Me and My Family stayed @ Alex & Vannie's House for a second time and we had a great time again . they are friendly and reliable and took care of us . my daughter always enjoy the pool when we come here . their home is clean and comfortable and the area was quiet if you want to get some relaxing days I'd recommend to stay here .

Perri was a very responsive and accommodating host. The check in process was easy and flexible. The location was quiet and an easy walk to the subway.

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

Beth did a great job of communicating with us —making it easy for me to contact her with any questions. The home was clean and had a great backyard area. My group particularly appreciated the towels, kitchenware, and bikes that were available during our stay. I would certainly stay here again.

The main suggestion is to have a welcome binder or something to help the guest navigate the house. How to start the fireplace? Internet password? What is expected when leaving the house such as cleaning, empty garbage, strip bedding, wash towels, dishes etc.

Scott’s oasis was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed for the weekend. A lovely and cozy spot. We enjoyed our time there. The memory foam mattress made it hard for us to leave bed, SUPER comfortable lol. I would definitely recommend this place, 10/10.

extremely clean in all areas- high quality linens and towels generous with supplies such as soaps and shower needs. kitchen was well stocked and surprised to find coffee and filters- nice to come into such a clean and neat place

This cottage/ house was perfect for our family get away. Tracey was very helpful with all our needs, especially since I booked last minute. Beautifully decorated and clean 3 large bedrooms, living room and kitchen. We all loved rocking on the enclosed front porch after a day at the beach. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Great family vacation was had. Thank you Tracey.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

This is our 2nd stay with Chris and Nell, we love the location and the swim spa, the king bed and linens, the outdoor shower, convenience, location and parking. The unit itself is cozy, but modern, clean, perfect for our weekend stays. As hosts, Chris and Dell are very responsive and proactive. We hope to stay here again!

We had a great stay, the space is exactly as described in the descriptions. Very cozy and comfortable! My family of 3 felt right at home. The surrounding area is easy to navigate, it is a busy town with lots of people walking and biking around, but the street of the home was quiet. We have no complaints, my only recommendation is to be mindful of when you leave and come back to the apartment, as parking is extremely limited on the street of the apartment, as well as the surrounding streets. One evening around 6:30-7p we drove around for about 10 minutes trying to find parking, and ended up parking three blocks away.

Christina was a great host. She made sure with my wheelchair situation, the driveway and the home entrance was well ramped. I felt at home as soon as I came there. My bf and I had a great time there. This place is close to the boardwalk as well. Various food options nearby with great stores just within less than a mile. I cant thank Christina enough for her amazing home she let us borrow and use like our own :) 7 STARS!

Dina & Ed have a really nice one bedroom apartment. It’s spacious, clean and has all you need for a short or long term stay. The kitchen is fully stocked as well with all you need. Thank you.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in Peter’s beautiful brownstone for our family engagement weekend, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, Peter made us feel incredibly welcome. The home is full of classic New York charm, with stylish, modern touches that made it both elegant and inviting. The space was spotless, the kitchen well-stocked, and every detail clearly thought through to create a comfortable and relaxing stay. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of character, yet peaceful enough for quiet mornings with coffee. Peter went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This brownstone will always hold a special place in our hearts. We’re so grateful to Peter for his hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach house in walking distance to anything on the boardwalk. We will definitely be using them again!

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

Charleen and Nick’s apartment was so cute, clean and beautifully decorated! They are walking distance from the beach and driving from so many cute shops and restaurants! We had rain the weekend we were there but it was so cozy and comfortable we had a great time hanging out in the apartment as well! They gave great recommendations for the area as well! Great spot all around!

This condo was sooooo perfect for me and my family!! Spacious and so extremely clean , it’s also cozy and beautifully decorated . We loved staying here , the best part was the balcony and that it was only a few steps from the boardwalk and beach !!! Looking forward to coming back in the summer because this is really the best place I have stayed at in seaside heights, you can tell the host really takes care of the place! Oh and it has an awesome backyard where my family and I chilled all afternoon!

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

Jennifer’s condo is perfect for a couple or even a couple with young kids. It’s just right, super convenient and better than the listing. Nicely appointed and thoughtfully furnished and supplied. And Jennifer was very helpful and friendly. Fully recommend!

What a wonderful Airbnb hosted by Victor & Myra! Their place was up to date, beautifully decorated, spotless, yet gave a homey feel with their personal touches. My family and I loved it & would definitely recommend! Thank you Víctor & Myra :)

Such a lovely condo in a fantastic location! Roger's instructions were clear, the space was comfortable (2 bathrooms!), and we had a great time visiting family in Toms River while also enjoying Seaside/Lavalette. It was rainy during our trip, but the view from the covered balcony was still beautiful! The easy parking was a huge plus too. Thank you!
