Really lovely place with friendly host who was always very quick to respond to any questions with helpful replies. The house was very clean with well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Location was great - private space in a quiet street with easy parking outside the door. Station was very close but we did find it helpful to have a hire car to explore further afield. Good local small supermarkets and bakery as well as excellent takeaway just round the corner. Only minor downside was the trains which were a little noisy - but not too frequent and we felt this was reflected in the price charged which was fair and a little lower than similar size properties in the area. Overall an excellent stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! She met us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the house, and made sure we had everything we needed. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made us feel right at home. The house itself was cozy, comfortable, and spotless, with all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect—convenient to everything while still feeling like a relaxing retreat. Nous avons séjourné en famille avec grands-parents, parents et grands adolescents. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir eu plusieurs chambres et couchages pour nous répartir sans pour autant avoir l'impression d'être dans un dortoir. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise 😊 Le seul bémol est de n'avoir qu'une salle de bains et des toilettes non séparés. Pour dix personnes, cela nous a demandé une très grande coordination. Heureusement que nous sommes très très proches 😂

We booked this accommodation as part of a business trip for 3 of our employees. On several occasions we had to change the booking and extend it because the job was prolonged. Each time, Carmen responded on time, and each time she accepted our request. Our employees did not report any negative points, so we consider that everything was OK.

Wir waren super zufrieden und haben uns gleich pudelwohl gefühlt. Wir haben uns sehr über das Willkommensgeschenk gefreut, das Bett war super bequem. Wir können das Ferienhaus jedem weiterempfehlen.

Since I lived in Wiesbaden, many years ago, I knew the building and location well. I was looking for something exactly like it and I was not disappointed. With the spa on the ground floor, just put on your bathrobe, Stella provides them, and down you go and enjoy! Literally 100 restaurants in walking distance and I’m not talking about chain restaurants! You are in the middle of the large pedestrian area from Wiesbaden. This you have to consider, if you have a car, you can’t park there you have to a public parking area. Also, this is not a critic, but you should be aware, if you like to sleep with an open window, you will hear people talking! I would rent this place again and highly recommend it.

Gostamos muito de ficar no apto da senhora Ursule, apto confortável, com tudo é necessário pra ter a boa estadia, roupas de cama e toalhas tudo impecável e organizando. Excelente! Ela tbm nós recebeu muito bem, deu todas coordenadas de como utilizar o transporte público, no caso o metrô. Ocorreu tudo bem e nos sentidos em casa. Recomendo a todos.

A very pleasant stay at Kukunat, a perfect blend of art and nature. The checkin went smoothly, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and cozy. It truly felt like a little paradise, with a welcoming and open atmosphere. I can highly recommend it.

Die Unterkunft bietet perfekte Voraussetzungen, um in ruhiger Umgebung zu entspannen. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet und verfügt zusätzlich über eine umfangreiche Grundausstattung, die über das Erwartete hinausgeht. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und bietet ausreichend Platz für 2–3 Personen. Lediglich die Decken sind etwas niedriger, was aber für die meisten Gäste kein Problem darstellen dürfte. Die Lage in Nackenheim ist angenehm ruhig, ideal für alle, die dem Alltag entfliehen möchten. Gleichzeitig eignet sie sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen. Wer etwas mehr Abwechslung sucht, erreicht Mainz mit dem Auto in nur etwa 15 Minuten. Adrian und Anja sind sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen, alles Wichtige gezeigt und standen jederzeit hilfsbereit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Alles in allem eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die eine Auszeit suchen!

Excellente séjour dans une région que je ne connaissais pas du tout. L'appartement est propre, sympathique et au calme. Bien équipé et en cas de doute, la réponse était toujours très rapide. Je pense que la région nécessite une voiture car en altitude. Merci pour cette très jolie expérience!

Alles Tip Top. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Mit Hund Ideal, da man gleich im Wald ist. Ein Geschirrtuch für die Küche wäre super. Vielen Dank Manfred

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und liebevoll empfangen, die Unterkunft war super gemütlich, sehr sauber und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Zudem war es wunderschön gelegen.

The accommodation was perfect for us - location, size, full, well appointed kitchen, good books and maps - all well though out and welcoming. Our host was exemplary in her thoughtfulness and helpfulness! We would highly recommend staying with Antje!
