Lorenzo and Alessandra are great hosts, the apartment is easy to find, the garden is fantastic and there is everything you might need. It is clean and warm in the winter, next to the beach, relaxed, we will stay again next time we come. Thank you for everything ❤️

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane appartamento pulito e in ordine .Giuseppina molto cordiale ci ha fatto trovare del cibo per iniziare la vacanza cordialmente ha fornito le istruzioni x prendere i mezzi e girare Roma ,ci siamo sentite a casa .

Passámos uma semana incrível em Torvaianica durante estas férias de fim de ano, e não poderia estar mais satisfeito com a experiência! Embora fora da época balnear, o local revelou-se um verdadeiro refúgio de paz no inverno. O extenso areal oferece caminhadas tranquilas e momentos de contemplação, especialmente ao pôr do sol. Simplesmente deslumbrante! Gostaríamos de destacar também o cuidado e a atenção excepcionais por parte da arrendatária. Desde o momento da chegada, senti-me-nos verdadeiramente acolhidos. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, aquecida e preparada com todos os detalhes pensados para o nosso conforto. Havia até mimos de boas-vindas, como aperitivos, doces, compota, chá, café, etc, e sugestões locais para refeições. Não faltou nada, e todo o cuidado demonstrado tornou esta nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendamos vivamente para quem procura tranquilidade, beleza e um toque pessoal na recepção!

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da diese sich direkt am Strand befindet. Gute Restaurants befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin hat auf alle Fragen schnell und unkompliziert geantwortet, sowie viele Tips gegeben.

Nous sommes venus visiter Rome en famille avec nos 4 enfants, il y a de nombreuses places pour se garer gratuitement en bas de l'immeuble, depuis la table à manger nous avions la vue sur la mer, et la terrasse offre une vue magnifique et imprenable sur la mer. Pour nos visites, le metromare était à seulement 15 min à pied, et vous permet d'accéder aux principaux monuments en moins de 30 min. Gianmarco et son équipe ont été très accueillant et très réactifs, hyper disponibles et le logement était bien équipé, propre et conforme aux photos. Une très belle découverte que nous recommandons vivement!

High Quality are the words that best describe everything connected to this two bedroom apartment. Lucianna and Vincenzo are high quality, very classy people. Absolutely beautiful people. The place has been modernized with high quality features. The modern windows reconfigure and adapt to whatever your preferences are, and, when closed, block all sound on exterior. The floors are beautiful parkay wood. Love the front porch. The stove, refrigerator, bathroom, and clothes washer are very high quality. I have spent months in Ostia, and want to share that this apartment is literally perfectly located. It is on the nicest side of town. One block from the beach. One block from the train (which, believe me, you will appreciate after days when you tour Rome). One block from a huge park which is super for kids. One block from the town esplanade that has numerous restaurants and cafes. I liked Golden Italy which is almost across the street, and is a nice local spot. Be back soon!!

This place was perfect! A few minutes walk to the beach with great restaurants and evening entertainment nearby. The pool is fantastic. Hot tub and sauna very relaxing. Only advice bring a beach towel as they are not provided. Would love to stay here again everything was top notch!!

Enrico is such a kind host. He is very personable and communicative. He is understanding and compassionate if travel plans change and is very flexible. The property is excellent value for money. We would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The highlights - pool and jacuzzi ! And great beach nearby with self school - my teenage kids were happy and busy. We also made a day trip to Rome ( around 1 hour drive). Overall really pleasant stay, great host- highly recommended

Giulio var otroligt hjälpsam och kommunikativ. inte bara med boendet utan allt därtill. Hjälpsam att boka bord och utflykter. Boendet är på gångavstånd ner till restaurangen och strand men ett lugn område där du lätt kan parkera bilen gratis på gatan utanför. Värt att känna till är att den gemensamma poolen endast är öppen. mellan. 15-17 på dagarna. Det gjorde det lite begränsat att använda. Men jag vill framförallt lyfta fram Giulio som värd. verkligen mån om att vi skulle trivas.

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Der Aufenthalt war für uns genau das Richtige. 10 Min zu Fuß zur Bahn oder zum Strand. Einen Tag sind wir nach Rom gefahren (3,80 EUR pro Strecke, ca 45min. bis Termini) und haben uns die Füße wund gelaufen, am nächsten Tag lagen wir faul am Strand (Liege+Schirm ca 12 EUR) Es gibt zahlreiche gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Daher haben wir dort nie gekocht. Ein Grill ist vorhanden. Bis Anzio empfiehlt es sich dann doch ein Auto zu mieten. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus. Den Pool um die Ecke der nicht zu Haus gehört, haben wir nie genutzt. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub und würden es noch einmal buchen. Bei Problemen und Wünschen war Giulio schnell und hilfsbereit.

Valéria a été une superbe hôte, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Elle nous a donner toutes les informations nécessaires pour bous déplacer et visiter la ville et ses environs. Le logement avec sa grande terrasse et ses plantes est vraiment agréable le matin pour un petit déjeuner et le soir pour le dîner. Nous avons passé un super séjour et découvert des beaux endroits grâce aux conseils de Valéria. De plus,elle a été très compréhensible par rapport à notre arrivée tardive dû au retard de l'avion. Elle nous a accueilli à l'entrée de l'immeuble et a pris le temps de nous montrer tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement. Merci encore à elle.

Francesca's place was a neat, well thought out, clean, and fun place to stay! Bonus for having a nice and useable kitchen to cook. She was a great host, met us in person, and communicated well. The only thing to know is that if it's a weekend, the surrounding area has a lot of loud music. But the AirBnB and Francesca herself was wonderful!

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

L’appartamento di Roberto si trova a davvero due passi dal mare, con a disposizione sia una spiaggia libera che un Lido storico con bar e ristorante. Dentro la casa è arredata con gusto, molto pulita e in una zona silenziosa, a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale - una piacevole passeggiata in piano.

Wir wurden freundlich von Silvia empfangen. Auch die Kommunikation per Mail hat super funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse ein Traum. Wir waren 6 Personen. Somit wurde aus dem 2-Bett ein 3-Bettzimmer. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nettuno! The view from the balcony was breathtaking und it was super close to the beach! The Appartement was really clean and cozy!

Ett boende jag återkommer till, rekommenderas. Bra läge precis vid stranden med en fantastisk utsikt från kök, vardagsrum och balkong. Rent och fint och lägenheten har det man behöver. Värden Cristina är mycket hjälpsam och lyhörd och svarar snabbt. Lugnt område men ändå med gångavstånd till restauranger/barer/mini market.

Absolutely loved our stay at Raffaela’s place! It exceeded our expectations—much bigger than we imagined and so much better than our previous Airbnb experience. The apartment was nice, clean, and tidy, and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed. The washing machine was a great bonus, too! The elevator was a huge plus, especially in the heat, as we’d previously climbed four floors daily. The view of the ocean from the balcony was stunning. Raffaela was also incredibly helpful, giving us a ride to the airport for just 35 euros. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!
