Great family get away. Super pet friendly. Spacious living area. Bedrooms have ample extras (pillows, blankets, etc) for comfortable nights. The bathroom can accommodate your crew. It is a very peaceful location. The yard is huge and extremely pet friendly. Not set up for humans but I did enjoy the tree swing. Humans have a great wrap around deck to enjoy with a door to keep your pets from wandering off. If you are looking for a peaceful place but very close to all the activities that a beach community offers this place is for you. The host was very responsive. We had to leave early due to a problem at home and we were even offered a stipend for the leaving early. This is a place that feels like home. Not stuffy or pretentious. Just a great place to enjoy between restaurants and aquarium (don’t miss) and the beautiful beaches. 🤗

We enjoyed our stay. It was very spacious, the kitchen had everything & then some more (we love to cook). Nice quiet neighborhood, we took walks around. It's a 15 minute drive to the first public beach access on Emerald Isle, which is a big plus. We'll stay again sometime.

We absolutely loved the location of Gerald’s house right on the beach. It was so beautiful and relaxing to sit on the porch and watch the waves roll in. The house was cozy and clean and had everything you need for cooking. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and even with windows closed, I could hear the sound of the waves which lulled me right to sleep. Christine, the property manager, was very pleasant and quick to address any of our concerns. I would highly recommend Gerald’s place for a relaxing time in Surf City! We hope to be back.

My husband and I do not usually stay at Air bnb's because of a couple bad experiences. Now that we have two kids we needed a kitchen and more space than a hotel. David and Patricia's house was absolutely perfect. There were some toys for the kids, a fenced in backyard for my 3 year old to run, and so many other conveniences. We felt at home immediately. We will be staying here for any future visits. Thank you for having us !

Very satisfied with the host we had a little hiccup, but they were right on top of it. Great communication, the whole step of the way. Everything about the trip was great. Had enough space for me and my family to enjoy our Christmas dinner and to run and play with the kids and the dog in the yard, very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors

Shanon’s place was so cute and comfortable. The house is located in a neighborhood that feels very safe. We took a walk and everyone that passed by waved and smiled. The house was very clean and updated. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything to cook meals. Our two teens loved the game room. We felt close to the beach, the bases, and shopping. We really enjoyed the place and highly recommend and hope to come back.

What a wonderful, comfortable place to stay. Beach themed decor, very clean and spacious. Beds were super comfy and house was up to date. Would definitely recommend staying here! Close to shops and the water.

My 3rd Stay. I Enjoy it because it’s 12 minutes away from Crystal Coast Skydive also close to other places that I enjoy. I see that he did some upgrades. Nice Touch. I’m looking forward for more times at his establishment.

Very spacious getaway cottage situated close to amazing views. Very impressed with the bathroom amenities and size of bathroom. The locals in Beaufort are far the kindest souls on the planet. Very pleased with my experience.

This is the second time we have stayed with this company, the first was at the Key West location in a Surf City. Surf City is a place time and time again we chose to come back to, but we have found that these specific properties are the BEST! They’re so accommodating and we opted for this one this time and it was beyond worth it and seamless. As always, the host was clear, nice, and accommodating! Highly recommend staying here, you can’t beat the location!

Lovely apartment. As described, clean, comfortable, and perfect for walking to everything great in New Bern.

The Downtown Hideaway was the perfect location to walk to the Christmas floatilla. It’s perfect walking distance to anywhere on the water front. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great cozy place to stay. Bath and kitchen very well supplied. Comfy bed and furniture. Everything makes you feel right at home. Easy in and out location with downtown a quick drive away. Would certainly stay here again.

This place was perfect for our family weekend getaway. The place was spotless when we got there, cleaner than most hotels we’ve stayed at lately.. The location was perfect with lots to do around in Atlantic beach, Beaufort, Morehead City, and Emerald Isle. The beach was such a short easy walk away. Teresa & Ted were great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend to stay here, will definitely stay here again!

We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

This home was perfect for our NC vacation. Looks exactly as it was presented to us, easy to communicate with & Megan was quick to respond throughout the process!

We enjoyed our weekend stay for our anniversary. Everything was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home! We can’t wait to go back.

Diane’s condo was absolutely amazing. The ocean view was spectacular. The condo was spacious, uncluttered, and exceptionally clean. Diane was extremely easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of my emails. I would definitely chose to stay at Diane’s property again.

Anita’s condo had every amenity you could think of! Beautiful furnishings, view and location. Our first time renting with Airbnb and as frequent travelers it will not be our last. Anita definitely has her act together and it showed! Could not have been more pleased with our weekend experience. We hope to return next year and use Anita and her wonderful condo. We even got to watch dolphins from her balcony. So glad we went.

We loved our stay at the beach! This was perfect, exactly what we were hoping for, beach accessibility by board walk, a nice pool (2), and close enough to see the water from the condo. Felt like our own little home. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great with our son with. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient! We did notice there was washer and dryers by the pool for community use also. The whole Southwinds area was clean and well maintained. Even the pool bathrooms were clean. There is also a great selection of beach supplies, books and cards to keep you entertained. We would definitely visit again if we come back to the area!

This place had it all and I felt right at home. The building is between the sound and the ocean side. Felt like they were both in my backyard. The unit does not have a view but the complex had so many places to sit, swing, eat and had several grills for use. Cary was amazing and was always available if needed!! Will def come here again soon!!
