Great stay, amazing hosts and staff! Definitely coming back

We had a great experience staying at Katie’s loft! Katie was a proactive and responsive host. Her check in instructions were very clear. We decided to take advantage of the paid parking spot, which was very helpful. The loft apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is walkable and convenient to get to New York City and Newark Airport. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. Highly recommend!

Awesome stay! Would definitely come back. Everything was super clean and tidy, and my room looked exactly like the photos (or even better). Also it’s in a great area: 1 block away from SoHo and super close to Chinatown. Also close to West Village, so I had a lot of things to do. Breakfast was great! I’d give it a 10/10, and the price is super accesible!

Luana, was so kind, her communication was great, and the location is amazing on a quiet street in Elizabeth-port NJ. Anytime I had any concerns she went above and beyond to address them. Also the apartment is beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

The people were super nice. We love the location. A lot of nice such as that I wasn’t expecting like a record player, decanter whiskey, glasses, etc..

We had such a wonderful time and the whole process was so smooth. Jannes was so wonderful and so responsive it felt like staying at a friends house! The apartment was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable. Responsive hosts. The building is very nice. Excellent facilities including well-equipped gym and very clean throughout. Professional and friendly staff. The only shortcoming was wifi not working during our stay. This was not a big problem for us but might be if not resolved for the next guest. We notified Greystar on our 2nd day and they were responsive but unable to resolve the issue for whatever reason. I am sure they will resolve, but something to be aware of. Still, I would recommend.

Donovon was a great host! I stayed 3 nights for a music conference and I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay and relax after the day's events. The place was clean, the neighborhood was really cute, and Donovon answered questions quickly. There are plenty of walkable places nearby to grab provisions and good food. lt was a great deal for my needs. Definitely keep in mind how much you need to take for your trip--the stairs are no joke lol. Thankfully I managed. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a very comfortable stay at King’s place in Newark. King was a great host—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. He welcomed us on the first day even though reached very late in the night, gave us a quick tour, and made sure we had everything we needed. When we requested an extra bed, he arranged it promptly. The home was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The cleanest listing I have ever stayed in! This Airbnb was beautiful, squeaky clean, and comfortable. Harris met us to personally check us in and had bottled water ready for our arrival. This listing was quiet, close to public transportation, and had all of the amenities we needed (body wash, shampoo, iron, etc). Every detail was thoughtful and intentional. Harris was extremely proactive during our stay and checked in on our needs to ensure we were having a wonderful stay. We 100% plan to book this listing again! We truly felt at home - thanks, Harris!

My husband and I rented Stephanie's condo for a long weekend to visit family in the area. Location was ideal - close to the beach and to some shops and restaurants. Loved riding the bikes around town - they are new and comfortable. Stephanie was a great host.

Check in was very easy. A few keys but I did like the extra security. Especially in a place I’ve never visited. The air b&b was clean. Lots of local bakery’s within walking distance. Me and my wife enjoyed getting coffee and a pastry every morning before walking to the very close Newark penn station, which was a quick ride into New York. It is a busy area so you will here an occasional car or first responder at night but I would 100% visit again.

We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

Fantastic place lots of room for my brother and I and our families including 3 small children. The place was super child friendly. There was plenty of floor space for pack-n-plays as well as my daughter’s blackout tent. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The bathrooms were clean and great with toddlers. Our only unexpected surprise was the airport noise from planes taking off flying over. This caused minor issues during bedtime due to it continuing to distract the toddlers. But once they noise machines were on all was good. We would use the place again. Silvia was a fantastic host and we enjoyed making use of her home for a one night stay.

Our stay in Newark was great! The space accommodated my large family! The house was beautiful! The game room was amazing! The kids loved the many activities! The house was close to everything we needed! Thanks for again for hosting us!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Natalia's Residence. Everything looked exactly like the photos. There was MORE than enough space for my family. Any concerns we had were fixed immediately. Omar responds EXTREMELY fast. I did not have a hard time getting in contact with him at all. Very accommodating. I would %100 rent here again the next time visiting this area!

Alyson’s and John Anthony’s place is in the heart of Seaside Heights. It is in the perfect location of the Jersey Shore! A quick five minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. A minute walk to many restaurants, shops, and bars. Their place is very spacious and comfortable. Their parking and beach passes made it very convenient. Alyson and John Anthony are very approachable and will answer your questions quickly. I would definitely recommend their place for a fun, relaxing, and enjoyable vacation at the Jersey Shore.
