The host was incredibly accommodating and made the whole experience so easy. The check-in process was hassle-free, and they were always very responsive to any questions we had. The place itself was cosy, spotless, and even better than the pictures - they really don’t do it justice! We had such a lovely time and will 100% stay here again.

It’s a nice corner home, clean and with a caretaker available. Jocelyn, the host is wonderful. We also stayed in Vigan where I met her there, really very nice host. Hope to stay in Vigan again.

Tom and his staff were amazing! Prior to my arrival, I was asked what time I will be checking in. When I arrived, I was greeted by Stefanny, Mark, and Emily. Stefanny gave me a tour of the entire home and made sure I had everything I needed. The home was clean and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. During my stay, Mark was always available if I needed help with anything such as setting up the karaoke, turning on the jets in the pool, etc… There was plenty of room for my family of 12 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Tom and his staff made us feel very welcome. My family and I had a great time and I definitely would stay at Tom’s home again.

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! :) The unit is spacious, aesthetic, and has great amenities. The host promptly requested maintenance to check on the AC when we thought it wasn't working. Self check-in was also a major plus since we had a morning activity and didn't have to worry about checking in late. Also, the roof deck was so nice! Wish we had stayed a bit longer :) Thank you!

Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

We had a great stay with my family. Thank you for the super nice accomodation - best part of stay was that we were able to prepare our own meals - kitchen utensils are complete! And, we have extra beds which made it easier for us to sleep as we have a baby also. Thank you!

Great stay close to the airport! Each guest was required to give a piece of ID that’s not a passport to the front desk, so just be prepared for that. The roof deck is also beautiful with 360 views – great for sunset and sunrise! You can even see the planes coming in and leaving the airport but it’s far enough that you don’t hear them.

A Wonderful Stay! I had a great time at Mark's place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The beds were super comfortable, and all the amenities I needed were right there. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the little personal touches throughout the space that made it feel like home. The location was perfect—quiet and safe. Definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. Stayed overnight and we had lot of things to do. The gaming console, boardgames and karaoke has been enjoyable. Complete amenities as well , we feel at home. We will definitely Come back ☺️

Ann was very helpful and responsive. A bit too much stuff in this small space but otherwise a nice place to stay.
