The home was super cozy and worked for our group of five. We enjoyed the space and even had a chance to hang out in the serene backyard and jacuzzi. Shannon was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely rent the home again in the future.

Great hosts!! Overall great experience. Wound stay again. Home is very clean, spacious, close to the strip, and has great nearby restaurants and shops.

Jenny’s home was a great spot for us to start our trip to the Grand Canyon and Zion. We were close enough to climb at Red Rocks for a morning and the kids played at the pool. Close enough to Trader Joe’s to grab some groceries as well. Everyone enjoyed the massage chair too! Great to have two bathrooms for our family of 5.

Wonderful place 25 mins from Vegas strip! Went in Spring and weather was amazing. Super clean and host was respectful and responsive. We had some issues the day we got there with our internet not working and the garage door not closing properly: the host replied within the hour telling us that a handyman would be there the following morning. The handyman (Andres) was phenomenal!! HE WAS SO NICE. We loved him and he fixed everything quickly!! We also wanted to stay at this location because it is only 20 minutes from BEAUTIFUL Lake Las Vegas where we went kayaking for a day. It was such an amazing stay and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to go to Vegas without having to stay in the craziness of the strip. Thanks for having us!! (:

This is a beautiful and comfortable 4 bedroom house less than 10 minutes to Heavenly Village. Even though it is close, it is in a quiet and private neighborhood with outstanding views of Lake Tahoe. It has a well equipped and large kitchen, as well as comfortable dining and living rooms. William and Kristina are very communicative and helpful. My family of six were well accommodated and could easily get privacy when needed. We would be happy to stay here again.

The house worked perfect for two families. The yard is very big and the kids enjoyed running around. They also liked the game room. We had no issues with our stay. Everything was as expected and was a good location, close to the activities we were in town for, yet far away enough that it was quiet and peaceful.

It is a great house especially if you have a large family. The house is how it is shown in it’s photos, there is lots of space to relax, the neighborhood is quiet, and it provided a quiet place to unwind after an active day in the area. The host responded promptly to our inquiries and checking in was a breeze.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff and Ian's place in Reno! Both hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and quick to respond. They provided clear instructions and helpful tips, making our arrival and stay seamless. The property is in a peaceful community and conveniently close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped—it truly felt like our home away from home. Our family loved staying here, and we'd happily book again next time we're in Reno. Highly recommended!

If the description of Tina’s home meets your needs you COULD NOT find a better place. First the home is spotless, loaded with great extras (coffee bar set up as good as any coffee shop. A lovely bottle of wine and fruit). Decorated as if Tina was a professional designer with loads of character. I absolutely can not say enough about this listing. I will be back for sure and wouldn’t look for any thing else.

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Debra's instructions were thorough without being too wordy. I enjoyed my stay very much. I will stay there again in the future.

I stay here twice a year in March and September. The house is constantly being improved. This time there's a new vanity light above the bathroom sink, and Jack is making big landscaping changes to the front area. As usual, the house is large and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen. It is in a quiet neighborhood, yet within a mile of the casinos, the river and multiple restaurants.

Clean and comfy space! The ability to pull your car into the driveway and have the door to the unit right there is so convenient

Debi and Nick are great hosts. We felt welcomed and appreciated from the 1st message from them. Place was just as advertised, very clean, cozy decor, uncluttered, well stocked kitchen, super comfy master bed! We had a little TV issue and they took care of it instantly. Helpful welcomed notebook. Great views outside. Location was perfect for us, close to Wolf Creek Golf Course (awesome breakfast & golf), Smith's grocery store, Eureka Casino (Gregory's Mesquite Grill-Yum!!) and everything else we needed. High on a hill, so great views of mountains and park. Quiet neighbors. There was a short walk from the car to the front door, but was easy to do. Debi's instructions were very clear. I also looked on Google Maps to make sure I knew where to drive once inside development, made it easier to find (Google directions would have taken us into the fence/off cliff, LOL). Highly recommend this condo and these hosts.

Fantastic stay at Monte’s place! Strong heat in the winter, clubhouse with great community staff - hot tub, ping pong, and pool in the summer. Washer/dryer and full kitchen with essentials was great. TV with a boomin’ Sonos speaker too! The electric cooktop was uneven on some burners which caused some delays with cooking. We moved this neighborhood which was so close to Stateline. We easily found Ubers back and forth when we needed them.

Mihai’s condo was cozy, comfortable, and very clean! He was very responsive and communicative. IYKYK *Washer/dryer *Comfortable beds/bedrooms *Location - very close to stores and restaurants in the heart of Incline Village Cons Nothing I would definitely stay there again.

June’s place was awesome. Every little detail was carefully addressed. The pictures used in instructions for various utilities were very helpful. Fireplace was so nice after a day on the slopes. Nice to have a single level ground floor unit.

Kevin and Mary did a wonderful job stocking the air bnb for an ideal mountain getaway. plenty of condiments, Hooks and heaters for equipment to dry, washer and dryer, robes, soft towels and bedding, computer monitor and printer, yoga mats and even walkie talkies to use on the mountain! The front window gives a great view of the shuttle that comes frequently, the hot tub was a short downhill walk, and I just can't speak highly enough of the place in general.

Bruce and Paula’s place was warm and welcoming. Furniture and decor was tasteful. The location was great: not a far drive to eateries, grocery store and gas stations. My boys loved the short walk to the park that neighbored the complex. We also appreciated that the condo was an end unit. Hosts were extremely personable and responsive. Thank you, Bruce and Paula!
