Spent a wonderful March Break on Lac Dam. Skated, hiked and took in some local skiing. The chalet/cottage was perfect! Very spacious, excellent option for two families with kids. The cozy living room was perfect for a fire a movie after a lovely day outside! Dan was a responsive and very helpful host. Would absolutely stay again - thanks Dan!!

This place was amazing. It was so homey and cozy and had lots to do and explore in the area. The house was spacious and clean, with lots of activities to enjoy within. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

One of the most beautiful air BNBs that I have stayed at. Every little detail was perfect and well thought out. Gorgeous property, peaceful and serene. Will be staying again and highly recommended for a weekend away with friends or family.

We had a great time at Andrew’s cottage. The place is lovely and super clean. Andrew’s instructions to reach the cottage were very useful and clear. We spent all the daylight hours in the backyard by the river - what an amazing space - so many different options for just sitting around!! My whole family loved kayaking in the river (current is not strong) - kayaks, paddles and life jackets (even kids size) were provided. Our 5 year old loved the trampoline. Sunsets were spectacular. The cottage itself is super comfortable, very clean, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The living area has a large picture window - perfect to sit by, sip a hot drink and watch the geese on the river when it is still cold to be outside. Overall great stay and would love to come back for a longer duration.

Jane’s cabin was perfect for our family getaway! We enjoyed the view of the water and taking long dog walks in the bush. Sitting in front of the log fire with my coffee was my favourite thing. Jane was very responsive and helpful letting us check in early. We highly recommend Jane’s cabin. We had a fabulous stay.

We spent a week at this cottage in January. The good: -very comfortable beds -very clean -well stocked kitchen where we could do all of our cooking -espresso machine -many different areas to hang out: the living room, the dining room table, the downstairs 'tv area,' the porch -poker table and dart board were fun (downstairs) -beautiful view -porch area was my favourite - unheated but the wood stove warmed it up and made for an amazing place to hang out at night. Could be better: -we didn't need the bunkie, but had we needed it, we would have been unhappy. It smelled AWFUL! I thought an animal had died in the woods when I walked past it. Walking in, we all almost fell over with the stench. Apparently it was recently moved/perhaps plumbing isn't connected (?). Unusable as is currently. -the duvet was too hot! Needed to open the window not to cook as I slept -porch should have a CO detector (wood stove) -record player didn't work Summary: very expensive, but we were very happy!

Andres was very accommodating with my very last minute request to book a one night getaway surprise for my girl friend and I. He was quick to respond and confirm with any questions I had about the kitchen and the beautiful lake front surroundings. The pool table was in pretty decent shape, and would fare or beat out most local pool halls. There was one cue that was in top condition and not warped at all, which allowed me to teach my partner how to play for her first time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to cook a Michelin star meal. We forgot our seasoning and spices, but the loft fortunately had a supply of salt pepper and olive oil. Despite what the description of listing said, we had no issue with accessing hot water, but that may have been a result of lucky timing. With the mentioning of hot water, the hot tub was easy to operate and very quickly came up to temperature and had good lighting with an awesome and romantic view of the lake.

I definitely enjoyed my stay as short as it was, I would absolutely come back and book again !!

Lauren's place was great. A lovely getaway spot for rest and relaxing. The lake view was beautiful where we enjoyed morning coffee, and had a relaxing time away. Clean, and comfortable. We made some lovely memories at your cottage. Thank you!

The location was beautiful and very peaceful, host was accommodating and very friendly/responsive. Lots to do at the cottage to keep you busy for the weekend, would def recommend.

Had an amazing stay! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the place was super peaceful and cozy. Perfect spot to just chill and unwind. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with some incredible scenery. Erica is a great host!

We had a wonderful time soaking in the hot tub and taking the spectacular scenery. The place was spotless, had everything we needed, and the views from the living room, deck, and fire pit were so beautiful we didn’t want to leave. My group of ladies have stayed in a number of wonderful places and this was our favourite so far.

Amazing stay over the weekend surrounded by nature, and hidden among the trees! The cottage was cozy, welcoming and one of the cleanest cottages I have seen! Fresh towels were placed on all of the beds, the beds were comfy, firewood was provided to keep a fire going all weekend long and it was a quiet, peaceful place to relax. Very happy with the location and Danny was always very quick to answer and extremely flexible! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Our 2 families had a FABULOUS time whilst at Paul's lovely home! Plenty of bedrooms and common areas so that we never felt like we were on top of each other, even during a wickid snowstorm. 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 wee ones were never bored - the spacious indoor pool was the clincher for a perfect winter getaway - not to mention hottub and sauna were huge hits as well for the older, tired and aching bodies. The gourmet kitchen was full of technology that made our lives easier. Paul supplied a hutch chock full of games, both video and board - something for everyone. When we had questions, Paul was super responsive and even came down to help us with a few things. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to book with Paul again - no complaints whatsoever!! Thank you for a memorable Family Day long weekend!!

Un séjour d'une semaine très agréable, àquelques minutes de la plage. Josée a été aux petits soins. Le logement était convivial et chaleureux. Belle découverte, la famille était ravie. Nous n'hésitons pas à le recommander. Merci à Josée pour les petites attentions lors de notre arrivée, au grand bonheur des enfants.

Great place to stay! Had everything you could need. We went during winter but will definitely be back during summer.
