We stayed for a month in Rosi and Chiara's lovely home. Their house, just like them, is warm and beautiful. Everything was very clean. The kitchenware was new and very practical. During our month-long stay, we cooked in the kitchen and used the oven, stove, and refrigerator. Everything worked perfectly. The house is also very well heated. The bed was comfortable and spacious, and the sheets, pillowcases, and other linens were clean. The separate entrance to the house was also nice. Rosi gifted us a delicious cake, and there was a small bottle of wine left in the fridge. Chiara and Rosi are very thoughtful, and their communication is excellent; they respond to questions immediately. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Greetings from Istanbul!

het verblijf van Eva was super fijn en we raden iedereen aan om te accomodatie te huren. Het is een prachtige omgeving en je kan echt genieten van de rust. We hebben savonds heerlijk rustig buiten kunnen eten. het huisje is schoon en ruim en alle benodigheden zijn aanwezig. De communicatie was snel en duidelijk ondanks de problemen met een treinstoring. Eva probeerde ons proactief te helpen met het zoeken voor een oplossing. zo bood zij aan om ons op te pikken op het treinstation van lanuvio. Door de treinstoring in Rome was het moeilijk om bij de accomodatie te komen en het zou daarom handig kunnen zijn als je een auto huurt.

Vi bodde en uke i Francescos komfortable leilighet. Gangavstand til alt! Du går til/fra togstasjonen, to bystrender, finner dusinvis av restauranter og barer, matbutikker og andre små, artige butikker. Leiligheten var svært velholdt og har alt du trenger for et hyggelig opphold i Anzio. Anbefales! Hyggelig og hjelpsom vert! Anzio er også en sjarmerende og avslappende by å være i, bare en times togtur unna Roma.

La casa era molto accogliente, comoda ed adatta alle nostre esigenze avendo 2 bimbi,posizione strategica e buon riscontro con l’host. Consigliata!!!

Rosalba e Luce sono state molto disponibili e gentili, mi hanno accolto così bene che mi è sembrato di essere a casa. Tanti posti letto e un grande giardino per far giocare il cane e possibilità di passare bei momenti all’aperto. Super consigliato.

Ci siamo fermati una notte per un weekend fuori e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Emanuela è molto disponibile e vi accoglie come foste di casa. L'alloggio è spazioso, pulito e ordinato, bellissimo anche il giardino.. Esperienza più che positiva, torneremo sicuramente!

Il soggiorno è stato magnifico. La casa molto curata accogliente efficiente tutto impeccabile. La signora Monia e il marito due persone squisite e disponibili. Quindi Consigliatissimo. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Il sign. Mariano ci è venuto incontro con l' orario del check-in ed è stato disponibile dall'inizio alla fine del soggiorno e ci ha addirittura riservato il parcheggio avanti casa. L' appartamento è molto grazioso e soprattutto ordinato e pulito.

Noémi a été un ange avec nous . Son aide sa disponibilité ont été précieux pour nous . Tous les jours elle s est préoccupée de notre bien être . Quand vous arrivez dans un pays étranger les difficultés sont nombreuses mais Noémi a su les aplanir devant nous . Je ne te dirais jamais assez merci pour tout ce que tu as fait pour nous . Tu es parfaite en tant qu hôte . Ne change pas reste comme tu es . Merci aussi au papa et a la maman de Noemi . Sitôt que j avais une crainte de pas arriver à me faire comprendre mon petit fils Ethan me disait : "envoie un message à Noémie elle est très gentille elle t aidera " et il avait tout a fait raison . Je recommande à tous les voyageurs voulant visiter Rome d aller séjourner chez Noémie . Elle prendra soin de vous comme si vous étiez de sa famille.

Alloggiare nella sua casa è stata una bella esperienza. Per chi ama il silenzio come me ,ecco qui c’è in abbondanza! Non mi è mai capitato di stare in un posto così tranquillo. La casa pulita , ordinata e non mancava niente . Grazie per averci ospitati! Un posto che rimane nel cuore veramente!

