What a beautiful, warm home! My friends and I had a wonderful, peaceful girls weekend, enjoying the comforts, entertainment, views, and convenience of staying here. Highly recommended to anyone! A few of the ladies are even going to book their family vacations here too. The hosts were VERY responsive and a delight to deal with. Thanks for the memorable weekend!!!

Really responsive host! Whenever I had a question or needed assistance with something I heard back from them right away. Including when I was not sure if the hot tub was working they sent over a maintenance person who made the adjustments in a timely manner. We really enjoyed the location to Palisades for skiing. Great place! Would not hesitate to recommend to others!!

The house was amazing , so spacious, plenty of room for our family to enjoy. The open floor plan was awesome and the downstairs was fabulous , so many bedrooms and bathrooms, it was great for our family. The house had everything we needed. The view from back deck was so pretty , you could see the lake , beautiful sunrises and just the beauty of the forest around. We had an amazing time celebrating my husbands birthday with the family in such a tranquil setting. It is a short drive to Tahoe City and the beach, which we visited every day. The house stayed pretty cool with the ceiling fans and open windows, although some windows did not have screens and some windows were unable to open. We had a fabulous 9 day stay and look forward to staying again next summer. Shannon is a great host, responded promptly with any question I had . Thank you Shannon for sharing your beautiful home

We booked with Julia & Craig very last-minute and later in the day when weather conditions prevented us from reaching our initial rental in Truckee. They were highly-accommodating, very responsive, and in less than an hour of booking we were getting settled in at their rental. The house itself was beautiful and well-maintained, and much nicer than what we were expecting to get for a day-of booking. Check-in was seamless and their instructions were clear and comprehensive. We will definitely be booking with Jule Vacation Rentals again if we're ever in the area. Thanks Julia & Craig!

We loved staying at Laurent & Josephine's. The kitchen was probably our favorite since we love cooking. It was very well stocked with everything you needed and then some. Their house was comfortable and nicely decorated with personal touches that made you feel at home. We all appreciated the comfy beds and clean bathrooms that were well stocked with anything you might have forgotten. Lots of places nearby that made it easy to get out and about. Our pup loved the property, too! She constantly begged to go outside and play in the snow. The nice big backyard was perfect for bringing your dog! Laurent & Josephine were great communicators. We enjoyed being able to get there a little early and leave a little later too! Thanks for the flexible check-ins & outs! We loved our stay and would recommend it for your stay in North Tahoe!

Amanda’s place was perfect for our group. We had a great weekend hitting Palisades and spending time at the house.

The house is huge (bigger than the photos represent) and great for big groups! 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms is fantastic for multiple families. BR2-4 have queen beds, BR5's sofa is a sofa bed. BR6 is a huge bedroom with couches, a big TV, and a king bed (from the photos I guessed BR6 would be some converted open loft area, but it has its own door and the windows all have pulldown shades for a proper bedroom). The first floor has BR5 and 1.5 baths and the kitchen/living areas. The second floor has five bedrooms, 2 full baths, and BR3 master has its own additional full bath. There's a long loop driveway that can fit many cars, but be careful if there's snow on the steep sections. We stayed here to go to Soda Springs and Boreal for skiing (a little over a half hour away). The downstairs and upstairs have separate Nest thermostats for HVAC control. The house is great value (compared to places in Tahoe proper). The host is very responsive. Highly recommended!

Stayed here with a group of friends - lots of beds so we each got our own, which is rare. The house was well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We enjoyed using the indoor/grotto hot tub. Cute shops & restaurants in the area (15-20ish mins). Thanks for a great stay!

Very clean and all the sheets and towels still smelled like detergent. They had new appliances and the hot tub was on and ready to use. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

The home and landscape was beautiful! The details in the space are thoughtful and it was really comfortable for a group. Ben, our host, was very responsive and even stopped by to drop off a bluetooth speaker when we inquired. We would definitely return!

