I had a great stay in Stefania’s home! It was safe, clean and ideally located. Possible to park car nearby and very clear instructions. Would definitely recommend!!

En av de mest fantastiska Airbnb-upplevelserna någonsin. Lägenheten ligger mitt i historiska kvarter med en fantastisk utsikt, små gränder och restauranger. Allt har gått smidigt och vi fick snabbt hjälp av Gioia när vi behövde något. För långa personer: tänk på att hålla nere huvudet, det är lågt i tak. Trapporna upp till lägenheten är utmanande och inte för den som har svårt att gå. Det saknades en del väsentligheter i köket vilket jag är säker på att värden kommer att ordna. Jag rekommenderar detta boende fullt ut!

A haven away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Only a 15 min drive from the station where you can hop on the metro and be at the heart of the city in 15 mins. The house was really well equipped set in beautiful gardens that are perfect for relaxing in after a busy day. Licia was there to greet us and was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area giving us some great tips on what to do and where to go. Highly recommended.

Casa del Gelso is beautiful, peaceful and magical! The gardens with fruit and olive trees and flowers was lovely to stroll around with wonderful views off to the west. Patrizia and her family were so helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. When we arrived, the apartment was decorated for Christmas and there were traditional cookies and pannetore waiting for us on the kitchen table. Later Patrizia brought us a bottle of prosecco and Italian chocolate! Every morning, we enjoyed picking and juicing oranges and grapefruit from their garden. Patrizia and her family live upstairs in the large farmhouse and our family stayed in what is the entire ground floor with 4 bedrooms each with its own bath. We had ample heat for the chilly December days and nights and had a lovely stay.

Melanie è stata una host impeccabile: è stata reattiva e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto in ordine, pulito, e le istruzioni per utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il vino offerto di loro produzione. Ottima struttura per prendersi un momento di relax. Consigliato! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

Catia était très réactive en envoyant des instructions bien illustrées pour accéder au logement. la présence d'un centre commercial et la gare à proximité de l'appartement le rend très pratique.

Der Garten des Hauses war traumhaft schön. Auch mit Außendusche, Sitzmöglichkeiten, ohne Einblick von außen. Das Haus war groß und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schade war, dass die Schränke komplett voll waren und man seine Kleidung nicht einräumen konnte, sondern aus Koffern leben musste. Die Dusche in einem Bade war defekt. Uns hat das nicht gestört, da wir die Außendusche traumhaft fanden und immer nutzten.

Ivano è stato subito caloroso e gentile dal momento in cui abbiamo prenotato la casa. Eravamo un gruppo abbastanza ampio di persone e nonostante questo Ivano ha fatto di tutto per venire in contro alle nostre esigenze. La casa è meravigliosa e abbiamo passato un capodanno molto bello. We had a great time staying at Guiseppe’s air bnb. He greeted us on arrival which was lovely and despite the language barrier between us, check in went smoothly; a really lovely chap. Claudia was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we had questions to ask the host about the stay before and during. She was quick to get back to me which was fantastic. The place was lovely and spacious and couldn’t fault it!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare ad Artena, il borgo pedonale più grande d’Europa. Valeria e Roberto, sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. La casa era pulita, confortevole e situata in una posizione perfetta per esplorare il borgo e con una vista stupenda. Un’esperienza di tranquillità e autenticità che consiglio a tutti!

The apartment is better than the photos. It is big, authentic and really interesting. There is no air conditioning, which can be a problem for some people during the summer. We left the windows opened and it was okay to sleep. It was easy to park the car nearby. It is located in a strategic place to visit Castel Gondolfo and other attractions by the lake. The apartment is in the center of Marino, so there are caffés, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Besides, there are many great restaurants in 5 minutes driving.

