Enjoyed the proximity to local restaurants. The owners were nice and checked in on my needs (I stayed for two weeks). With it being an older building, the walls are thin so you can hear some noise from the adjacent unit if there’s louder tenants. That doesn’t bother me so it didn’t affect my review. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

The River House was so beautiful! We had 2 families with kids ranging from 8 months to 17 years old. There was space for everyone without feeling like we were on top of one another. The kitchen had plenty of supplies to cook there if needed, including plenty of seasonings and condiments. There was also a nice lawn to play on. The porch was perfect and our favorite part of the whole house; we loved watching the shopping barges! There were really no downsides to this house, we loved our stay!

We only needed to book for one night and we booked our stay last minute. Deirdre responded immediately and we were able to check in early. The condo was great and just as the pictures show. My granddaughters are 2 and 4 and they loved the snacks that were in a basket as soon as you walked in. The living room and kitchen were great. The half bath downstairs was very convenient with kids. The bedrooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable! The bathrooms were very clean. The whole place was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Thanks so much! 😊

Great stay!! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It was a great area to get to fun places in Nulu and super convenient to walk to Whiskey Row. Big city with a small town feel and felt very safe where we were. The back courtyard was a cute area to privately relax outside ! I ❤️Louisville!!!

The house was as described and was perfect for what we needed. There is noise from the neighborhood and nearby airport, but it wasn't intrusive to our stay.

We stayed here for our family’s spring break trip! It was awesome! We loved the amenities of the building and everything was super clean. We loved being able to walk to so many places! We will absolutely be back!

The house was a great place to stay and gather with family. Host was responsive and helpful. House was pretty clean. Only suggestion would be to rake the leaves out front and clean off the outdoor furniture. Otherwise, nice place and we enjoyed ourselves at Jimmy's BNB!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The house was clean and fully stocked with the things we would need. The hot tub was a great bonus, and very clean. The host was super helpful and responded quickly. I would highly recommend staying here if you need a place to stay close to Louisville or just a spot to getaway and hangout.

Everything about this place is PERFECT. Upon opening the door, the smell of clean was amazing!!!!! Just from opening the door I just knew it was the right stay for two family's while at a Volleyball tournament at the Expo Center. The beds are comfy. The linens were clean and soft! The host were great! The host made you feel right at home, they had some fresh fruit, a box of Capri suns, few pops and waters and a bowl of snacks! The hot tub was clean and amazing! Fans in every room, the fridge has an ice machine and good tasting water. The host left laundry soap, dish washer soap and extra towels if needed, even for the hot tub! The yard was taken care of and nicely mowed. This place was decorated so cute!!!! Someone really took some time! The drive to the Expo center was about 20 mins wasn't bad at all! I really cant tell you enough how much we enjoyed our stay in this home. We will be back next year!!!!!!!