Our stay at Hollie's was awesome! The property is beautiful and so peaceful. We had fun fishing in the pond with our grandkids. The house is very nice. The view from the master bedroom is amazing actually the view from all the windows is beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. We loved gathering on the deck in the evening and the hot tub was very relaxing. Rob and Hollie are great hosts, they went out of there way to be very accommodating. The only downside was we couldn't stay longer. I would highly recommend Hollie's place.

The two houses were perfect for a large family getaway. The kitchens were the most stocked I've ever seen in an airbnb with great supplies and cooking equipment. The hot tub is brand new and amazing and all of the beds were comfortable and clean.

Very charming cabin, spacious very clean. We loved the feeling of being in the woods but only a couple minutes from the lake and all the towns attractions. Would definitely recommend & would definitely stay again.

Our organization recently held our semi-annual retreat at Clayton’s Place in Glass Valley, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the serene environment and incredible accommodations. Every single one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While it’s worth noting that there are only two showers available, the overall experience far outweighed this minor detail. The property is a gem, featuring amazing amenities such as a hot tub, pool, barbeque, and a variety of games thoughtfully provided by Clayton. The karaoke machine was a hit, and the private property’s peacefulness made it easy for us to connect as a group. The easy access to hiking trails and nature further enriched our experience. Clayton’s Place was perfect for our needs and offered the ideal balance of comfort, fun, and tranquility. We wholeheartedly agree that this is one of the best options for group getaways, and we look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful stay for a group of 8 there for snowboarding. It had all of my “musts”: 1. Convenient access to village/gondola - using the Northstar app you can request the bus to come right in front of the house 2. Great, spacious, well equipped/updated kitchen with big dining table - we love cooking our family style breakfasts and dinners 3. Multiple rooms and bathrooms - each room had its own full bathroom! 4. Big, functioning hot tub that was right there on the deck and easy to get to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very cozy and comfortable. I would stay here again in summer or winter. Perfect place to hang out and enjoy the natural beauty around you. We cooked some great meals, lounged by the fire, and chilled in the hot tub. Great access to restaurants and the lake.

Wonderful location and the best view! Cabin was very cozy and the decks + hot tub views were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook meals. Host was very proactive about home updates and responded quickly to questions!

Drue and Rene were very responsive, friendly and flexible. They were super responsive when we had questions. The place was comfortable and we had a relaxing time. Would definitely come back.

Karen's place was perfect. very thoughtful, touches and a very well stocked kitchen. plenty of towels, plenty of the basics like toilet paper. I really appreciate when hosts make the basics available right away. The location was great and so close to so many restaurants and so many snow parks for our little kid to play. The beds were a little soft for our taste, but it worked out. We have so much fun with the sled that was available at the house, just dragging our kid around in the beautiful backyard was lovely. the hot tub was comfy and clean and heated up efficiently. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Absolutely had the perfect weekend escape with this tranquil & secluded booking. Initially we passed the cabin up since it sits on a downward slope, but it made the location all the more private. Hot tub was the highlight of the trip, especially surrounded by the forest, light snowfall & overhang lights. The windows in the glass cabin were serene, fridge was small which I was aware of according to previous reviews but perfect enough for us as we only stayed Fri-Sun. Hosts were communicative & very helpful & prompt in response when we needed to communicate. Super convenient location considering it's just a 20min drive from Nevada City & Grassvalley. Quant vintage town with restaurants, small businesses & cafes. Highly recommend. If you're booking in winter months, 100% recommend bringing a TON of your own fire wood. The fireplace kept the cabin exceptionally warm & cozy. Would just suggest a smaller couch to replace the 2 chairs in the living space for more comfort.

Perfect cozy Tahoe cabin! Has that classic character and charm that instantly gets you into vacation mode, while still feeling super homey. We were 4 adults and a small pup which felt ideal for the A frame size, 6 adults would have definitely fit but just extra cozy. Neighborhood and views were amazing, so easy to get around. With no traffic you can get to palisades or alpine in less than 20 mins. Host was super flexible and responsive! Great extra long weekend spot for us.

House was comfortable for two families and had everything we needed. The kids liked the downstairs games. The location was convenient for groceries, restaurants and skiing. We would stay here again.