Appartamento molto carino, come stare a casa. Comodo il parcheggio privato! Anche se una breve sosta abbiamo pernottato bene. Il voto va sicuramente alla signora Franca che è stata carinissima e sempre disponibile. Torneremo nuovamente

La Torre è uno spazio molto particolare, la terrazza offre una splendida vista. La casa è pulita e confortevole, dotata di tutte le piccole attenzioni per gli ospiti. La posizione centrale, ma appartata, consente riposo tranquillo e spostamenti a piedi, nelle vicinanze tutti quello che occorre, piccolo market, bar, ristoranti. Claudia, un host fantastica, disponibile e reattiva. Peccato che il nostro soggiorno sia stato molto breve. Grazie per averci ospitato.

Claudia is a very proactive and super friendly host. She set clear rules, which I really appreciate to avoid unnecessary conflicts. The apartment was spotless clean and she surprised us with plenty of amenities. During the stay she was always available. The accommodation meets exactly the pictures and is located in the middle of everything: shops, bakeries, restaurants, public transportation and the beach are in walking distance. The house entrance allows handicapped people to enter, a small elevator is available. Access and movement by wheelchair in the apartment is possible, only the shower doesn't meet this special needs. Even located on the main shopping road in Ostia, the noise is bearable. You will find the time to sit on one of the balconies and to watch the movement downstairs. The only issue is to find a parking lot for your car, but even this can be solved within 10 min walk to huge public parking areas. I highly recommend this place if you want to visit beautiful Ostia.

We had the greatest 3day stay in the B&B of Luca and Daniele. The swimming pool is just magnificent, together with the super pretty relaxing garden area. Room and en-suite bathroom were perfect too. Breakfast is nice, accompanied with a great coffee. Hosting by Luca and Daniele is top! b&b is not far located from some good day trips although you can just spend the whole day at the pool as well since it’s so nice over there. Home away from home!

Siamo stati davvero bene, partivamo con delle aspettative un po' alte, dalla descrizione e dalle foto, e non siamo stati affatto delusi. Location fantastica, in mezzo al verde ma non troppo isolata, appartamento confortevole con ciò che serve, e anche qualcosa in più (the e caffè a disposizione degli ospiti). Ma ciò che ha fatto la differenza sono stati soprattutto gli spazi esterni, il giardino e la piscina. Paolo e Julia sono stati degli ottimi padroni di casa. La loro cagnolina Lia, educata e mai invadente, mia figlia se ne è innamorata! Cii è davvero dispiaciuto dover partire. Lo consigliamo assolutamente, speriamo di avere l'occasione di tornarci

Very convenient place for travelers. Tiziana was extremely friendly and greeted us on arrival. The room had breakfast to-go ready for our early morning, and Tiziana even booked us a taxi to the airport.

I came for a meeting at ESRIN. While the walk to Frascati is not the most fun (traffic etc') the opportunity to exercise by walking was great. Loved the room and slept like a king.

She was very welcoming, we only had a short stay before our flight back to London. it was very peaceful

Make sure to read the istructions on how to get there and not just the address. Danila was very accomodating and we were able to recharge our e-bikes. The terrace where we had breakfast was super nice. We didn't have much time to enjoy the place but I believe it would be a really nice spot for longer stays. Other guests were a bit noisy but when asked to quiet down at night they complied.

Giorgio und Simonella waren immer erreichbar, hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und tolle Tips für unsere Ausflüge. Hatten wir einen Wunsch, wurde dieser zeitnah umgesetzt. Eine sehr herzliche Familie. Die Nutzung des Pools war jederzeit möglich und wir wussten dies sehr zu schätzen. Ein Aufenthalt bei Giorgio können wir nur empfehlen. Auch das angebotene Frühstück war ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