Ottimo per recarsi avanti e indietro in auto dalla Fiera di via Portuense. Appartamento pulito, ben organizzato e carino e soprattuttomolto silenzioso e riservato. La proprietaria gentilissima. Addirittura l'ultimo giorno, davanti alla mia richiesta di info su una farmacia, si è subito attivata per lasciarmi delle pastiglie per l'influenza. Davvero di una gentilezza e una disponibilità rare da ritrovare di questi tempi.

la casa di Alessandra è un' oasi perfetta di tranquillità, proprio davanti al lago e a due passi da molti ristoranti ed il lungolago. la casa è carinissima e attrezzata di ogni necessità. siamo stati benissimo

Appartamento super grazioso,pulito e con la zona giorno bella ampia. Vicino a diverse zone di parcheggio auto,ma soprattutto super centrale, a un passo da Palazzo Papale,il lago e affacciato sul corso principale. Consogliatissimo!!! Ps. Giulia molto gentile e prontissima a rispondere alle richieste ☺️

Lorenzo was an excellent host; very proactive, and quick to respond. The place was in an excellent location; very peaceful, very close to the train station and the beach, and plenty of places for food or grocery delivery if we didn't want to go out. All in all, we are planning to come back :)

Abbiamo trascorso in questa splendida dimora giorni indimenticabili. La villa, circondata da un enorme parco completamente recintato ha rappresentato per noi la soluzione ideale accontentando ogni nostra esigenza. A circa 20 Km a sud di Roma, è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare l'Urbe e per visitare i Castelli Romani. Il giardino che circonda la villa è stato un vero angolo di paradiso dopo giornate trascorse tra meraviglie archeologiche, tesori dell'arte ed eccessive masse umane ... Immenso e meraviglioso, con i suoi maestosi pini secolari e i suoi ulivi rigogliosi, ha garantito sicirezza alle nostre automobili e spazio per il gioco e il relax anche del nostro amico peloso. La villa ha offerto privacy a tutti i componenti della famiglia mettendo a disposizione ogni confort tra cui una cucina attezzatissima, libri, giochi di società, wifi veloce e funzionante in ogni ambiente. A nome di tutti noi un immenso grazie per i modi gentili e la grande affabilità dei proprietari.

Det är ett fantastiskt hus och framförallt en otrolig tomt med den fina poolen, olika sittplatser och privata läge. Finare än på bilderna!!! Simona är en supervärd som alltid svarar snabbt om du har frågor och gör sitt yttersta för att lösa eventuella problem ✨✨✨✨

Marcos place is a great find nestled in the medieval town of Sermoneta. Sermoneta itself has a range of cute bars and restaurants and all is within walking distance of the place (be prepared for lots of steep stairs and cobbled streets in Sermoneta!). Parking was easy and made the house very accessible. Inside the house, it is an old converted olive mill which gives the house character along with its unique layout. Before staying i was confused with the bedroom layout so this is how it actually is; Bedroom 1: Double bed + cot. Bedroom 2: Double bed + 2 single beds inside the room up some stairs. Bedroom 3: Double bed. Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (note you have to walk through this room to get to bedroom 3). And finally a sofa bed in the living room. Hopefully that clears some things up. Overall we had a great stay enjoying the town, the pool and the views over the valley towards the sea.

Appena rientrato dopo aver soggiornato con 13 amici nella splendida villa di Anzio. Una location favolosa con tutti i benefit per stare e godersela semplicemente in casa. Jacuzzi all'esterno praticamente usata H24. Comodissimo spostarsi a piedi, appena a 5 minuti dal mare. Host gentilissimi e disponibilissimi nel soddisfare le nostre esigenze. La consiglio vivamente e chissà, spero di soggiornare di nuovo in questa bellissima villa con tutti i comfort a disposizione! 5 STELLE PIENE!

We had a wonderful family Christmas celebration with people coming from near and far and everybody enjoyed their stay at Francesca's place. She created the right atmosphere with Christmas decorations. The house is spacious and comfortable. Francesca's help was great! I recommend this house for anyone wanting to experience the country side of Italy.

Mooie accommodatie. Ruim opgezet. Blijft lekker koel in de hete zomer. Vlot contact met de host. En Engels is daarbij geen probleem. Vooraf duidelijke instructies met een route om bij het huisje te komen. In het huisje tevens een schrijven met tips in de omgeving.

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Sarah war immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns direkt alle Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus ist eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern und sehr privat und ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto sollte man aber haben. Ansonsten war alles top und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist hoch und sicher eingezäunt sodass wir auch mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr entspannen konnten. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe und ansonsten ist Nettuno ein netter Ort. Man kann Abends nach nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto lecker essen gehen. Ein ganz kleiner Punktabzug ist die Kaffeemaschine... Da gibt es leider nur eine Bialetti, aber dafür gibt's bei den Sternen natürlich absolut keinen Abzug. Das Haus ist super und sehr gut ausgestattet. Danke für die tolle Auszeit!
