Nice apartment and location. Smooth check-in and park place next to the apartment. Something to notice, there is one room next to the other (inside the other), so from one room you need to cross the other room to go to the bathroom.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Man ist schnell am Bahnhof und am See. Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung!

L'appartement de Alice et Boris est très agréable, propre et bien équipé. Il est situé un peu à l'extérieur de Überligen, à quelques minutes du centre. A l'intérieur de l'appartement, c'était très calme (en été, à l'extérieur, on entend cependant la circulation d'une route assez fréquentée). Nous recommandons tout à fait cette location moderne.

Apartamento muito charmoso e bem localizado no centro antigo de Munique. O prédio não tem elevador e o apartamento fica no 4o andar, então não recomendo para quem tem dificuldades de locomoção. Fora isso vale a pena subir as escadas com malas, considerando os ótimos anfitriões e os detalhes do imóvel.

Perfekte Location um sich zentral bewegen zu können, alles ist zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus daneben zu erreichen. Alles wurde perfekt und einfach beschrieben. Wir konnten die Woche super geniessen!

Alisa fue muy amable, el apartamento es perfecto para dos personas, está muy bien equipado: cocina, lavadora/secadora, lavadora de platos, aire acondicionado. Muy cerca hay un supermercado y una estación de tren. El apartamento esta en un 5to piso y el edificio no tiene ascensor (Alisa lo menciona en el anuncio). La zona es muy tranquila.

An Amazing stay of an exceptionnal quality ! Whether it is the nice garden or the coziness of the place from the inside with its bonfire for a very relaxing mood. The hottub is a must as the vue is unforgettable from the warmth of the tub especially during winter ! The accessibility of the place, the warm welcome and availability of our Host were all great as well !

Wonderful home in peaceful setting! It has all the amenities we needed, super comfortable beds, and plenty of space to relax. We loved the sunroom with the beautiful view of the mountains. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Alles tiptop. Sonja hat wirklich alles getan um uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Die Anweisungen zum Self Check-in waren sehr genau, so dass alles sehr gut geklappt hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Sie verfügt über eine gemütliche Wohnküche und ein grosszügiges Wohnzimmer. Auch die Schlafzimmer waren gross und hatten genügend Schränke. Die Wohnung hat sehr viel Charme. Wir waren zu fünft und durch die zwei separaten Toiletten gab es auch nie Stau im Badezimmer. Die Wohnküche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was man zum kochen braucht. Auch sonst war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder mieten.

Je recommande le logement de Silvia avec grand plaisir. Nous y avons passé un excellent week-end, les photos sont bien représentatives et l'endroit est chaleureux et bien situé. La communication avec Silvia était fluide et agréable, un grand merci pour tout !

This is my second time staying here! The place is absolutely lovely, inside and outdoors, the apartment is in a building that is a resort and private rooms. Loves the wellness center, people is educated, orderly and kind. I have no doubts I will go back exactly to this place next year. Perfekte Unterkunft – Absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Wohnung! Alles war genauso, wenn nicht sogar besser, als in der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Lage ist ideal, egal ob für Sightseeing oder zum Entspannen. We stayed at Peter’s place for our ski holiday to Flumserberg . The gondola to Tannonboden ( ski slopes ) is a five minute walk ( in ski boots) from the apartment and the apartment a mere few metres from the shore of lake Walensee . We loved the space and cleanliness . The raclette and fondue makers were an added bonus and made eating in after a long day on the pistes fun !! I would highly recommend this apartment and not hesitate to book again .

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at! Amazing views from this place - can see the mountains and the towns below from the balcony. Transport is easy as there is a bus stop nearby, and several hiking routes not too far from the place. Bedrooms and living room / kitchen were very spacious. Sigi was always responsive and clear in instructions. Would recommend!

Danke Tobias, dass wir die Tage in deiner Penthouse Wohnung verbringen durften! Wir haben am Samstag geheiratet und wollten von Freitag bis Montag etwas luxuriöser unterkommen. Der Stil der Wohnung hat uns schon auf den Bildern sehr zugesagt und es war auch in Wirklichkeit so. Wir wurden beim Check-in sehr freundlich empfangen, wurden über alles aufgeklärt und haben Empfehlungen bekommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und ist voll ausgestattet. Es gab wirklich ALLES was man so braucht! Mit Alexa sind wir super klar gekommen. Nur das Licht über dem Essbereich haben wir nicht gleich gecheckt, doch Tobias hat uns sofort per Nachricht weitergeholfen. Die Terasse ist ein Träumchen. Von dort aus haben wir uns den Hohentwiel im Sonnenuntergang angeschaut. Da es uns so gut gefallen hat und wir einfach noch nicht gehen wollten, konnten wir spontan um einen Tag verlängern und auch eine weitere Person dazu buchen. Wir lieben alles daran und möchten aufjedenfall wieder kommen! Grüße 😊👋
