The place was amazing، well equipped with beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Apartment was clean, fully equipped and Virginie was a perfect host. She communicated with us before our arrival and explained everything including check- in very good. We had a problem for check in that she handled in quick time. We enjoyed a lot to stay at this beautiful apartment with lake view. Hope we came back in future. Best/Hadise

Wir haben die Wohnung und ihre ausgezeichnete Lage sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, stilvoll und sauber; der Balkon mit Blick auf den See ideal für den kleinen Apéro. Host Nicolas haben wir zwar nie gesehen, aber er hat immer rasch auf unsere Fragen reagiert, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Falls wir wieder mal in Evian ein paar Tage verbringen sollten, so wäre diese Wohnung für uns erste Wahl.

Our stay at Gilles’ Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular. The location was beautiful, with a grocery store and a stunning waterfront just a short one- to two-minute walk away, making everything incredibly convenient. The home itself was spotless, offering an amazing view and a peaceful atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. Gilles provided a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, which made cooking easy and eliminated the need to purchase any additional supplies. The coffee machine was a great touch, saving us from frequent café visits—though for those who prefer to grab a coffee out, a café is just a minute away. From the moment we requested the Airbnb, Gilles responded immediately, ensuring a seamless booking process. The space was warm, cozy, and even featured a lovely balcony that added to the overall charm. Our experience here was exceptional, and I highly recommend booking this location for your next stay. I will definitely be returning soon!

Wir haben uns gefreut über die schöne gemütliche Wohnung. So viel Brauchbares war vorhanden. Wir konnten kochen. Es gab bereits Öl und Salz und tolle Pfannen. Für den Morgen Tee und Kaffee, das war sehr angenehm. Der Blick auf den See war immer eine Wonne und überhaupt ist Nyon, vor allem die Altstadt schön zum entdecken.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nina et Jérémy. Le logement est vraiment spacieux, lumineux et il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Nous reviendrons probablement.

Nous avons passé une soirée formidable chez Jérôme. Tout était comme indiqué sur l annonce. Vue à couper le souffle comme si nous etions les pieds dans l eau, petite plage au calme parfaite, tout confort et magnifique balcon face à l eau. Merci Jérôme

Un séjour incroyable dans ce logement ! L'emplacement est parfait et un accès facile aux commodités locales. La maison était impeccable, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous recommandons vivement ce rbnb pour un séjour confortable et relaxant !

Séjour fantastique de quelques jours en famille (incluant 2 ados et 2 quasi nonagénaires). La maison est agréable, bien aménagée, confortable, juste ce qu’il faut pour se sentir bien à 6. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle, comme le reste de la maison (on a même utilisé la cheminée un soir :-) Lea propriétaires sont très sympa, prêts à aider mais non envahissant, les balades le long du lac sont magnifiques, à deux pas et facile à tout âge, restaurants et supermarchés à proximité … bref.. rien à redire.. que du bonheur :-)

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

Carole is a warm and hospitable hostess as she flexibly scheduled an arrival time based on our air flight and welcomed us in person to show us our “home away from home.” Very convenient location in charming Lutry, situated on the shores of Lake Geneva. The 2nd floor of the home was spacious, private and very accommodating. Conveniently located with nearby bus stops, a market, and picturesque walkways along the lake. The overlooking balcony was our closing of most evening. Our sincere appreciation for your kindnesses.

Have stayed at this apartment many times over the past few years, as it is very well placed, always clean and the views on the lake are great ! There is a company hosting the place but the people are always friendly, reactive and flexible.

I had wonderful time at Anne's place. Anne is a really kind, responsive and warm-hearted host. She was always ready to help and did best to accommodate my needs and requests. The house was super clean and has almost everything for living a guest could imagine. I strongly recommend Anne' apartment.

Les instructions etaieny claires, description fidele au bien. A seulement 10 minutes a pieds d'une zone de baignade sublime. Le petit bemole est l'acces au parking en pleine saison il fait se garer a 5 minutes a pieds du logement. Je recommande vraiment ce logement !

Great location, and parking was a bonus in Evian-les-Bains. Only thing I would have liked would have been a brighter centre light in the bedroom.

Great place with an stunning view and setting. I really enjoyed the village location and the proximity of the train station and highway. The vineyards around are sooo beautiful and there is so much to do around! The apartment is super spacious and for four of us offered a lot of room. Would love to stay there again.
