Amazing spaces indoor and out. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pullout couch. Sleeps 8 adults (willing to share beds) and 4 children (pullout couch and blow up mattress). Plenty of room for cooking, dining, well-equipped kitchen w/ air fryer, 2 coffee makers, crock pot and more. Great location 20 minutes from anything. Walked to stores (1.5 miles each way). Games and puzzles. Great master suite. Takes a few minutes to get hot water to back bathrooms, but be patient, it’s worth it. This could be a repeat for us!

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

Booked this location for a golf team training trip and it was perfect to fit my entire team and provided lots of activities within the Airbnb to do in their downtime that allows great bonding time experiences. Will definitely be booking here again for future training trips if it is available!

Loved our stay. Very peaceful and comfortable. Best sleep I have had in awhile. Had appointments at Mayo. Very close! Great location. Had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time at David’s home. Everything was conveniently labeled and clean. The home is beautiful and located very close to downtown and the beach. David was responsive with any questions or concerns we had and was extremely nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and roomy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, loved the area for a 2 week stay with our dog. I will definitely try booking again next time we visit our daughters. Great communication with the host too! Overall an excellent experience!

Nice area.. short walk to the river and short drive to San Marco’s shops… very clean with comfortable beds.. We had a great stay!

This quickly became one of my favorite AirBnBs that I've ever stayed in. Really spacious and fun! Located in a great neighborhood.

The apartment had everything I needed: the kitchen was fully stocked with items used for cooking, the bath had plenty of towels and soaps, the bed was comfortable and the porch was private and comfy. Mateus and his friend were very kind to help me unload my car, and Mateus also checked me in and gave me information about the rental.

This was a great house to stay at! The beach was only 2 blocks away and a park only 2 blocks away. This house was well stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and beach essentials. Will definitely stay again.

This was such a cute space! Deborah made the most out of a studio area and I was amazed how much was available at the house. It was a short stay for me so I didn't get to enjoy the patio, but the house was very clean and organized. Bottled water/snacks were a nice surprise too.

Had a great time! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed! Very easy to contact Sheila with any questions. If we’re ever back in Jacksonville Beach we will definitely stay again!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at 616 Surf Villas. A well designed villa, beach/ocean view, and all the space needed for an excursion to warm weather. Furniture and furnishings met our needs and the property manager was friendly and helpful.

John was friendly. He responded quickly to any issue we had, and wee had very few. The water pressure was low. I was unhappy with the neighborhood, which was on its way to becoming a slum. But John was the BEST host ever. He always responded almost immediately. It was too cool to use the pool. We were close to our friends and Church. I would rent from him again.

We chose this condo as we wanted to have a view and quick access to the beach. We were not disappointed. The view was beautiful we enjoyed walking to the shops and dining and we slept very comfortably. We will be back!

This condo is an absolute gem and the hosts are simply wonderful. The location is incredible, quiet and peaceful and the unit is very spacious for a 2/2. The small courtyard grass area is such a wonderful area, especially with children. Max and Sara were extremely responsive and literally have everything you could possibly need at this unit. I will only stay here when visiting Jax beach for now on. Thank you Max and Sara for the wonderful trip!

Great location. Bill allowed us to check in 2.5 hours early due to coming in early. A few blocks to the beach and near restaurants, shops, grocery stores. The pool was lovely.  The house was spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 7. Our young son loved the kids room. There was lots of seating, space, and storage. The house had a charming vintage beach house feel and was mostly clean, but could use a deeper cleaning in some areas (dust on some walls, ceiling). The outdoor area could also use some refreshing such as power washing and yard clean up.  Bill was very attentive when there were problems (we had some weather while we were there). He quickly replaced the grill that was not working.  Beds were comfortable and it was a good value. Ian his worker was very nice when he came to clean the pool and install the new grill.

Rami was amazing and one the most enjoyable AirBnBs I have had the pleasure of staying at.
