Stupa with a wonderful view. That alone is worth the price. Everything was so smooth and easy in the chaos that is Kathmandu. Very quite and tranquil. Will definitely stay here again.

A very clean, modern and spacious apt. Perfect for a mum with a kid, as we were but probably also for a bigger family. Kajun's family took a great care of us. Best recommendations!
