Con la mia amica Rita volevamo trascorrere una breve vacanza di totale relax. Abbiamo passato proprio i 10 giorni che volevamo. Roberta e Alfredo ci hanno coccolate e fatto sentire parte del nucleo familiare pur non essendo mai invadenti e lasciandoci la privacy e il riposo che ci aspettavamo. La casa è grande , accogliente e vissuta. Il giardino curato e ricco di piante. Una piacevole esperienza è la vasca idromassaggio che suggeriamo di provare. Inoltre, abituate alle spiagge libere romane, abbiamo trovato la spiaggia libera ed il mare di Rio Martino straordinariamente tranquilli e molto puliti. Ottimo il rapporto prezzo/qualità Torneremo presto con le altre amiche del gruppo!

I stayed with Flavia my last night in Rome and I was still a little overwhelmed from my visit. It was a great place to just settle in and enjoy a peaceful moment. The patio and gardens are a beautiful place to just sit and take it all in. They have really created such a sweet little retreat from the chaos of the busy city.

Alessandra çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Bizi sokakta karşıladı eve evi bulmamız konusunda yardımcı oldu. Ev oldukça temizdi ve her gün temizlendi. Sorularımıza hızlıca yanıt verdi. Evin konumu tren istasyonunun dibi olması çok iyi. Ancak tren dışında bir ulaşım yok. Aksam erken saatlerde eve geri donmeniz gerekiyor. Roma'ya yakın ama evin etrafında pek bir sey yok. En yakın market 20 dakika uzaklıkta. Konumu haric her sey kusursuzdu. Alessandra oldukca tatli bir insandi. Ev arkadasi olan kopek de oldukca dost canlisiydi. Evin tasarimi oldukca tatli ve tum ihtiyaclarinizi karsilayacak sekildeydi.

A cute and cozy apartment near the "center of action" of Ostia (2min walking distance from sea , with many good restaurants around & very easy to reach by the Cotral bus line) , clean and warm, with a beautiful shared terrace & living room, plus a shared kitchen which can cover all your basic needs (water, coffee, breakfast). Both folks were very communicative and responded in detail to all of my requests for information.

She was very welcoming, we only had a short stay before our flight back to London. it was very peaceful

Enrica’s house is in a great location near the airport. She helped us arrange transportation with a reliable taxi service for pick-up and drop-off, which was really helpful. She also left some nice snacks. I recommend staying here!

La stanza è super accogliente e dispone di tutto il necessario. Davanti a casa c’è il posto auto sempre libero oltre che la fermata dell’autobus e comunque vicino al centro abitato. L’host è super disponibile, gentile e accogliente. Consigliato!

Perfect overnight stay before catching a flight the following day. Enricas place is lovely and homely and she was very helpful at arranging taxis for me. I would recommend!

This is the perfect place for travelers who need to spend the night for early morning flights or late night arrivals. The nearest public bus stop is about a 10 minute walk and offers quick service to/from the airport. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but seasonal. I stayed here in February so some restaurants were shut down for the winter, but there are other options. The room is an immaculate private suite with a mini fridge and hot water kettle. The shower had plenty of hot water and the room has temperature control. Enrica is always quick to respond and accommodating. If you are lucky, you will meet her lovable dog, Sophie.
