Kathy’s cottage is very charming, comfortable, clean and quiet. There are many nice welcoming touches. Kathy was kind and welcoming, very available to communicate with if needed.

Beautifully cozy cabin, amazing views, good wifi, a full kitchen with some essential spices, and most importantly the kindest hosts ever. We loved this cabin and this family, thank you so much for having us. Highly recommend for any couple that wants a beautiful lake view!

Perfect place to stay at for a cozy weekend in the Tahoe area. Heater for the house and water works great and driveway has space for 2 cars easily. Kitchen also has all the Tupperware you will need.

Great stay. For a family of 3 + 2 little dogs, this "gingerbread" cottage was perfectly located and perfectly sized for us. We always stay in King's Beach whenever we visit Tahoe (quieter, less touristy), and this cottage was a last minute find for us for our annual ski-trip. We did have a water issue where the main water line was closed (to prevent the frozen pipes in the winter). But we were able to resolve the issue with the friendly property manager right away. Overall super-cute, and literally every little nook and cranny was well used to provide rather tiny space. We did a lot of cooking in a small kitchen which had everything you really need. Our little poodles LOVED the backyard and wouldn't come inside. Def will come back to the property again!

We love the cottage at the farm and have stayed there multiple times. Suzanne is a caring, responsible and awesome host, always making sure we are ok. This cottage and the surrounding grounds, which includes a pond, are peaceful and calming. The cottage is just right for the two of is, with a large room, nice kitchen with all the dishes and utensils we would ever need, and a nice bathroom. It’s very close to I80 so we can sight see, visit family and find great restaurants.

The place was exactly like the pictures. Even though other cabins are nearby it was still very private and relaxing. It was easy to get to places no matter what direction you went in but far enough away from the busier towns.

Beautiful location and ideal accommodations for a quick stay. We were attending a wedding in Foresthill and this was our best option for staying within walking-distance. The cabin was clean and tidy, adequately stocked, and extremely comfortable. Everyone was very friendly, and the setting was perfect. Highly recommend.

Such wonderful hosts. I messaged about missing something in the kitchen and they supplied it the next day with a little treat added on. I also left something at the house and they have been very helpful with getting it back to me.

Absolutely loved our stay in this quiet, cozy, peaceful neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised that the home felt a bit bigger than I had imagined from photos — perfect size for a couple and pets. Loved the new appliances in the kitchen, everything was very clean, and the wifi was strong and reliable for working remotely. Excellent spot for a longer term stay, nearby lots of outdoor activities yet away from the bustle. Amy was a responsive host and the stay was wonderful. Highly recommend and hope to be back again soon!

Perfect if you want a get away free of distractions. The place was just as described and really well kept. A family of deer live in the area so it was a wonderful surprise to catch them walking around the property from the deck. We look forward to coming back in the summer time when we can explore the swimming holes in the area, and make use of the outdoor shower.

Rose's Tiny Home is such a peaceful place to stay. A quiet neighborhood that is easy to get and walking distance to the state park/trails. It is also very close to town to check out anything you want in town. The home had everything we needed, well organized, comfortable and well decorated. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

This was such a beautiful, peaceful and serene place to stay! We were lucky enough to have it rain while we were there too!! So amazing!! One big thing for me was the bath tub- yes, it is as big as it looks with enough hot water to fill it! My husband and I have been to Nevada City a few times so this time we decided to just lock ourselves up in the cabin and relax! This was the PERFECT place to do that! From the great wifi (where we could watch our movies/shows), to the fire pit outside, to the bathtub, we had an amazing stay! Sica had everything we needed to cook. The only thing I would recommend would be a microwave- but we made due with what was there and it didn’t affect our stay in the slightest!!

Very nice and accommodating host. The place was very clean and cozy. Everything was just as cute as the pictures. We stayed here for our ski trip to tahoe.

The Hummingbird House is super cute and relaxing! We only stayed for a couple nights but the general atmosphere and everything was nice for a small vacation away from stress. We loved the walk around the neighborhood (led by the dog tour guide) and feeding the goats acorns. The cat and dogs were very friendly as well, and the goat cheese was very yum! All in all, we would love to come back again!

This was an amazing place to stay. Host had the place decorated perfectly. All amenities were there if we needed them. Host was super accommodating and attentive. Great location with natural beauty surrounding site yet close and convenient to historical and culinary venues!!! Nothing like experiencing dawn and dusk on the deck and in front room with stunning windows. Was refreshing to relax and unwind in such hidden splendor!!

Wonderful place to stay close. My daughter and I had an amazing weekend, and loved that it was only a 9 minute drive from Sugar Bowl. The house has a great fully stocked kitchen. Jennifer was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

Diann was a great host. She even set us hot with a realtor before our stay. The Airbnb was one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed in. We loved how open it was. The bed was unusually comfortable for an Airbnb. The sofa bed was nice too. Ping pong table was super fun. And the dryer was a great amenity since we needed to dry our jackets after getting rained on.

Absolutely loved our stay! The tiny home was so cozy and relaxing we wished we could stay longer! We were a bit worried about the cold but with the heater and the space heaters the cold was not an issue. Karin was the perfect host!

Exquisite property. So lucky to be immersed in nature, with trees all around and the lake down below. Lucky to open the accordion windows on a sunny Sat, bringing the outside in, and to also watch the rain from within the glass box on Sun, a beautiful experience.

Sweet is the word! This lovely little house was comfortable and cozy. Check-in and checkout was easy. The house is well appointed, very clean and quiet. The bed, bedding and pillows made for a very good night's sleep. We received a welcoming message from our hosts and Haven offered a great recommendation for dinner before our show. Sweet 101 was the perfect getaway for the two of us. We hope it is available for our next trip to GV.

The artist studio is a cozy, and colorful space. It's tucked away in a forested lane. I enjoyed the peace and quiet and got some writing done. A good, affordable option in Nevada City!
