Asha's place is truly magical! The land is special and rejuvenating and she has clearly put a lot of work into cultivating it. I loved the gardens, the house and being in the forest. Very clean and comfortable. Feels like you are in the woods, but still very close to town. Could even see snow capped mountains!!! Asha is an awesome host and I highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Harry's place! We loved the relaxing cabin vibe with the view of Lake Tahoe through the trees and enjoyed the hiking trail in walking distance to the house. Harry was a very responsive and accommodating host - definitely would recommend staying here!

We loved the home and would definitely book this place again. Well stocked kitchen and many board games for the kids to play. Our family had an awesome time. The little ones are already asking when we’re coming back.

Great location, close to downtown NC but also very peaceful in the woods. Spacious home with high ceiling and good amenities, including pool and jacuzzi. The only downside is the living room was pretty dark and no bright light for reading at night.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was incredibly clean, and the layout was perfect for families. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the Pack 'n Play, toddler chair, kids' dining table, and dark curtains that made nap time easier. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the emergency supplies, like flashlights, were a great touch. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and the location within Tahoe Donner was ideal—fun for the kids and just a short drive to Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort. This house was a great escape from the day-to-day grind. It's tucked back in the hills will no close neighbors and a 360* view of nature. There's even a creek that runs behind the house. Using the hot tub and sauna at night was a little scary, considering we were females alone in what felt like the forest. Other than that, comfortable beds and a big, beautiful kitchen. No TV in the living room, but a small room with a floor pad and a smart projector. Lots of reminders of the house rules, so if you're a rowdy group, this probably isn't the house for you. For a small group that's looking to relax and get away, it's a solid choice. We found it was about 15 minutes to both downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. I recommend the hike along Deer Creek Tribute Trail- kid friendly and a large suspension bridge.

Our group had an amazing stay at Sanda’s place! The location was perfect for our ski trip and it was just a short drive to Palisades/Alpine Valley. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious and it was perfect for our group. We also loved relaxing in the community hot tub after a day on the mountain. Being close to the town was also a huge plus and it made it easy for us to explore the lake and local restaurants. Highly recommend this place!

This home was perfect for our trip to Palisades Ski Resort — 15 min to the mountain and walkable to the lake and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the home was very clean. The host, Kathy, was very communicative and provided recommendations, clear instructions, and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay again!

Super convenient and comfy condo in Northstar. The shuttle to the base was super easy and fast with the Northstar transit app. The apartment space was great for our group of four. Loved the fireplace!

We stayed at Mark's place for a month. This was really perfect house for our family. It is location isper convenient, close to both ski base and town cwmters, we had no problem getting everything we need with.just a short drive. And the easy access to free shuttles to and back from Alpine also was so essential on the day we lost our car key! The apartment was well kept, with everything exactly like.the description. Mark was very responsive and very helpful! Highly recommended!

Sarah was a very good host! She gave clear instructions on the day when we checked in. The condo complex looks exactly as the photos listed on Airbnb. The best thing is that it has 4 rooms, which can easily fit 10 people. We have 8 people - three couples, two girls, and two pets. It fits nicely. It's 20 minutes away from the Palisades resort. We had a great ski weekend over there!

Our stay was great! I thought the space was the perfect size for myself, husband and two small kiddos. And having two full bathrooms was a huge plus. The location was a very short 5 minute walk to The Village and the path was easy to follow. We didn't use the kitchen much so I can't speak to it but they had everything you need. Amy was quick to communicate and was very flexible/understanding with a last minute extension that we ended up not needing. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

My friends and I had awesome ski weekend at Northstar. We had two little kids and they LOVED the place with books and games in the two single bed room. Location is awesome, so close to the village. A loft above the kitchen definitely brings out an inner kid of myself. Place was clean, full stock of appliances and dishes. One of the best places I stayed! Willing to stay again.
