Giulia and Ivan’s place was great ! Very clean and had all the amenities- for two adults and a child it was perfect! It was 2 blocks from the beach and well located to restaurants. The city center was a short drive with more options. Giulia’s local recommendations were amazing and we had a fabulous meal and gelato of course ! All in all a great stop over on our journey down to Amalfi.

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Das Apartment von Anna war äußerst geräumig und gepflegt. Die Gegend ist ebenfalls sehr schön! Toller Vorort von Rom!

We decided to stay here on our last night before flying out early the next day and it was perfect. The house was clean, spacious and Lucilla is so helpful. We spent the afternoon walking to the piers and enjoyed the sunset on the beach. She recommended wonderful restaurants where we had amazing seafood, there's also supermarkets conveniently located close by. She also helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Would recommend if you are tired of all the crowds in Rome to wind down and have a peaceful time!

Detailed check-in instructions provided by the host. Host was very quick to respond to any requests. Accommodation was exactly as described; especially liked the backyard porch. Short walk to all local sites. I would highly recommend to all travelers.

We spent a month in Paolo's house with my wife and two little kids and we really enjoyed everything about that! Paolo was a great host and the house has everything that you can wish – well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, AC and nice garden with a grill. As a parent, I also appreciated the reliable fence around the garden, which makes it safe for the kids. :-) The neighborhood is very calm and friendly, the shops, restaurants and bars are nearby and there is plenty places to visit around – the sea, Nettuno, Anzio,... And Rome's main train station is less than 50 minutes away by a comfortable and cheap train. I highly recommend Paolo's house to anyone, who wants a nice and quiet place to enjoy Italian sun, heat and comfort – for both families or smaller groups of friends. PS: The area is nice and warm even in November!

Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

I have done many Airbnb and by far, Alessio is the best host. First of all, his place is outstanding. It is super clean and has everything you need for an extended stay. The kitchen is very comfortable and well equipped, the 2 bedrooms are spacious and the living room has a very large sofa bed. Most importantly, Alessio went behind his duties as a host. The breakfast was prepared and a bottle of good Chianti was waiting for us. Alessio welcomed us at the property, took us to the restaurant of our choice as we had no car, and called a taxi in the morning for 6 people. I strongly recommend your place for your next stop at Fuimicino.

친절한 호스트. 내 집처럼 편안했어요. 체크인은 직접 만나서 열쇠를 주고 안내해 줍니다. 침실, 거실, 발코니가 있어서 좋아요. 침구가 깨끗해요. 가스레인지를 사용할 때 라이터나 성냥이 필요해요. 인터넷 와이파이 속도가 빨라요. 전망이 좋아요. 주차장이 넓고 안전해요. 집이 추운편이에요.

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable ! L'appartement était impeccable, confortable, propre et exactement comme décrit. L'emplacement était parfait car à la fois dans la nature et en voiture pas très loin du centre ville de Rome. L'hôte était incroyablement sympathique et réactif, s'assurant que j’avais tout ce dont j’ai besoin. Je reviendrai avec plaisir!

Laura’s ‘Tiny House’ was perfect! I was looking for a cozy place at close proximity to the Rome airport (FCO - Fiumicino) and to the waterfront. Laura’s house was just right, and is fewer than 5 minutes from the airport. The house was very clean, secure, and has a nice veranda from which to relax. I’d definitely come back on my next trip to Rome. Ciao for niao, Laura!

Appartamento molto carino, come stare a casa. Comodo il parcheggio privato! Anche se una breve sosta abbiamo pernottato bene. Il voto va sicuramente alla signora Franca che è stata carinissima e sempre disponibile. Torneremo nuovamente

Die Wohnung hat eine einzigartige, tolle Lage. Trotz Regenwetter konnten wir das Meer vom Zimmer aus geniessen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war einfach und schnell. Die Wohnung war sehr hübsch und sauber. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: das Bett ist klein und nicht das bequemste. Aber die Lage macht dies problemlos wieder wett. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

I stayed in la casetta for 4 weeks in January and really enjoyed my stay. The seaview from the terrasse, the view of the square below and of the sunset were the best part of the flat. The location is fabulous. You are minutes away from the beach, from the pedestrian area with restaurants, from the busy shopping streets, from the market on Wed. and Sat. Or from the station into the city. The rest is exactly like the pictures, the furniture is quite new and modern but the overall style is a bit dated… then again, it’s like in the movies! 😀 The mattresses are perfect. I slept really well. Everything is functional. The wifi is fast, no problem working full-time and conferecing. The neighbourhood is safe as well as the building. No noise after 10 pm. So great all around really. And Ostia is so vibrant, you can only love it.

Alessia was so kind, easy to communicate and had everything organized for such a comfortable stay. Such a great location and things all walking distanced too!

Bel appartement bien équipé et confortable, près de tout (mentions spéciales pour la gare, et aussi le NaturaSi, supermarché bio, une bonne surprise). Pas hyper calme dans la journée, mais c'est supportable, et calme la nuit. Et Ludovica et Riccardo sont des hôtes attentifs.

This was a perfect home base for our three days in Nettuno! The apartment was pristinely clean, comfortable beds and pillows, with everything we needed for a perfect stay. Francesco is a very responsive host and the location is ideal, just one level up from ground level. This may have been the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

El apartamiento de Giulio y Laura, muy confortável, realmente corresponde con las fotos, muy bonito y limpio, unas vistas espectaculares, al lado de un centro comercial muy bien servido de tido, supermercados, restaurantes tiendas, realmente estuvimos muy a gusto

What I liked most was the excellent location, the apartments are 10 meters from the sea. Communication with the owner was pleasant.
