Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Vi hadde en flott sommer med barnefamilie. Huset har en stor privat hage hvor barna kan leke. Veldig beleilighet med privat vei ned til stranden, som gjør det enklere å gå på stranden flere ganger om dagen. I tillegg var det meget nyttig med dusj i hagen for å spyle av sanden når man kommer fra stranden. Huset var stort med god plass til flere familier. Vil aboslutt anbefale plassen. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Fiumicino! The space was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It felt very private, which made for a truly relaxing experience. The host was incredibly kind, respectful, and always helpful, making sure everything was perfect for my stay. The ambiance was amazing, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and peaceful getaway. Would love to stay here again!

It was a good place to stay with a little bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. Danilo is great with communication and accommodating us for our needs, friendly host.

Appena rientrato dopo aver soggiornato con 13 amici nella splendida villa di Anzio. Una location favolosa con tutti i benefit per stare e godersela semplicemente in casa. Jacuzzi all'esterno praticamente usata H24. Comodissimo spostarsi a piedi, appena a 5 minuti dal mare. Host gentilissimi e disponibilissimi nel soddisfare le nostre esigenze. La consiglio vivamente e chissà, spero di soggiornare di nuovo in questa bellissima villa con tutti i comfort a disposizione! 5 STELLE PIENE!

We had a wonderful family Christmas celebration with people coming from near and far and everybody enjoyed their stay at Francesca's place. She created the right atmosphere with Christmas decorations. The house is spacious and comfortable. Francesca's help was great! I recommend this house for anyone wanting to experience the country side of Italy.

This was not only the best bnb we stayed at in all of Italy but the best rental in EUROPE all together…. Truly this was an impeccable home and a wonderful stay & experience from start to finish … the house was CLEAN as a whistle, no dust, extremely clean linens and not an ounce of dirt or grime ANYWHERE… my finance was impressed! You could seriously eat off the floors!! The Home itself was more gorgeous and large than pictures even show and the surrounding kiwi farm was amazing!!! The hosts were kind and so so helpful! This home rejuvenated us from our long travels around Italy and we contemplated changing our tickets just to stay here longer.. it was that nice. Also grocery’s only 7 mins away and other conveniences close by too. We drove to Rome and it was not too far!! We loved being tucked away but still able to experience all Rome had to offer. We will 100% be back and we will absolutely stay here. 10/10 experience all around! These hosts know what they’re doing!!

Francesca's place was a neat, well thought out, clean, and fun place to stay! Bonus for having a nice and useable kitchen to cook. She was a great host, met us in person, and communicated well. The only thing to know is that if it's a weekend, the surrounding area has a lot of loud music. But the AirBnB and Francesca herself was wonderful!

Melanie è stata una host impeccabile: è stata reattiva e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto in ordine, pulito, e le istruzioni per utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il vino offerto di loro produzione. Ottima struttura per prendersi un momento di relax. Consigliato! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

super petit appartement avec un emplacement pratique. facile à relier depuis Rome (20 minutes de ter, qui se trouve à500 mètres de l appartement) Giuditta est une hôte sympathique et réactive, et elle a su accéder à notre demande un peu particulière. merci pour ce bel accueil qui nous a permis de nous sentir attendu en descendant de l avion. merci

Vi tillbringade en månad i lägenheten. Vi hade det så bra. Lägenheten var jättefin. Det var modern och fräsch. Sängarna var väldigt sköna. Utsikten över dalen var fantastisk och poolen var verkligen jättefin. vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Tänk på att följa instruktionen på hur du ska köra för att komma fram till lägenheten. Cathys instruktion är mycket tydlig och följ den för då kommer du rätt. Vi gjorde det och det blev väldigt bra. GPS visar en annan väg nämligen. Cathy och Malcolm är mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga. En supervärd helt enkelt! Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse!

Sehr warmherziger Empfang durch Frau des Gastgebers! Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in wunderbarer Umgebung mit Blick zum Meer, sehr guter Grundriss der Wohnung, große Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, Wäschetrockner etc; alles war sehr sauber, die Geräte funktionierten sehr gut, es gab viel Stauraum für Kleidung, es fehlte mir an nichts! Lorenzos Frau holte mich sogar vom nahe gelegenen Bahnhof ab und brachte mich bei Abreise wieder hin! Ich fühlte mich in der Wohnung wie zu Hause und fast wie eine Freundin der Gastgeber. Am liebsten wäre ich gleich dort geblieben. Kommunikation funktionierte sehr gut! Alles war sehr praktisch eingerichtet und ich fühlte mich in den Räumen nirgends beengt.

We had a wonderful time here! It’s so easy to get the train in to Rome from the local train station (we drove but you could walk) and it’s not much for a ticket. There isn’t a lot to do in the area but we spent so much time in the house that it didn’t matter. The pool was so lovely and we spent a lot of time in there, especially the children! There are lots of comfy seating, especially on the balcony. A perfect place to sit with a book. The place is huge and has air conditioning in all the rooms except one, where there is a fan. The beds are very comfy!! I would recommend staying here!

It was a family riunione for Christmas. Everyone had an enjoyable time and the house was perfect.Danilo is a great host and it was a lovely surprise to find the Christmas decorations. I would love to repeat the experience and recommend it.

Beautiful, well kept home and grounds. Amazing beach views and accessible to beach. Wonderful neighbors and nearby coffee/bakery and restaurants. Very comfortable and clean.

This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this location. The hosts were extremely friendly and responded to all of our messages within minutes. The location is right by the beach and there is lots to do in the area. It is also 5mins away from the subway station that gets you yo Ostia and Rome in no time. The price was unbeatable!! We would love to come back again :)

Nakupenda significa Ti amo e questa casa è stata perfetta per festeggiare il nostro anniversario. Gli spazi sono ancora più belli di quelli in foto e siamo rimasti davvero colpiti non solo dalla stupenda vasca idromassaggio ma anche dalla sauna, bagno turco e doccia emozionale davvero incredibili. Un plus: i due micetti che ci hanno fatto compagnia mentre ci rilassavamo nel magnifico giardino con la piscina che rende l’atmosfera ancora più luxury. Ringraziamo l’host per averci accolto in maniera super cortese e per averci fornito delle informazioni precise. Inoltre è stata davvero gentile perché ci ha permesso di fare il check out un po’ più tardi dell’orario indicato. Torneremo sicuramente!
