Our stay at Carnelian Bay was fantastic. Ryan made us feel right at home with Christmas trees and presents for the kids. His communication was prompt and on point, He answered all of our questions and concerns during our entire stay. The house is beautiful and well kept with an amazing view. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a two week stay during Christmas and New Years. We truly enjoyed the house and Ryan made the stay smooth and enjoyable.

Alice’s place was a perfect fit for our family. It was spacious yet cozy, remote and peaceful, yet conveniently located, and had all the amenities and touches of home. We had the best time sledding at the local hill she recommended to us, skiing at sugarbowl a quick drive away, and cooking delicious meals in their open concept kitchen. Not to mention the hot tub! Highly recommend.

This place was great for our family get together. Easy access to everything Donner Lake has to offer. 5 minutes to downtown Truckee. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the deck with a view of the lake. Well furnished with lots of amenities and responsive hosts. Definitely on our list of places to return to.

Loved this house! It was super cute, with lots of natural light. It was very welll decorated and had everything we needed. The host went above and beyond. Included a handbook with tips and instructions for many situations.

Truly stunning location that was great for my women's retreat that consisted of adults and one toddler. The lake was beautiful, and we enjoyed how easy it was to visit the water, or just hang outside. As the mother of the single toddler that came, I really appreciated how nice the house was, how easy it was to babyproof the space when we arrived, and I especially appreciated the deck, which was a great space to let the baby roam around. It's private, quiet, an the amenities are many. The hot tub is gorgeous, the game room was a ton of fun. It was also quite affordable for our group, and it created a wonderful space for us to do our community dreaming, bonding, and discussions. Tami was also very attentive and communicative. Thank you for a great stay, and we would happily come back again!

This house is in a beautiful area and peaceful neighborhood. The house felt so large and open. You have an incredible view from most rooms in the home. The backyard was our favorite - there is so many activities available, along with a waterfront view. We saw multiple bald eagles and a baby deer right in the yard. The master bathroom is luxurious and the shower/bath is unmatched!! We plan on booking this stay again in the future and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Our family absolutely loved our visit to Paula's house. The cabin was so warm and welcoming and we felt right at home. It was the perfect cozy place to spend a weekend. The house worked really well for our family... our kids (2 & 4) absolutely loved the loft area with the teddy bears and bunk beds and it was extremely close to take them to Soda Springs Resort kids snow area both days of our visit. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful cabin location for my family trip during the holidays. It was nestled among a creek and woods and it was very peaceful and cozy. Would love to come back in the summer and go kayaking. It was unfortunately raining hard during our stay but we had much to do inside with games, a fireplace and going into downtown to visit the numerous cute shops. Overall loved our stay!

Lovely spot, perfect for the "cozy cabin weekend" my family craved. The cabin has many LARGE windows that look out into the trees, lots to amuse one on the property, and great nearby hiking if you're looking to get out. It was spotlessly clean. If you visit at a chilly time of year I would recommend bringing slippers--the cabin heats up well and quickly, but the tile floor stayed cold :)

Our winter getaway at this cabin exceeded all expectations. The warm and cozy atmosphere made for a perfect retreat, with plenty of room to comfortably accommodate our group of four adults and three children. The spacious layout allowed everyone to both rest and enjoy themselves. The surroundings were serene and peaceful. Based on our wonderful experience, we wholeheartedly recommend this cabin.

Great Airbnb as described, the house was comfortable and the fireplace was great for the unusually cold weather in August, and so glad we had a hot tub. Backyard was great for our little pup. Within walking distance of restaurants, a beach and some trails. Great place to stay and Katie was very responsive.

My friends and I had a very cozy stay in this cabin. The fireplace and hot tub were nice amenities, there was spacious parking, and it was in a great location for the ski resort and other places we wanted to visit. The hosts were also very responsive, but we really didn’t need anything. The cabin is well prepared for guests. We would totally rebook in the future if available.

We loved our stay at Echo Cottage! The location was super convenient—close to both Grass Valley and Nevada City, but still felt quiet and tucked away. The house was really clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Jasmine was great—super responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again! I enjoyed the privacy of the location. The home provided a universal Electric Charger for my Tesla vehicle—two thumbs up for that. Definitely 5 stars for this home and host. Thank you Jasmine!
