Highly recommended. Well maintained. Very pleasant stay and everything was simply great. The property is located at a prime place, close to the beach and good restaurants nearby. Valentino was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely visit again and share it with all my friends and family.

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

Enjoyed a lot in this place, everyone is helpful and place is near beach, everything is soo perfect. We wanted to stay there more but was already booked by lucky ones..

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. This property is stunning and spacious, with all amenities working perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly supportive. The large pool was a highlight, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy a peaceful retreat. If you're looking for a comfortable and serene getaway with a great pool, this property is ideal. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend it!

The hosts were very hospitable and took extra effort to make our stay comfortable and all the recommendations suggested by them were very helpful ! The apartment was exceptionally beautiful!

We all friends had a Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara Experience. The host was great in accommodating 6 stag friends which many accommodations don't generally do so. Highly recommend this place to other ppl who wants to travel to North Goa.

Had a great stay with all the necessary amenities. The place is very near to most of the beaches and clubs. Could improve on vessels availble for cooking in tye kitchen

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Really very very satisfied and happy with the stay..The host Gitane gave exact description about location and also the amenities available. Pratiksha, the manager at the place is so friendly and helpful. she gave us a lot of information regarding the local sight seeings and restaurants. The care taker at the villa, Das and 2 other people really took good care of us. They way they interact, cook food, serve us and also helped us buy other items from local shops and stuff. Defenitely worth place to stay. A group of tourists staying in this villa can enjoy to the peaks. We a group of 8 cousins stayed at this place and had lot of fun for 3 days. We really feel like not vacating the place but we had to. A special mention about a friendly pet named Mogli. He was soo sweet.

Good stay. Close to Candolim beach. Poor network, but the host has arranged wifi. Overall worth the price you pay.

Praful has been responsive since day 1. Im glad that I found a beautiful and reasonable villa for our family and had a comfortable stay with complementary breakfast. Staff was responsible and was always available. I would like to rent the stay again whenever I'm traveling to goa. Had an amazing time.

A wonderful retreat for us; an older couple - a month of walking, cooking, reading, being on or near the beach, eating out and visiting friends. Alex couldn’t be more helpful, anything you need he is on hand. Well stocked kitchen, clean rooms, housekeeping and washing on hand - in fact anything you need is no trouble. Thanks Alex for a perfect month away!

The area where the home is located might seem shabby but its a 2 min walk to Anjuna and the house looked exactly how it's described in the pictures. Gaurav is very helpful, he is very to quick to respond. The living area is a bit small but if you have your friends, you can adjust. We were there just for a night so we don't cook anything. But very helpful people in the area for food and commute.

The hosts Mr and Mrs Fernandes gave us a very warm welcome and we felt right at home. They arranged a cab pick up for us from the railway station. The house is located in a very silent and peaceful location. All amenities and pictures mentioned in the listing match exactly. They arranged bike rental for us and the entire stay was hassle free. We want to thank the hosts for a great stay and look forward to visiting soon.

We stayed for a week in this 1BHK property with a toddler. The kitchen was well stocked with Utensils, cutlery, small appliances which were very helpful. With a 10 min odd drive to Candolim Beach, it was great to have all the local shops and Newtons within reach. Worth considering definitely if you are coming with family especially a small kid. Host was always responsive and helped out immediately when there was some confusion around parking spot (its a gated building with few spots for visitors parking). Great option to consider if North Goa stretch is what you wanna explore.

Amazing Stay , recommended for group of 3 visiting North Goa. easily accessible to beaches. 15-20 mins from Panjim. Host was very friendly and responsive. Peaceful society, swimming pool access , scooties were made available at the property itself.

Beautiful place at the heart of Candolim, very close to super mart, local eateries bars & resturant. Walkable to Candolim Beach. Premises is very clam and clean and its safe for family with kids and good parking as well. I would visit again and I certainly recommend.

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

Aditya is very helpful and friendly . Took good care of our needs and was able to help us even during late night checkin and time when we were stuck outside room .

I had an absolutely fantastic time at this place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to soft, comfy bedding. Sankulp was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Communication was smooth, and he provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby shops, tourist attractions and beach. I can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in GOA! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
