This apartment is a great place to stay for those looking for an affordable place outside of Rome and right next to the beach. The train station is easily accessible and convenient. The apartment was in excellent condition when we checked in and enjoyed our whole stay. I would recommend Pierpaolo’s place to other fellow travelers.

Logement très agréable, tout est à disposition ! Idéal si vous venez avec un chien, une douche extérieure nous a permis de rincer le sable de la plage qui se trouve à deux pas du logement ! De la place pour se garer si vous venez avec votre voiture ! Hôte très agréable et surtout très réactif ! Si l’occasion se représente nous reviendront ! Merci encore ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at Alessandro’s place. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Alessandro was incredibly responsive and helpful. He was very understanding when it came to our early check in time as well. I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a cosy and comfortable stay.

Das Appartment entsprach genau den Fotos und war sehr einladend. Die Tochter der Gastgeberin war besorgt und sehr freundlich. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden – alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien, die man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, was für eine ruhige Atmosphäre sorgt, abgesehen von den Geräuschen, die vom angrenzenden Pub für junge Menschen kommen. Im Sommer kann es dort recht laut werden, was für empfindliche Ohren etwas störend sein könnte. ich kann das Appartment für alle empfehlen, die eine zentrale Lage und eine freundliche Gastgeberin suchen!

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful apartment, the check-in was done with our host Nikolic, very friendly and generous. He invited us for a welcome drink and filled the fridge with above the standard essentials. The apartment is as described, huge with lots of light and a terrace all around, it is situated very near the train station. Many thanks Nikolic for your kindness and welcoming!

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

L'appartamento di Giovanna ed Emanuele, dove ho soggiornato per quasi due settimane, è veramente ineccepibile, estremamente pulito, ordinato, completo di tutto e funzionale. Oltre a questo, due plus che aggiungono ancora più valore sono, per chi lavora da remoto come me, l'ottimo wifi, sia interno che esterno, ed il fatto che sia pet-friendly, il mio cane si è trovato benissimo. Sicuramente un alloggio da consigliare se si vuole stare lontani dal caos romano. Un ringraziamento ad Emanuele che è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile durante la mia permanenza.

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Both the agency and most of all the house owner were very nuce and helpful! The owner came to pick me up at the train station and was always prompt and available for any issues or questions. Highly recommended!!!

Quel excellent séjour !! Et cela pour beaucoup grâce à notre hôte très accueillant, réactif, serviable et facilitant ! Le logement est top : canapé XXL, literie neuve, jacuzzi sur la terrasse, nombreux équipements...! Modestino a été très à l'écoute, arrangeant et surtout très soucieux de notre confort ! Nous étions en famille, c'était très pratique pour aller passer la journée/soirée au centre de Rome, ou à la cité antique à côté ! La place de parking est également un plus, tout comme la proximité (!) de l'aéroport ! De nombreuses recommandations, beaucoup d'attention, très bonne communication...un hôte parfait, la classe à l'italienne ! 😉

Roberto is a wonderful host that goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He was very responsive and helpful. He is very friendly and warm. The home is exactly as described. It has many amenities that make even a long stay comfortable. The home is spacious and can certainly host a family. The kitchen is well-equipped if you'd like to make your own meals The home is situated in a very charming square and only steps from the main square of Castel Gandolfo. Castel Gandolfo is a very beautiful and charming town. I highly recommend this airbnb if you are in the area.

L'appartement est bien situé à la limite d'Anzio et de Nettuno donc facile de se rendre à ces deux destinations à pied. De la maison, bel accès à la mer tout près. On peut même y entendre le bruit des vagues. Appartement superbe avec magnifique terrasse et de belles vues sur la mer; l'ameublement extérieur est très confortable. La petite rue est tranquille ainsi que le quartier. L'appartement est très confortable, bien rénové et chaleureux. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour d'une vingtaine de jours. Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr.

bellissimo appartamento con jacuzzi privata, perfetto per una breve immersione nel relax vicino a Roma. Gli spazi interni non molto grandi potrebbero essere un po' limitanti in caso di mal tempo, ma il terrazzo è la vasca valgono completamente il prezzo dell'alloggio. host disponibile e preciso, sicuramente consigliato!

Наше пребывание у Даниеля на вилле было незабываемым. Вилла находится в очень зеленом районе. Локация очень удобная, автобус в 3-х минутах ходьбы. Автобус идет до конечной станции метро Laurentina. Апартаменты просторные и чистые со всем необходимым, кухней, кофеваркой, плитой, посудомойкой, стиральной машиной, посудой и прочим. Кровати и матрасы- супер комфортабельные, что и нужно туристам для ночного отдыха. Даниель- очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый, помогал нам во всем. Спасибо, Даниель, за прекрасный отдых! Мы будем рады вернуться в этот фантастический город снова!

Consiglio l'appartamento: pulito, curato, confortevole, cucina dotata di tutto quello che occorre! e poi guardare fuori dalla finestra e vedere il mare non ha prezzo! Carola e Daniele sono stati da subito gentilissimi e, contattati per una domanda, hanno prontamente risposto. Esperienza molto positiva, consiglio!

Durante il nostro recente soggiorno ad Anzio abbiamo avuto il piacere di alloggiare nell'appartamento di Davide, che ha indubbiamente superato le nostre aspettative. Fin dal momento della prenotazione l'host si è dimostrato sempre presente e disponibile, con un'accoglienza e un servizio impeccabili. L'alloggio, situato in una posizione centrale e molto tranquilla, a pochi passi dal mare, è stato recentemente ristrutturato e ogni aspetto relativo alla vivibilità in casa è curato nei dettagli. Gli ambienti, arredati con gusto e funzionalità, ci hanno trasmesso un'atmosfera accogliente, l'ideale per una vacanza rigenerante e rilassante. Davide si è distinto per la sua cortesia e la sua attenzione, sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. La sua disponibilità ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole, facendoci sentire come a casa.
