I had a fantastic stay at Susan’s place. The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach towels and chairs. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay here! An adorable neighborhood to walk around and close enough to easily walk to beach or anywhere else we would want to be. Zach was a responsive and wonderfully kind host.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location near the ocean was perfect, and the place was spotlessly clean and very cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making cooking easy and enjoyable. A special thanks to the host—very responsive and attentive, always ready to help. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Glenn is a fantastic host. He was very helpful and gave great recommendations. The only negative thing I could say is that the bed is pretty hard. Maybe a mattress topper would be an easy fix. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend staying here. Everything is in walking distance. Hopefully I will get another opportunity to stay here next time I visit! 5 stars!

My first solo trip, and it couldnt have gone any better. Abby was very helpful and responded quickly to answer the questions I had. Not even a 5 min walk to the beach. Just cross the road and you’re there. Place was clean and all new appliances. I would book with Abby again.

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

My sister got married nearby so we stayed at the place for the week. It was amazing from start to finish. Firstly, the beds were so comfortable. Secondly, this place is really private and quiet. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the enclosed porch. This place looks even better in person. Very well maintained and probably one of the nicest houses on the street. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other people.

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

Absolutely perfect! We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the accommodations were very comfortable. Could see beach access from front yard, a 2 minute walk and you’re on the beach! Outside shower was a plus. There was a front porch with sitting area as well as a back yard patio area that was completely fenced in. Perfect location to stay for all the local restaurants. Margaritaville, Salt Life Food Shack, and many others within 8 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again!!

My family and I loved staying at Blake’s place! The house is super cute, very clean, had everything we needed, and is close to the beach. We also loved having access to the bikes; which we used for exploring the neighborhood. And if you have an EV, don’t forgot your charger because you can plug in at the house (the house has a charger outlet right in the driveway). Blake goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. We all agreed, we would like to stay here again on our next trip to Jacksonville.

Great place, very clean and spacious. I loved the balcony. The neighborhood was very quiet and really close to the beach and park. I loved that they had items for the beach such as chairs, beach mats, and balls. I will definitely stay here again, the next time I am in the area. Host were very responsive

Where do I begin! We stayed in Jacksonville Beach for our daughter’s senior spring break. Our Condo was more like a tranquil, peace of home. There were so many extras we only had to bring food and ourselves. Hillary was so responsive, always there if we needed a recommendation for good restaurant or shopping. The condo had everything we needed for the beach. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable beds, so much space, quiet, kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We felt safe, easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Hillary was one of the BEST hosts we have rented from. Thank you for sharing your place with us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

William is an excellent host and was very responsive to our questions before and after the rental. This condo was directly on the beach with great views and a private porch. The beds and bedding were the most comfortable we've had the pleasure of using during an airbnb stay. He provided every item necessary for use in the kitchen. He doesn't skimp on towels, we had more than enough for use in the condo as well as the beach. Very easy access to entering the condo and the beach with our own marked parking space. Our only negative was after a few days the condo directly above us was rented with two small dogs that barked alot. We could hear them at night through our ceiling. The remainder of the stay was very pleasant. Also want to note that in the original listing description it states the shared outdoor pool is heated. It was not : ( I would recommend to others staying here for a nice beach getaway! Thank you William, as we enjoyed our stay very much.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again.
